I've been waiting on a pair of sunglasses for over 2 weeks that still haven't made it out of production. I've called several times and even done the chat sessions. No answers except we are sorry for the delay! No, that's not good enough! Tell me why it's delayed? No answers. They don't know any information but they knew how to take my money and not give me the product. They can't explain where the glasses are being produced, if they have the frame in stock or if there is an issue with the prescription that it's taking so long. No answer! No supervisor to talk to. Literally waited on hold for over an hour to be told a supervisor will call me back and they never did. I'm so upset at this point. This isn't how you do business. They don't even offer any kind of help or discount for the inconvenience not even expedited shipping with this is clearly their fault. Never again will I use this company!
Order # ******* Ordered Sun glasses through glassas USA. Took 1 month to ship. They did not place the correct lenses inside. Had to take them to my optometrist to prove that they were incorrect to have them sent back. They then took the frame and donated it. I then had to select a different frame. They did provide new lenses and the new frame. Within 3 months that frame cracked. I contacted them to see what they were able to do and only able to provide a 50% discount towards another product. Highly disappointed with this company and will never use them again. Spent $157.40 for this frustration.
Well I seem to have the same story as most everyone else on here. I ordered my glasses on May 12th, and here we are on June 6th and still no glasses. The tracking number given to me for USPS is bogus. The package has not had any change of events or any events actually, since I was given the USPS tracking # on Tuesday. And the USPS site states the following, "A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the SHIPPER provides an update, or when the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon." Almost a month later now, and I have been sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting patiently. Not anymore, I have decided im going to try out a different website tonight. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully they are sent to me in a much more timely manner. Never ordering from glassesusa again. Sorry for the bad review, but people need to know how terribly slow you guys really are. If you need your glasses to see like all the time and can't see hardly at all without them (like myself) then i suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM GLASSESUSA.COM!

I ordered my first pair of glasses back in December 2018 they finally came late Janurary 2019 the glasses were incorrect rx wise. I returned the glasses and waited a few months until after my next eye exam then sent my new rx in and ordered another pair same issue incorrect rx sent those back between back and forth emails with different people finally my replacement pair were ordered and guess what after a few weeks they get here and same issue incorrect rx this time it was my pd was way off. Sent those back once again emails back and forth again finally 2020 got another pair same issue incorrect rx once again I email them the print out from multiple eye wear facilities showing what the glasses were made to and what my rx is those get returned and now a month later after the return they finally email me saying I'm out of returns and cant do store credit. Mind you ive been asking for a refund the entire time but they keep insisting they can make them right. I'm over it im going to place my review everywhere I can as well as file a bbb report and contact my card company. If need be I will file in small claims court. The order number im listing is one of many it changes with each pair.

I bought glasses here because of the low price, but I will never buy again. Both of the pairs I purchased broke within a month of receiving them. One of them broke twice while I was cleaning the lenses. I purchased the warranty but I might as well not have. It's a difficult and long winded process and you have to pay a fifteen dollars copay and you have to pay to ship the glasses back, and I still don't have a functioning pair of glasses. Absolutely terrible. Not at all worth it.

So they say couple weeks for delivery. I'm dependent on progressive lenses to function and it has been a month since they got paid. I've emailed, called and emailed, called OVER and OVER. Idk if they are just going to keep my money and not send me the damn glasses. Or if the glasses even exist! Please do some research and spend your money elsewhere. Also check out the reviews for this company at the BBB. Pretty $#*!ty

I had ordered before and found it to be enough of a satisfactory experience to order again. This company has taken a nose dive on customer service nor do they care. Appriox 2month ago my ordered glasses had the wrong prescription. I opted for a replacement vs refund. Big mistake. 2 weeks after they said they didn't have the frame anymore. When I selected a new frame, they asked 12 days later what frame I wanted again, even though the frame choice was right in the email! Another 2 weeks with no word go by so I send them an email outlining the problem and delay. No response. Another week passes and I call them and relay all the delays. A canned script asks me if I still want my glasses? Really? She puts me on a long hold and then says they are in production and because of Covid it will be another 3-4 bus days to come out of production and then on to quality control. At that point I just want my refund. Hopefully I won't need to wait on that. They didn't care to put a rush on it or try to accommodate me in anyway.

I was hesitant to order based of reviews. Then i had secondary regrets after reading more. I just received my glasses today and i am happy to say that they are perfectly fine with no issues. The script is correct, the frames are fine, the lenses are in the frames and cut to fit fine with absolutely no wiggle.
I ordered them on the 30th of May at 7:00am. They arrived today, June 4th at 1:00pm. I paid for expedited shipping due to the fact that id saved soo much money on the inital purchase that the extra $12 still cost less than buying somewhere else. The glasses arrived all the way from Taiwan, so they must have had everything else done within a few days. I spent a total of $82.95 on my purchase and i honestly couldnt be happier.
Keep in mind, this is for single vision and the normal lens offer (which comes with the scratch resistant coating and anti-glare coatings).
Im very confused as to why there are soo many negative reviews after receiving my product in an extremely timely manner, in tact and perfectly fine. The glasses also came in a fantastic rubber case, with a free glasses cloth and neat prescription card, making it very convenient to find my prescription. I will be ordering from this company in the future, the prices and quality are honestly unbeatable from what i can tell.
Placed an order on May 11,2020 and its june 3 and no order. I have contacted this company several times. I feared to get anything resolved from them. They are ripping people off. They took my money and may 11,2020 and no products returned..

I ordered 2 pair on May 7, it is now June 2 and I still haven't seen my order. I have a very simple single vision prescription. If I made my purchase locally I would have had my glasses in an hour. I recieved a bunch of lip service "sorry about the delay" 2 weeks ago but here we are nearly a month later and no new glasses. Save your money and time. Buy elsewhere!

This site is a bit deceiving because it seems like you'll get them in 3-5 days. Nope. That's the shipping time. Processing time + production time + "quality testing" + preparation time + shipping time (7-10 days) all equals almost 4 weeks total. Make sure to order a month before you'll need them.

I have read all these awful reviews on here and i was skeptical about my glasses but i just got them and they are perfect. I could finally see and there are no defects. 100% recommend.
LOVE! LOVE! I love my glasses, I can't actually wear them all day, which i couldn't with the glasses i got at a store. They are so light I forget they are on my face.
Sending crap glasses back for repairs doesn't work. They just tell me repeatedly that I didn't send them to them, but when I send back hard copy of the USPS tracking papers, nothing happens. They just stole my money, that's all.

I went online to find some Blue Blocking Computer glasses and they advertised reasonable prices with a great introductory offer. Entered my prescription selected my glasses and thought this looks pretty good. Received email next day my order was sent to production and would take 6 days to make and 2 days for inspection. 4 days later I get an email they cannot produce my lenses at the index their site listed and needed to upgrade the index which would double the price of my glasses. I called them back and was not even offered the original discount from my order so I cancelled the order. I had looked at their site previously and always found the glasses ended up being 2 to 4 times the advertised price once everything was done.

I put the order on May 11th. The glasses are for my mom's 65th birthday at May 31th. As of May 28th, the glasses are still not shipped out.
Their timeline on the website means nothing. The customer service knows nothing. They just copy and paste to same response for everyone who contacted them.
They didn't say anything about the delay on their website. As far as I know, UPSP, UPS, fedex are all working. There are 1-3 days delay. But they do work. Amazon and other websites warns you about delayed processing time, but they do not. I bought another much cheaper pair of glasses at another website as a backup for the pair I ordered from glassesUSA 8 days ago (May 20th), and that one is already shipped out today.
I used Paypal to pay. I will wait until next week. If I didn't get it by next week. I will screenshot their website timeline and send it to Paypal, and claim the item never arrived

Ordered 5/16. No updates on order status unless you contact them. Promises made to update via email... doesn't happen. Still no update on shipping. Company says USPS delaying shipping. Called local postmaster "no delays". Glasses can't arrive if you don't ship them.

Ordered glasses and got an email saying production would take around 6 days and 2 days for inspection, very reasonable. However 2 weeks later with no update on anything started the frustration and only when threatening to cancel the order did they get back to me saying they would be shipped ASAP. Then they canceled my expedited shipping due to address and said they refunded which they have not still then charged me again to change back to expedited.

I have ordered a pair of sunglasses with prescription at that store and their lenses do not look like Ray Ban lenses at all! Totally different tone of color. Now, after requesting a refund they simply told me they could not refund me. Now, I have a lens color that do not protect my eye and cannot get a refund for it. Very disapointed.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
