Unreliable drivers, don't ring door bell when food arrives, never responded to my text and food was an hour late. After driver picked up my food he went to New Milford/Brookfield and sat somewhere for 1/2 hour. Which is mins. Or more from my house. Food was cold and very disappointing and don't trust these drivers anymore. Waste of time and money and too bad b/c I gave good tips to unreliable drivers. Also delivery times updated 3 times: First was: 6:57-7:07,2nd was: 718-8:28 and 3rd was: 7:58-8:08. Tired of people taking advantage of others.
Ordered from Carrabba's. The driver must have been a smoker because my bag of food reeked of the odor of cigarette smoke. I responded to Grubhub's app and gave them a review, never heard a word from them.
If I could give it 0 stars I would, this is the second time that Grubhub messed up my order and I didn't even get the first one likely for the same reason I almost didn't get the second one. I ordered Taco Bell and my driver called me five minutes after the order was placed asking me if she was in the right spot which I promptly told her she wasn't. I had to literally guide her to my house and even had to send her GPS directions because Grubhub had given her the wrong address. I am assuming this is what happened the first time I ordered from them but the driver hadn't bothered to double check that he delivered to the right place. It's a shame that there is a company that exists to self sabotage itself and lose business because they don't bother to check the proper address when the order is being placed, but then again they are probably nothing but a bunch of bots anyway. If you really want something fast that delivers I would consider shelling out some extra coin for DoorDash.
Ordered $55 dollars worth of food order# **************. Waited1:45 minutes to receive delivery. All the food was cold. As a matter of fact, the restaurant is now selling lunch and I ordered breakfast a long time ago. If this is the business Matt Maloney set up, it will fail over time. Customers, like myself with millions of followers, will recommend exactly what I am recommending, that Grubhub be last on their list for a food delivery company. Grubhub cannot be trusted to deliver hot fresh food within a reasonable time frame. Last, their site dies not have a way for customers with unsatisfactory results to review the company. Previous experience with grubhub was not good. We had a driver in the area who would take all of the tipped orders and then (with then tracker on), go, park somewhere for hours at a time. Grubhub took no action.
Fast forward to having a baby. We received a gift card and attempted to use the gift card. Grubhub refused entered the card onto the account and the …charged our account anyway. Again, just had a baby, and can't use grubhub gift card for diapers. Grubhub told it was our fault because we did not select them gift card as payment. We can't, and screen captured the options where the gift card was not coming up. Grubhub ignored it. They refused to transfer the balance to the gift card and will not refund the gift card back to our account. Ergo, we have a ‘gift card' we cannot use because their screwed up system won't let us, and they will not refund the gift card … meaning they basically just stole the amount. We've had to initiate a dispute through our bank and will be closing our account. Not having these types of petty issues with DoorDash or Uber Eats, and will, never, again expose ourselves to this behavior. They can't even figure out how use a gift card and think customers will allow them to screw with their families? They've just gone nuts. They think they should get to choose whether families need diapers or grubhub? Done with these guys.,
I highly recommend that anyone ordering food on this app will be highly disappointed. I placed an order for Five Guys. The place is expensive, but the food is good, at least at their stores. I ordered through Grub Hub. The order total was 38.00 and some change! Yikes! But, I was hungry. I am looking at the tracker on my PC and could see that the driver was getting close, so, I put on my trusty face mask as the app says and am now waiting on m front porch, sitting below the giant 102 on the door. The food never came. When I called her (twice), she never answered the phone. Then I kept texting her, after about five minutes of this, she texted back, 'I dropped it off already'. I replied, "not at this house you didn't. I've been sitting on the front porch waiting for you. So, I contact Grub Hub and now I am waiting 5 days for the money back, I am left hungry and really pissed off. All I can say is... NEVER AGAIN! And yes, I did try Uber Eats too, and they screwed it up as well. Don't trust delivery apps, just go get it and save the money.

Literally the worset experience ever. Never using GrubHub again. Order for 20 people in office meeting was never received by restaurant. GrubHub cancelled the order onyl when I called since it was past dleivery time. I was left hanging figuring out lunch for 20 people. Worst experience and customer service!
Grubhub doesn't care about their drivers. I delivered 2 orders to the given address. I was harassed in both instances. One lady was yelling so loud at me that I was shaking and scared. I put in 2 harassment reports. My driver account was put on hold for 48 hours and I was not able to schedule myself in for shifts for the following week. I have been greatly impacted by this. Grubhub has no safety measures set up for harassment. I no longer feel like Grubhub cares about all of the hard work I put in for them. They only care if the customer received their food or not. I would not recommend using Grubhub as a customer or driver. Bad business ethics..
They cannot fulfill their obligation for the Grubhub+ membership services. Extremely bad customer support. And their management couldn't care less. 0-star rating. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
If "ZERO" could be given, I would have chosen it! It's not that difficult to deliver food orders, a Moron could have accomplished this simple task.
Instead, I placed an order at 8:30pm, told it would arrive in 45-60 minutes, two and a half hours later my order arrived, COLD, wrong drinks and the order itself was completely incorrect. I was given someone else order!
Starving to death would have been much better! AVOID them like the Plague!
I used GrubHub regularly for a 1 month period. Horrible service. Late on multi occasions. Complained about 3 meals that were extremely late or the food was horrible to customer service. They stated they would give me a credit which I never received. Avoid this company.
From a HOA order: Tulsa, OK delivery to 450 W 7th St Tulsa OK t approximately 8:15pm on 8/14/21 drive in a red Toyota Corolla tag number JZK-513 parked in a No Parking zone across the entry drive on a sidewalk that can not bear the weight of an auto. I am a director on the property and I went outside and told him he couldn't park there and told him to move his car but he blatantly ignored me. I then again instructed the driver to move the vehicle but he refused. I called the security guard and while I was gone he told one of our employees I was crazy. Our employee then told him I was correct he needed to move his car. Our employee is a witness to the incident.
Grubhub should fire this driver, period.
Tried this again. Waited 1 hour and all of the main dishes were missing. Chatted with CS and the guy only wanted to refund part of the order, yet charge me over $30 for receive 2 sides salads I did not order, a scoop of rice and an side of fries. Tells me things are out of his control. Why force a chargeback when you have completely failed to execute any of the basics - like diever the food ordered.

I received an order that was just missing an item- not the whole meal. When I submitted it, it went across as the whole meal was missing. I reached out on help chat to let them know, as the whole meal was credited to me and I didn't think that was right. And the response I got? "You need to learn to be more careful when you click on an item." I was trying to do the right thing. What an $#*!!
Should be - 1 star. Terrible service with atrocious support. This "service" will allow drivers to say they delivered your order when not even in your area. 3 different times over the coarse of months resulted in the same issue. It was a large order that took longer than it should have. I watched the driver go the opposite direction AFTER receiving my order and stop somewhere for a brief time. Headed back in my direction but NEVER came anywhere near my street. Claimed delivery was completed but I was standing outside watching. Chatting with support did not help. They did not apologize for the blatant theft, would not re-deliver the food and said it would take a few days for my refund. They tried to give me a coupon for future use as if I will order from them EVER again. They wouldn't listen when I told them the driver had my food and did NOT even attempt to drive near my location.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
