GrubHub delivery from Alibaba took two hours and the food was soggy and cold. The poor ratings are well-deserved.
Was told my food would be delivered in 25 minutes... I waited 2 hours! And was given 10% off my next order as if there will be a next order
They cancelled my order and told me I had to wait 2 to 3 business days for my refund! I don't even know why they cancelled it. That's very shady.
Please don't tip your driver with u credit card they don't get that money they use it as their hourly pay if you want to tip them tip them cash
Terrible experience and it will be my last, thank goddness the restaurant we like is not far and another delivery service picks up from there also. I placed an order for lunch which included a $7 order of Mongolian Beef I requested for mushrooms to be added. Along with that I ordered over $50 of other food. This was not my first order from the restaurant or eat24, however it is the first time that I ordered lunch or that I received a call from customer service telling me that it would be an additional $3 for mushrooms on a $7 item. I asked them to keep the mushrooms (that is crazy, a 43% markup for mushrooms no thanks). Then the girl had the audacity to ask me how I planned to tip the driver because "according to my account I have never tipped the drivers". That is when I nearly lost it on this girl who called me. First of all I always tip in cash so that the driver actually gets the money so her looking at her computer screen and seeing my transaction history of payments means diddly squat when it comes to tipping anyone what it should have shown her is that I have ordered multiple times from them and that I have established a history of becoming a repeat customer, not badgering me about $3 for mushrooms on a $7 order and definitely not how I planned to tip the driver. This was the last time I would be ordering. Actually the time before was the last time I ordered successfully because at that point I cancelled the entire order and told her no need to worry about the tip for the driver but I had a tip for her that she find a job where she doesn't work with customers because she is a liability to anyone who has her representing their business.
When watching grubhub commercials I puke. The commercials need to change. They are racist, no white person in commercials.
Missed items. Rude customer service. Samurai Sam's Metro. Said we cant help. Call customer service. Didn't even try to help me. NEVER AGAIN!
They have very poor service. My food waited at the restaurant for over an hour. I'm still waiting at the two hour mark.

They do NOT check orders and will not re-deliver. So if you are hungry and they left some of your order at the restaurant you will go to bed hungry!

In my experience the time ti takes to get my food is usually not ideal. Once it finally arrives it is cold.
Tried to use this app, it locked up my iphone 6, and had to reboot it. Its obvious this app is poorly written software. Not recommended

I've been using Grubhub for close to a year and found it easy to use and convenient. During the past couple of months my orders were missing items and I found it was impossible to get the missing items delivered, the only option is a credit. I still used the service despite this inconvenience. At this time customer service would accommodate me and give me a $5 credit for the inconvenience, as of late they haven't. I've also found the customer service people to not be as friendly as they once were.
On my most recent order it was through a restaurant that actually does the delivery as well. This restaurant called to cancel my order 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be delivered and told me I had to call Grubhub to get a refund. I waited an hour and a half for my food and then find out it was canceled. I attempted to call Grubhub and was unsuccessful so I tried the chat and left a message. I never received a call back or an email so I called again the next day. I was told they would confirm with the restaurant that the order was canceled and they would then credit my account. After 4 days of hearing nothing back from them, I called customer service again. I was told the same thing. I refused to accept anything but a credit to my account and they denied me and told me I should dispute it with my credit card company. They never offered anyway of making things right other than issuing me a credit with Grubhub so I would have to spend it with them. I was never offered any compensation to make that experience better, not even $5.
I've disputed this charge with my credit card company and have chosen to move my business to Bite Squad. Grubhub needs to do something with their customer service as it's unacceptable!
