I BOUGHT $200 PAIR OF SHOES. THEY DID NOT FIT. THE SHOES WERE TOO SMALL. I REQUESTED A REFUND OR EXCHANGE BUT THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT AND DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU THE FULL CREDIT FOR WHICH YOU ORGINALLY PAID. THEY GIVE YOU 3 DAYS TO RETURN BUT TAKE 2 DAYS TO EMAIL YOU BACK. ON TOP OF NOT GIVING A FULL CREDIT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY TO RETURN THE SHOES. THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO RESOLVE ISSUES IN A TIMELY FASHION. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN EMAIL. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. THIS IS NOT A GOOD. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!
