What a ridiculous experience! I added two items to my cart (one was "free") and it should have totaled $36.95. I return to cart after selecting PayPal and the order instantly processed without a chance to review. However, the total was for twice the amount! I went to review my invoice and discovered that multiple items were added to my purchase without my consent. I sent them email telling them to cancel the order. I also contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. What a pain in the backside. That was my first and last transaction with this unethical business!
Impossible to reach via phone. Impossible to get a response via email if you're attempting to cancel. AVOID.
Very, just in my personal opinion, useless. Save the time and just buy from amazon.
Oh you can get ahold of someone if an auto reply to an email works for you. BUT if you are asking for service for your needs as a customer buy elsewhere. The horror stories are TRUE!

Impossible to reach. No answer to my multiple attempts to fix a web site. I sent the attached photo to customer service with description of problem and got no response.
I got help immediately with their Chat Message icon. However, outcome wasn't great. So I just asked to cancel my order and they did
I e-mailed customer service -- but I also contacted PayPal & told them not to accept any further transactions from Grove on my PayPal account. PayPal e-mailed me & said they cancelled payment between my account & Grove. Good job, PayPal!
Chat option is super fast! But they also respond to emails quickly!

They email you when you order so you can reply directly to those emails. So yes.
I received an answer and help within 24 hours over email.
