THEY LOST MY PACKAGE, THEY HOLD MY MONEY FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS, EVEN FEDEX IS CONFIRMING THAT THEY LOST IT AND THEY'RE ASKING ME TO TELL THE COMPANY TO FILE THE CLAIM, THEY ARE NEVER RESPONDING ON TIME AND NOT REFUNDING ME, PROMISING THAT THEY WILL WORK ON THAT AND ACTUALLY NO ONE WANTS TO DO ANYUTHING TO MAKE THE CASE RIGHT!
I was their loyal customer and they treated me so badly, they have my $300 and do not want to help! I didn't want to call my bank but there is no other way
We tried returning some shoes that didn't fit me and there was a smudge of dirt on them that had been there when the box came. After we established the shoes didn't fit me at all we had set them to be returned but, apparently the return had not been accepted. This was because of the smudge of dirt even though it came when I got the shoes. I do not recommend ordering from here.
Placed 2 orders on Goat for Jordan 1 Rebellionaire for my son and I and they were both cancelled by Goat and I still have not recieved a dime. They offered me store credit but I want my 550.00 back. I didn't pay with store credit. During the whole process this has to be the worst customer service I ever experienced. They take forever to get back to you and no phone number. You can only contact them through email. I disputed through my bank hopefully I will have a good outcome. But I'm telling you I will never order through them again and neither should you. Once they have your money they no longer care about anything else the customer experiences. Absolutely Disgusting
Ordered a pair of shoes an prior to processing I sent images of what this shoe should come with. The reason for doing so was ensuring goat makes sure the proper packaging and accessories came with that sneaker as it was an exclusive one. The assured everything would be there and I had nothing to worry about. Needless to say I did not receive them the way I should have. This confirmed that GOAT does NOT always sell authentic pair because the company who made that collab with Nike only mad the shoes with the things I was missing. This means Goat did not authenticate the shoe correctly and this is a reason for a cause refund. Goat has repeatedly ignored and refused my my reasoning for a refund and only gave me store credit. Will NEVER use the people again.
Ordered shoes! When I received them, first day I wore them the soles fell off! They promised to refund and then they rejected my refund! They will not refund but will sell defected product to the next sucker! Read for yourself!
Ordered shoes from GOAT, ended up paying essentially 50% of purchase price on import duties and brokerage charges. Pricing at some other sites (e.g. StockX) break out these fees, and attempt to match Canadian buyers and sellers. Customer service was also severely lacking at GOAT. Avoid at all costs
I wish I could give this 0 zero stars, but I give it a 1. I was miss lead on the return policy. I was lead to believe I would receive a full refund, but after my order I was informed I would only receive store credit. The return policy needs to be replaced and restated to be more clear and reflect what will actually be given.
Checked return policy prior to purchasing which stated money back if dissatisfied, made purchase and then received notice of in store credit if dissatisfied! Received shoes and don't fit, store credit is now less tax and shipping. What a scam!
Order #*******. On 3/8/22 I ordered a pair of Converse *******C Chuck 70 High 'Unleash Peace - Royal Ghost Green' – Size US 10.5 M. I received the package on 3/17/22. I was out of the country until 3/21 and opened the box immediately upon my arrival. It only took a few seconds to notice that the front of the sole on the left shoe was popping out and the beading was not straight. The right shoe has a dip or crease in the toe cap. All tags were missing. They claim they inspect the shoes but that obviously didn't happen. GOAT is very slow to respond and only communicates through email. After telling them I want a full refund to my card they only offer a store credit. I will not be forced to spend even more money on a company that regularly rips off their customers.
I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes from GOAT, without any problems, so I didn't pay much attention to the negative reviews, before. I ordered a pair of Adidas Ultraboost 22s from them at the advertised price of $150 for my size. They sent 2 confirmation e mails and then a cancellation, saying they were no longer available from the seller. A check of GOAT's website disclosed that they had raised the price of my size to $260, a week after my order and cancelled my order. They are still available at $70 over the manufacturer, Adidas price of $190! Adidas still has plenty of these shoes, available, with free shipping, as opposed to GOAT's outrageous $13, plus!
I've been waiting for a pair of shoes I ordered over two weeks ago, still haven't gotten them. They're custom service is $#*!. Don't buy from them go for stockx even though stockx is higher in there prices. It's worth actually getting your shoes for more money.

Apparently, the shoes were sent to a goat docility before me for inspection, where the did not seem to care about a little dirt. However, the shoes did not fit and I needed to return them. I left them as they came. Sent them back and received an email stating they could not be returned! This company is lacking in pre approval on the buyers end. If they are going to be generous with selling, then they need to have the same generosity when it comes to returns.
I bought a shoes from them then I got shipping tracking number but the shipment never left Japan for no reason. I was told to get the my money back I have to sell the shoes or pay for shipping to send it back to me. They are thieves working from CA making money by SCAMING PEOPLE.
I recently purchase a pair of Nike Dunks in black and white. I was told GOAT would be a good merchant. I made a purchase but had to return because they did not fit. I received store credit and used that credit to get another pair in another size. I received the pair and they fit perfectly BUT after I inspected the shoes I noticed they were "new" as stated in the site. They had various creases and the stickers inside were worn out, you couldn't see the print. The Nike tag has a water mark from being cleaned and extremely noticeable to the bare eye. The box itself was damaged. Mind you you also pay for a box in a good condition. I took pictures and immediately filed a complaint. After multiple emails with their reps they are refusing to issue me a full refund in the original form of payment: they gave me store credit and refuse to eat the shipping cost and "processing fee" clearly this was a flop on their end and the shoes were not inspected for quality. Worst is they can't seem to figure out the original form of payment. When you purchase something and record of the original form of payment it shouldn't matter how many times you exchanged the product. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I don't normally make purchase on shoes like this. I only wanted this pair. Now I have to pay even more and trust their brand statement that the shoes get checked fit authenticity and quality? What a joke
List used sneakers as new, but selling them at retail value. What a joke! That's why they're eligible for credit and not your actual money back. How can stained and dirty shoes get passed by your inspection team. What a waste of time and money.
They will send you defective shoes and claim it's wear and tear and not accept a return or refund your money. The stitching on the swoosh completely fell out after wearing them twice.
Their own words mean nothing. First problem I had turned into a disaster. They agreed via email to accept my return and refund my purchase (minus shipping), if I returned the shoes at my own expense. They provided an address and I returned the shoes. I followed up after FedEx returned the shoes, and no response from Goat for two weeks even after repeated emails. Then lo and behold the shoes were returned to me by Goat. And they still won't acknowledge the email that I have detailing the return, that I received from them! Had to call my financial institution and file a claim. Uploaded the email from Goat as I spoke to the bank rep and they were shocked by Goat's treatment, and immediately refunded my money. In good faith I reached out to Goat regarding at least returning the shoes to them, and they go back to not even acknowledging my repeated emails. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews from people who have had problems with Goat. Sure, they were good even for me when everything went perfectly, but how do they handle problem? Terribly.

Ordered slides first of December and they ran 2 sizes too small. When I returned them they have me a store credit because I was ordering another pair. The new pair I ordered were almost double the price and then they never showed up. They said they got lost and then refunded half my money and gave me a store credit again for the other half. By this time the shoes have went up again and I decided I wasn't spending more and definitely not doing business with them anymore. They are refusing to give me a refund other than store credit. There is nothing else I want from them and I already had to figure out a different Xmas present for someone that was already a week late when they told me they were lost.
Please do not waste your time and money on GOAT. They only give you only 3 days from the time you receive the item to request a return. While authentic companies will even offer free return label. These scammers called Goat makes it an arduous task returning an item. If you are confident in what you sell you would not give 3 days to request a return. They are a SCAM.
