Not ordering from them again after I get this wig. Or their twin site clair hair. Bad customer service and processing takes waayyyyyyy longer than it's supposed to and forget about them answering your call if you leave a voicemail or response if you leave an email to the manager david or to sales. Nice s&h price and sale prices for their wigs isn't worth it even if you REALLY REALLY think it is please don't do it.
This wig is terribly made. The price is 79.99 and you would think it would have been made better. I have brought less expensive wigs from Hair Sisters and the quality was better. In the parts that you can create in the lace front area, the hair is so thin that it looks like they forgot to add hair there. After the first 3 days the hair had pieces that came off of the wig and stictches showed through. I have never had such a terrible wig quality. DO NOT BUY THIS WIG IT IS A DISAPPOINTMENT AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY

This letter is to complain about service I recently received from Hair Sisters customer service representatives, Christine and Meeka. I called Hair Sisters on several occasions to find out about the status of my order, and both reps told me to check with the post office, because once it leaves their destination, its no longer their responsibility. This is the most absurd response I have ever received. After I had been on hold for several minutes, I asked to speak with the supervisor or the person in charge, and I was told that the supervisor was not available to speak with me and they could not help me. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated!!!
I expected a much higher level of service from Hair Sisters, as I was a frequent customer and I am quite disappointed. I will be informing my friends and family about this horrible experience!!!

I reviewed this site on 12/10/2014, and my issues were with CUSTOMER SERVICE not how fast they shipped my item. I noticed on several reviews people mainly had their issues with customer service when they received the wrong order or had to return their item. To say that someone is wrong about their experience with a company is absolutely absurd. These were OUR experiences with them and we had them and it was with THIS company. Just because your item was shipped quickly and you didn't have to deal with the rudeness of customer service doesn't mean you write off other people's reviews saying we are wrong and had the wrong company. Furthermore, if your ordering 6 months after all the bad reviews, you would hope the company would have by then straightened out their rude customer service representative problems with either training or replacements. IMJ
This company will take your money with no intention of sending product. It is a complete scam and I have no idea why they are still allowed to operate.
The past few wigs I've received has been tangled and nappy like in the top very frustrating. They are always nice styles but sometimes not good quality
I had been shopping at hairsisters.com for years! I'd only experienced a few shipping delays but nothing major. I recently placed an order and before I could complete it there was an error msg from the website and directed me to place my order again within 5 minutes. I immediately checked my online banking and the money had been debited from my account (processing). I called HairSisters... of course no answer. I emailed them as well, again no answer. When I finally did speak to someone she proceeded to tell me that I had items in my cart but no order had been placed. I informed her of the money missing from my account for the total price of the "items in my cart". The customer service rep acted like she could care less about helping me at all. Everything turned into "if you did pay" or "when the payment is processed"... When I became upset she offered to void my payment. I didn't need a voided payment, i needed a refund. She was less than helpful and when I asked to speak to a manager "the manager is busy on another call". I have called back numerous times and no one has answered and it even seems like they picked the phone up and hung up. I will never do business with this company again!

I placed an order with this sight, tI ordered two wigs for my wife and paid Priority shipping so she could have them before the holidays. So, after two long weeks of waiting for them to come I attempted to contact Sista wigs to find pout what the hold up was. PROBLEM #1! Not only was their phone number disconnected, but their website was unavailable as well. So I contacted my bank to place a stop on my payment, PROBLEM # 2, not only had they processed my payment without shipment of the merchandise, I also had an additional charge for $122 which I didn't approve.
I did eventually, get both these credited to my account, as well as the overdraft fees caused by the additional charges.
PLEASE do your research BEFORE shopping anywhere online. And stay away from placed like SistaWigs who have a pleather of bad reviews. Everybody aint lying ya'll.

I give this company a zero for rating. Hairsisters prices are for the most part affordable and reasonable, but when there is a promotion, I always lose out because their site for some reason is always down. I always get a "OOPS something went wrong on our end." You can never get to speak with someone live. It doesn't matter what time of day you call. When you finally get to speak with a rep after spending 40+ minutes on hold, you get an attitude. When asked to speak with a supervisor you are transferred straight to a robot and always have to leave a message which you never get a call back. For the past 3 weeks, I left a total of 6 voice messages with no response to date. I missed out on their so call promotions because their site is always down. Coupons don't work! It's their lost. This company is not customer friendly and they need to get their act together if they want to stay in business. Without customers, business cannot prosper. There are too many other hair supply companies out there that I can give my business to and should not be going to all these changes. If you have time to waste and want to be agitated then you can try this company.

I ordered and paid almost $182 for a human hair wig. I havent received the hair but it shows delivered to me. No body is there to help me, all they tell me is to contact my local post office. When I did contact the local post office I was told that what was delivered to my mail box weighed only 9oz. But what I bought from hair sister was a 22inch human hair. There is no way that hair I bought will weigh only 9oz. They definitely didnt ship the hair, they probably shipped something else. Up till now I havent seen the hair or my refund. They told me, they cant give me any refund.

I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. We've spoken with you this morning and explained to you that that hair which is not rotten was stuffing for the item placed in the package by the manufacturer. We've explained this in the most processional and polite way possible. We DO NOT place any hair and stuffing in the items as MEKA explained to you WE CAN NOT place a "warning" as you say on the website that the item may be stuffed with hair from the vendor as we do not know before time that it is. They arrive to us in the original state from the manufacturer and in return we sent it to you in the same condition for we are not the manufacturer we are a vendor. Not one time have we lied to you. This order is very old and you've just contacted us via phone today in regards to this item asking us about the hair( stuffing) for the item. You did not ask to return the item or ask for a refund. You simply asked about the stuffing which was explained. Again If you have any issue with the hair- stuffing in your package as suggested to you, you should contact the manufacturer, They would be the people to make the appropriate adjustments, not us as we're simply the vendor.
