Today is 12/15/2017 (I RATE them a 0) Ok so I ordered two wigs off WWW. Hairsisters.com the wigs I ordered I have bought them before in the Beauty supply store. So I knew exactly what I wanted, so when i ordered the wigs it said same day shipping, which I thought I came up I was so happy and the price I got for both wigs was the price for one wig in the Beauty supply store. So I waited and waited check my mail box Nothing so 4 days go by I check and Nothing. So I go on my account to see if there was a tracking number Nothing it just said today and tomorrow date, so I tried to email them and it send me to something that said oops over and over. NOW its been 8 days and I still havent received my wigs, I check my account again and it said todays date and tomorrow date basically this site is full of BS and Im going to see if my bank can cancel my order. I will never order from them again and I hope you wont eater and I hope I read these reviews before I ordered my wigs. I ordered my wigs 12/8/2017 now its 12/15/2017 and I still havent received my wigs. I dont think Ive ever going to get my wigs. Please Im warning you dont shop with them go to someone else. Cheap is not always the way to go
THIS PLACE SUCKS! Tried returning something that came totally the wrong color and I get no help what's so ever with the damn return! If the had a 0 up there I would have clicked it.
I received my order a few days after I wrote the original review and I had to pay customs of 55$ more but this had nothing to do with Hair Sisters. I had never ordered a Vivica Fox wig because the ones I had always ordered from HS were fine, of good quality, lasted and all cost around 20$. But since, as I had stated in the original review, NOTHING I had ordered for years was in stock, I had to order the more expensive Vivica Fox wigs costing all around 40$. Well, I received 7 horrible wigs full of defects that even an amatuer wig creator would never make! Barbie like doll hair from the 1970's (I don't know how else to describe it) with stitching defects that make me have an "Alfalfa" like bump at the top of my head and you can see the stitching due to lack of hair.
The hair is already of the cheapest quality, at least they could have put enough of it in the wig to cover the stitches!
Strange cuts which make the top flat and then the sides spring out like I'm Roseanne Rosannadanna (for those who remember her from SNL of the 80's).
I was so hot when I opened that box! I could not imagine how a black woman could make and put her name on wigs like that, it's just incomprehensible.
I am sure she does not use her own product line.
Conclusion: Hair Sisters is still in business, I have no idea why they do not have their usual full line of wigs available when you try to order and I WILL NEVER order a Vivica Fox wig in my life!
They only good thing is I live in Italy and people do not know about wigs and can't tell I got ripped off!
I placed an order on April 8 2019 for $267,48 to the CHANG CORPORATION DBA HAIR SISTERS of which $91,55 is for shipping as I am overseas in Italy. I have ordered from them before sometimes good (sometimes I ship to relatives in the states and then they send it to me) sometimes not (one order never arrived here in Italy but I was able to get a refund and cancel the order). My order has not arrived and I called three numbers for their company (all of which in the past years have worked) and they are all disconnected. On the site my order states "placed" but not trackable, which in laymens terms means "you're guess is as good as ours"?! I am getting scared because I was searching for another phone number (I sent them an email today) and I found this site and all the negative reviews! It's almost like they packed up and dissappeared but the website is still operating! All these people writing about not getting their items is really scary... in general. I will update the review if i receive information from them. All my items were same day shipping, I used Priority Express International shipping so I think a tracking number should be available. ANOTHER THING: most of the items are out of stock, the have just one color (usually very strange, unusual colors) where as years ago I could order any quantity and any color. I really do hope that they are just having a problem because they are moving to a new location. Because the other option means I have to bother my relatives to get on it and take it to a higher level. BUT, it's only been 12 days so I'll update this review and let you all know what happened in the end. But it's a very scary situation in general for customers!

Like I stated after my order was already placed I was already billed for the billing fee and so P in the billing fee was not a problem because I already got billed the problem came in when I asked you a question and you got upset her about the free shipping and you went behind my back and block me from the page that was so unprofessional your tone of voice your mannerism What kind of business operates like this then you try to change it up in your response you pick up the phone and hang it up several times and never let me speak to a supervisor so if anyone out there order from hair sisters and get you Line they better watch out because before you it was a Caucasian lady that was very nice and always answered all my questions they need to send you back to training this is America or you can ask anything you want in a professional way where are you spending your money At and I was really being nice to you Had I known this it would've been a different story Watch out for hair sisters customer service is poor

All information needed for you to place an order for free shipping and the information needed to return an item will be listed online. If we've sent you the wrong item we'd take the appropriate steps to rectify the situation which is not what happened with your last order because you've received what you've ordered. We never pick up the phone and hang up that's not how we do business you were answered every time you've called. WE do apologize for your inconvenience but we can not waive free shipping for you if you did not meet the requirements to receive the free shipping.
I placed an order on December 12 and I didn't receive it until December 23. Three days for, "processing" is ridiculous.

I returned my item, unopened and got a conformation email that my package arrived back in Chicago... I'VE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING, no answers?! They will not refund my money WHAT DO I DO?!
The item received was delivered on time. I have used this site more than 7 years but no problem. The process of returning was no problem.
I wish I had read the reviews before I attempted to order 4 times but I was in a hurry and needed the hair right away. Well that was a BIG waste of time and money. I attempted to place an order 4 times and they took my money every single time but never processed the order for whatever reason. I had to call several times to try to rectify the problem and was told it would take 72 hours for them to issue a refund but it only took seconds for them to claim my money from Amazon Payment, which was the payment method they recommended and Pay Pal. They never gave a reasonable explanation as to why the order was not going through but they were able to retrieve my money. Now I'm nearly $700.00 in the red waiting for my funds to be returned. NOT GOOD BUSINESS and very unethical. They were sooo nonchalant about the issue. I still need the hair but now I have to wait for my refund. I find the reviews very helpful and 9 times out of 10 they are accurate. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ATTEMPT TO ORDER FROM HAIR SISTERS AGAIN AND I PLAN TO POST ON FACEBOOK WHAT SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY HAVE. I have been buying extensions online for over 10 years from Extensions Plus. Her Imports and I have never ever had a problem. Thought I'd give Hair Sisters a try but my first time was my last time.

I have ordered and it's been a week and it's still saying processing, I knew something was wrong with this picture, no email confirmation, no one answering the phone for me to find out why it's taking so long just to put an order together and send it out. They also have a nerve to say due to the weather in Chicagoland there are no reps, or only a few reps working. After seeing all this for myself, decided to check and see if anyone else has had any issues with the site and then I see all these complaints. The ladies on the site and youtube that are reviewing the wigs should be notified so they don't mention ordering from this site. When reviewing a few different wigs is when I heard of a hairsisters.com, otherwise, I wouldn't known about them; therefore, maybe we all shoud try getting the word out to these ladies so they can either take the videos down and for future reference do not promote or mention their site in any way form or fashion because I guarantee you, this is how they are still getting business from lots of people. The site even had a nerve to update the home page over the weekend or Monday and have something on there about Valentines Day (I guess a sale or something), knowing customers, more than likely, won't receive anything by Valentines Day. I sure thought ordering two weeks in advance I would get my things well before Valentines Day, but I see now, that's not going to happen so I may as well start looking to purchase somewhere else and call it a loss for now and then figure out how to get my money back. I tell you what people, if problems continue to exists with this site, we need to keep complaining to the BBB and swamp them with complaints until they do something about it because this is ridiculous and terrible customer service. I've ordered from hairsisters for a year and a half and their service was amazing. Being a college student on a budget they had great deals. This time I ordered the SENSATIONNEL 100% VIRGIN REMI BUNDLE HAIR BARE & NATURAL BRAZILIAN NATURAL WAVY 6PCS (12, 12, 14, 14, 16, 16+Closure). It was on sale for 69.95 the original price is 169.99. Of course I thought it was a great deal. I read the reviews and did see where people stated that sometimes there wasn't as much hair as they thought, but I still took the chance based off of my previous purchases. I ordered the hair on a Monday and received it Friday. Fantastic! When I opened the package the curl pattern was really pretty and the hair was soft, but when I pulled out the hair I noticed the bundles were very small. Way smaller than what I ordered before from this company. I read the back of the package and The 6 bundles were equivalent to 1 pack of hair. Great deal right. Not! If I would have know this I would have gone with the buy 1 get 1 free deal instead. Be careful and do your research on this company's deals.
I recently ordered two wigs from Hairsisters. Trying to return them is impossible. They claim they email you the instructions for returning the wigs; and then they send another email saying you never sent in the RMA Request. I reported them to the BBB and Hairsisters sent a nasty email to my response saying they have informed me of what is needed and that they "were not going out of their way to help me". You are absolutely right, Hairsisters' customer service department is incompetent and they have no intention of helping their customers once they get their money. I will never, ever again order from this company and strongly urge others not to order because once you get the wigs or other products, they refuse to refund your monies even though you are dissatisfied. I have the emails to prove what I am stating here. This is the response below which was received from Hairsisters (extremely poor customer service):
We'eve emailed you the RMA requests several times since 9/18 and as of today we HAVE NOT RECEIVED the items here. We're not going out of the way not to help you, you just seem to not be following directions now its way past your allowed return period.
"Again we're not going to send you a label which you seem to be asking for. You have to follow the directions meaning submit an RMA request which you've done an follow the return process which we've emailed you several times but you're not following actually attempting to send the items back just keep emailing for the same info we've repeatedly sent you.
We'll enclose the email chain here again for your records Showing that we've responded to you with the needed information several times. We've also told you as of this Tuesday 10/3/17 via email to send the items back sooner than later and again you have not taken those steps. No refunds will be given unless we received our items here in their original unworn non altered condition"
Is not a poor way to respond to a customer. I have submitted the RMA request and even tried a second time and received the response that the RMA Request had already been submitted. Please, I urge you not to order from this company.

Answer: Same day shipping only means it will ship out the day that you ordered it as long as its before 3:00PM. What really matters is what shipping option you pick. For example we offer the $4.99 flat rating shipping with a $30 dollar purchase or more but that option does take about 7-12 business days and anything other that option can start at about $17 and increase in price depending on how fast you want it.
Answer: Unfortunately, they are still in business. I would not recommend ordering from them. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. They responded to that complaint withing 24 hours, my other email from nearly a week ago went unanswered.

If you wanted to use an express method of shipping or even a guaranteed method of shipping that would have been a service you'd have to pay for instead of using the flat rate $4.99 shipping which has an estimated delivery date of 5-12 business days listed to the right of the option before you selected it.
