I have never had to deal with such a low quality of costumers service, still waiting on my order that's I placed over a month ago April 3rd 2023, today May 8th 2023.

I've sent several emails over the course of a week asking for my return label to be sent to me to return the defected shoes I received.
After I sent several emails and finally got a response I sent another email saying please send me a return label so that I can ship the shoes back. Still no response and still no return label.

I purchased Nike Jordan Retro OG through Flight Club, which is a subsidiary of Goat. The sneakers shipped from Hong Kong. No customer service, no live person to speak to. Flight Club and Goat both GUARUNTEE authenticity. I had to dispute the transaction through AMEX, which is how I determined Goat owns Flight Club. AMEX listed Goat's phone number, but no answer. Terrible company with zero integrity.
I have ordered used sneakers on Goat for $140 plus $40 shipping. After some time I received notice from UPS that I have to pay an additional ~$70 which I was unaware of (small font says there is duty, but doesnt tell you its heavy duty, plus service, plus handling plus storage etc --- don't think this is Amazon --- not even close). I asked UPS to hold up delivery for ONE day (I never refused to take or to pay, just asked the delivery person to ask Customer Service to call me). They immediately aborted the process. I have asked GOAT 6 times on separate emails with 3 agents to resend it from UPS. I called UPS multiple times. NOTHING. They talked, they wrote, but they never delivered. EVER. I wrote them explicitly I'm willing to pay the additional (outragious) fees. NOTHING. Then they refunded $92 dollars. I lost ~$90 and never got the shoes, spent multiple emails and phone calls and time and kid disappointed. I WOULD NEVER BUY AT GOAT AGAIN.
I ordered some Crocs my size 9 and they were to big I been trying to reach out to these people and I got a response but still waiting on a return label so I get a smaller size never will I order from them again
Awful customer service! The first time my boyfriend bought me panda dunks for my birthday but he ordered men's size instead of women's! You only have 3 days to make the return and he did not make an account when he ordered them so we had to email them and they didn't get back to me in time. So I had to sale them for 30$ less than he bought them for. If you want to talk to anyone you can only talk to a robot through a chat or through email. They really need a phone number to call because I could have made my return before the 3 days if they had a number. They don't send any return labels with their orders. So a week later I sold them to someone and went on goat and purchased the same shoe in women's size. This time the shoes came with a lot of defects and missing paint. And I ordered the brand new in the box dunks. I'm not even sure if these are real. But there were scuffs and stains. How did it take them so long to verify but they missed all the damage on the shoes? I sent them the picture of the black paint missing on the toe area and the other marks and they only offered me 8$ credit if I wanted to keep them. I told them I prefer just to return them and they said they would give me 134$ back because they don't give you the $14.50 shipping back which that is understandable but I paid $163 so really I should get $149 back! So they are just going to steel 15$ from me? They do not care about there customers at all! And if you do decide to return you only get store credit like who wants another pair of y'all messed up fake shoes! They will not get business from me ever again!
I didn't believe the negative reviews
I honestly thought the negative reviews were from competitors. I've watched videos online from sneakerheads unboxing from goat and all looked good. I read many positive reviews as well so I thought I'd give them a try.
Please be aware they are not transparent at all about where the item is shipping from. They should be required to reveal the items location. My shoes have been sitting in Germany for 12 days and appear to have been confiscated by customs. They only reply that they have no control over what happens after the shoes have been sent to carrier. This is not true. THEY shipped them. The shoes were received by Goat and "verified" and then goat shipped. Goat has the power to contact FedEx and ask to be returned. They refuse to do so and are just letting them sit in a foreign country with no timetable for shipping now.
I won't post the names of other sites I purchase shoes from because I do not want anyone reading this to think I work for them. But do not buy form Goat. Check every other site and pay a little more if necessary. I won't say how much I'm out but I will say it's enough to have to take legal action and I have way more important things to do.
I bought some sneakers from GOAT, the carrier they used, Returnmates is the name, left them in the lobby on top of some locked lockers and now the box package is gone! I reached out to GOAT and they told me that because the carrier left a pic of them in a lobby that they were delivered and there is nothing they can do to help me. I told them that when I ordered I put an apartment, and that the Lobby of my building is NOT my address. They are unreasonable and wrong. If they would have used usps, FED X, ups, they would have put it inside the lockers instead of on top of them, or they would have delivered it to my door. Another thing is they told me next time make sure to look out for the package. Problem is they never told me the package was shipped until it was too late. In fact, I received a delivery confirmation email (around 10:30 a.m.) before I reviewed the email telling me it was shipped (after 12 noon). So they sent me the package shipped email literacy after the delivery. I couldn't look our for it. I won't be shopping with them anymore. I can't risk my money being stolen from me.
Their own words mean nothing. First problem I had turned into a disaster. They agreed via email to accept my return and refund my purchase (minus shipping), if I returned the shoes at my own expense. They provided an address and I returned the shoes. I followed up after FedEx returned the shoes, and no response from Goat for two weeks even after repeated emails. Then lo and behold the shoes were returned to me by Goat. And they still won't acknowledge the email that I have detailing the return, that I received from them! Had to call my financial institution and file a claim. Uploaded the email from Goat as I spoke to the bank rep and they were shocked by Goat's treatment, and immediately refunded my money. In good faith I reached out to Goat regarding at least returning the shoes to them, and they go back to not even acknowledging my repeated emails. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews from people who have had problems with Goat. Sure, they were good even for me when everything went perfectly, but how do they handle problem? Terribly.
Everybody out there do not order from goat. Never received my order and they refused to refund me and refused to re shipped my order. Wanting customers to fill out an affidavit & show drivers license
My shoes never came. The support has no phone number you can only email them and they take forever to email back and when they do they don't even help you they send a forwarded email
I bought a pair of shoes that weren't the right size which was my fault but when I approached their customer service to get a refund Their team were by far the worst customer service experience I have every had in all of my life.
It took them over 2 days to respond to 1 email, and then they wanted me to create a profile on their app to start the refund process rather than just posting it to their address which seemed to be to hard for them to understand. 2 weeks later of constant back and forth emails and the lady Cherrylen basically said that i was saying the address was incorrect that it was delivered to which I never did and then I asked to speak to her manager as by this time I had wasted so much of my time.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAM COMPANY.
I ordered a pair of shoes from GOAT and another seller at the same time because I was trying to get them in time for my son's birthday, so I was going to keep the pair that arrived first and cancel or return the later arrival. I noted that I could only return to receive a store credit, but that was fine as my son likes nice shoes and I'd be able to use it for future purchases. The pair I ordered from GOAT arrived 5 days after the other pair, so he never even knew about this order. I wouldn't have even opened the box except that I had to in order to put in the return packing slip or they would not take it back. I never even saw or touched the shoes. I opened the box, placed the packing return slip inside and sent them back to GOAT. A few days later, I received an email with pictures saying that my return would not be accepted because the shoes had been worn. I'm not sure if the pictures were of the shoes I returned or not. I don't know if they sent me bad shoes originally because I never even looked at them. I contacted them about this, and they continued to refuse the return. I'm not sure if this was a random incident or if this is just the way they regularly go about their business by cheating people, but I will certainly never order from them again. There are other places that have better quality shoes and get orders to you alot quicker. Stadium Goods is a much better place to purchase nice shoes.

I bought a shoes from them then I got shipping tracking number but the shipment never left Japan for no reason. I was told to get the my money back I have to sell the shoes or pay for shipping to send it back to me. They are thieves working from CA making money by SCAMING PEOPLE.
I recently purchase a pair of Nike Dunks in black and white. I was told GOAT would be a good merchant. I made a purchase but had to return because they did not fit. I received store credit and used that credit to get another pair in another size. I received the pair and they fit perfectly BUT after I inspected the shoes I noticed they were "new" as stated in the site. They had various creases and the stickers inside were worn out, you couldn't see the print. The Nike tag has a water mark from being cleaned and extremely noticeable to the bare eye. The box itself was damaged. Mind you you also pay for a box in a good condition. I took pictures and immediately filed a complaint. After multiple emails with their reps they are refusing to issue me a full refund in the original form of payment: they gave me store credit and refuse to eat the shipping cost and "processing fee" clearly this was a flop on their end and the shoes were not inspected for quality. Worst is they can't seem to figure out the original form of payment. When you purchase something and record of the original form of payment it shouldn't matter how many times you exchanged the product. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I don't normally make purchase on shoes like this. I only wanted this pair. Now I have to pay even more and trust their brand statement that the shoes get checked fit authenticity and quality? What a joke

This website is a scam. They send old used shoes charging for new ones. They dont take returns and kwep charging for shipping even for returns. Stay away from it.
This business has poor practice. I recently bought a few pair of Jordans and Nikes from GOAT. I received a pair and requested a return the same day and sent them back via UPS in less the. 24hrs. I was later denied a return for unworn wrinkled shoes. I later received Jordan cherry 11s not only was the stitch peeling from a "NEW" shoes and the pattern on the white area of the shoe was indented and not matching. The inner soles were tagged with a nine USA sticker and there were glue scuff marks on the toe. This company has its pros when shipping from USA, but the return policy is not only crooked but is a SCAM. Screw GOAT! The triangular points are peeling and I just got this shoe less them 6 hours ago. They have never been worn, but the authenticity is a thumbs down. Not to mention an employee stated they're not giving out verification cards which seems very weird being that I just received a pair of shoes with a verification card last week! Poor QC/Verification team on these past few orders. And the items I purchase are new not used! The customer is just suppose to roll with an employee saying "yes, your order was verified". Poor QC and crooked practice by GOAT! Not to mention there's no phone customer service which sucks even more!
