From a HOA order: Tulsa, OK delivery to 450 W 7th St Tulsa OK t approximately 8:15pm on 8/14/21 drive in a red Toyota Corolla tag number JZK-513 parked in a No Parking zone across the entry drive on a sidewalk that can not bear the weight of an auto. I am a director on the property and I went outside and told him he couldn't park there and told him to move his car but he blatantly ignored me. I then again instructed the driver to move the vehicle but he refused. I called the security guard and while I was gone he told one of our employees I was crazy. Our employee then told him I was correct he needed to move his car. Our employee is a witness to the incident.

Grubhub should fire this driver, period.

Tip for consumers:
Try another delivery service like Door Dash. Door Dash is very considerate.


Purchase through home depot.com Home Decorators Cabinetry. I ordered May 19. The cabinets were delivered but two were damaged. I ordered replacement June 8. Ideal Brands makes these cabinets for Home Depot. I still have not received the replacement cabinets which were shipped June 23. I have had to make many phone calls and no one really seems to care. The shipper is the main problem but the cabinetry company never did anything to make sure I got the cabinets. After many, many, many phone calls I continue to do without a kitchen and finally had to demand new cabinets be shipped to me. Too much lack of concern for the customer. Ideal refuses to send them via a better, faster shipper. This cabinetry company needs to get their customer service and their method of delivery straightened out. This has been a true nightmare.

Do not order Home Decorator Cabinets from Home Depot

I ordered cabinets on May 19,2021. The cabinets arrived as promised in 3 weeks. There were a couple of damaged cabinets. Home Depot partner Ideal Cabinetry shipped the replacements on June 23. I never got them. I have been on the phone many, many times trying to get my cabinets from CH Robinson. Evidentially the cabinets are in the custody of an end-point delivery company that makes final deliveries in Tulsa. Evidently the cabinets have been to Tulsa twice. Also they have been to many other states that are not even between Tulsa and Florida where Ideal cabinets exists. RH Robinson will not take responsibility for this problem. BE WARE OF RH ROBINSON DELIVERIES.

Tip for consumers:
Retailers don't use RH ROBINSON.

nothing I never received man package that has been lost in the RH Robinson system for almost a month.


Ordered 11 cabinets. Four of the eleven cabinets were damaged but the boxes they were shipped in had no damage. Seems the factory just sent me 4 damaged cabinets they had sitting around. Then of the 4 replacement cabinets 2 hard damage with no damage of the shipping cartons. Thee cabinets are of terrible quality and I am shocked at Home Depot for continuing to sell this product. I THINK HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO STRAIGHTEN UP AND QUIT SELLING THESE CRAPPY CABINETS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!


We have a 55" tv we purchased 2 months ago that has been totally cutting out after about an hour for over a week now. We took the tv to the Best Buy store but because it was 55" they wouldn't take it stating Geek Squad needed to come out. So we brought it back and called the Geek Squad. We were on hold for over an hour. We used 2 phones to call but still could get through. Once we did get through we were told we would have to call the manufacturer. So 4 hours later we finally got to talk to the manufacturer. When i paid for the tv and the extra support plan at Bestbuy I did not realize we were going to have to "pay for the tv again in our time of sitting waiting for Best Buy to respond! At this point I am very sad how many products I have bought for my home and my business, way more that $100,000, because their customer service is lousy!


For floor protection I ordered a set of Round & Square Furniture Silicone Protection Cover 16pcs/Set. When I tried one it would don't let the dining room chair slide at all so I asked for a refund. The company refused to give a refund. Buyer beware.


Watch out for this website and their adds on facebook. Due to being at risk with existing immune system issues for 3 family members I ordered 4 n-95 masks from website https://thepebblejar.com via facebook on 3/17/2020. The face masks have not arrived so twice I have emailed the customer support site twice over the past week but no one replied. I started getting worried and found that their facebook page is only a month old and The Pebble Jar has no phone number only an address in Beijing. Although I have not hear back from the company I looked at my credit card account and they took money from that on 3/17/2020. Because the company fails to answer me and there is no info about the company before February I think the company is a fraud. Buyer beware. As an edit on 4/23/2020 I still have not received these masks.
