I had items missing from second shipment. Customer service claimed I would have to wait until next shipment to receive items I had already paid for. Third shipment came and items were still missing. Customer service said same thing again. Apparently, they couldn't refund me for items I PAID FOR and never received, nor could they send me JUST the items I was missing. Basically, if I wanted to receive missing items I would have to pay for something else. Complete scam. Customer service sucks. All they care about is getting money, even if that means customers don't receive products. Never buying from them again!
Grove is a scam! They add things to you cart that you do not order and then they leave items off you delivery and tell you you have to pay another $39 to get the items! Horrible company! Stay away from them!'

I ordered products 1 time as you get some "free gift". After I received products I called to cancel auto ship. Then you have to change your settings to cancel membership yourself. I called grove and they reassured me I would no longer accrue charges. However they still cont to charge a yearly "VIP" membership to my credit card, they never informed me of this. They are sneaky. It is hard to catch as it is just 1/year. They refused to refund unauthorized charges other than store credit. But I don't want store credit as compensation for charges I never authorized. I don't want to do business with a dishonest company. Stay away from this company. This is a scam!

When you place your first order, you are automatically enrolled in flexible monthly shipments, as well as a free trial of our VIP program. These services are noted upon purchase and must be accepted to proceed to check out, and we apologize if that information was missed. After your first order, you can cancel both services if you so choose, which can be done by the customer, or by contacting our Grove Guides. As these are two separate services, canceling one does not cancel the other. We do our best to make sure you're aware of any charges before they occur, and we send reminders before shipments process 7 and 3 days prior to orders being sent to the warehouse. We also send a reminder 3 days before your VIP membership renews, giving you the option to opt out. If you do miss that email, we are more than happy to refund VIP charges for any requests made within 6 months of the renewal date. It started out well until I decided to adjust my order and delay it. 1) It says to empty your cart and that changes order 2) I wasn't aware there was a19.99 membership. 3) you can't delay it like you want in other sites. They only allow you to delay by a week or two. 4) even if you attempt to cancel they still charge your credit card and even if you cancel they still charge your card. Oh when I rebuttal they said they wished they could help me and credit me but the order already went out went to website checked order and there was none. No tracking number was given. I'm about to call my bank and request a credit. Don't waste your money your better off at a store locally.

We want to clarify that the $19.99 fee was for your VIP Membership renewal. Three days before your free VIP trial was up you should have received an email stating you could cancel.

Run dont walk away from this company. I cancelled the membership before auto renew for myself, my mother & daughter. I deleted everything from our online carts and also deleted our credit card info from their site. I did this due to so many issues I went through dealing with our orders. They made one account inactive but have since hand entered the credit card info I deleted from their site in order to charge 2 of us with membershii fees. They also have charged anorder to my mothers account. Seems to me that it should be illegal to hand enter CCs that were deleted. This company is not worth dealing with no matter how good their products are! Im trying to decide whether to contact a lawyer as I cant get past the fact that they hand entered a CC that was deleted off their site.
An environmentally responsible company with products for you, your home, kids, and your pets. They have a wide variety of products and they are working on being plastic-free by 2025. Products come quickly and with a cute little thank you note.

I tried to cancel my subscription. I went to their customer service chat. I explained what I wanted to do. They gave me clear directions which I followed. Then a week later I get a notification that I am getting a shipment. I went back to customer service and they said there were additional steps I had to take which they never directed me to do before. This is misleading.

They will keep billing you with no options to cancel. Even when you remove every item from your basket and e-mail and attempt to contact, they will keep billing... I had to block them on paypal to make it stop.

I decided to try a few of these products and I have come to really appreciate so many aspects of them. I like the scents, the fact that the company is mindful of sustainability and they fact that they actually work well.
I sent 3 friends birthday gifts from Grove and I hope they like them as much as I do. It is a useful gift and the metal baskets are well made.
I was double charged accidentally and when I tried (within minutes) to cancel one of the orders I was told they could not cancel it because the warehouse already had the orders. I cancelled my membership and account, I was then charged the following month. Terrible company. Terrible service. They do seem good products but just buy them from amazon and save the hassle. FYI they will always promote crap you do not want, buyer beware

Auto order happens monthly and random things get added to my cart each time. I have to go in and clear my cart then shop from scratch. June's order sent and I got $100 worth of stuff I do not need. I reached out to my "sponser" the day it sent to try to adjust it and never got a response back. I'm HIGHLY dissatisfied!

Watch out they charged me a non refundable 29.00 charge which I didn't authorize. I see no less packages with this company. I don't trust that their mint antibacterial cleaner really works. It don't smell clean now does it make me feel confident it works. I thought sorry bottles were nice but they're just well made junk. Triggers don't work well. Products are expensive and you have to use a lot of elbow grease to get it viral. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND JOINING AT ALL

When I made my first purchase with grove I absolutely loved. However, after a month I received items items that I never bought and I was charged for that. I sent them and email and they gave me the money back. However, in the subsequent month I was charged AGAIN ($64) for items that I never bought.
Do not trust Grove. They take your credit card number and charge you for things you never bought.

Don't subscribe. Difficult to unsubscribe. Layers of commitment are not evident. Got a box of "gifts" which I did not ask for ($$$). After unsubscribing VIP, got another box of items I did not request. Then told I needed to also cancel monthly subscription. How many subscription levels are there? Felt entrapped.

Grove collaborative started out on the right foot. I was with them for 2 years. Earth friendly products with decent prices, while planting trees to help the environment. Yearly VIP price, with free shipping. Free product's. Which now, is all a lie. Even with VIP, you must order 40$ to get free shipping. What? Then, if they don't have what you put in your cart, you won't know till the package arrives. Plus, I wouldn't have placed the order knowing the items weren't in stock! So you pay 40$ for items you need. It arrives & your items are not in package. They expect you to pay another 40$ to reorder the items you need, when They get the items in stock. Shocked! I screenshot the VIP free shipping & contacted customer support. Why are customers being lied to? Needless to say, they refunded my 20$ for yearly subscription. I deactivated my account. Loyal & dedicated customers get punished, not rewarded! Awful!

My daughter-in-law referred me to Grove and I've been shopping here ever since. I love being able to find holistic, earth-friendly products, including Grove exclusives like their lavender-scented laundry detergentmy favorite product thus far.
Also, the prices are reasonable, and sometimes certain items are discounted temporarily. VIP shipping is also reasonable, and so worth the cost if you order frequently, which I do.
The site is easy to navigate and now you can choose how often you'd like to receive the items you tend to reorder. Customer service is friendly and personaland handwritten greetings come on every package you receive. At first I was smitten; now I'm in love.

I have been using grove for over 4 years and I love it. They have quality products (their own brand) and offer other products such as method and seventh generation at great prices. Grove is the only place I purchase my cleaning and paper products from. I love that they care about the environment and are doing their part to protect it by using recycled plastic and paper products made from bamboo. With covid shipping has been delated but they are doing their best and always communicate to let you know. Any time I have had an issue they have been polite and have resolved immediately. Defiantly recommend!

Do not EVER order from this company... I ALWAYS order and make sure you do a ONE time and they are sending stuff every month and taking money out of my account and there's no phone number to contact them NOR and email address!
You would think that the list that comes in all these boxes would have a contact number but they are thieves and don't know want you to contact them!
