I ordered two frames from GlassesUSA, unfortunately only one worked out with fit and my overall facial structure but it was such a breeze communicating with the customer service team. They provided different options allowing me to personalize my options to suit me.
The service was fast. The shipping on the other hand was a different story. It kept telling me that the order was still being processed at the post office.
Shipping was super fast. I received text message updates every step of the way and the price was $40 cheaper than competition so this site was a clear winner. I think i paid extra for the express shipping but it was only like $11 more, definitely worth it, the glasses were perfect. I didn't really try to figure out how the dimensions would look like on my face but desperately needed glasses for night driving. Will be back for more
Oh my. The glasses aren't near as accurate or fit as well as the ones I got at Costco. The pair of sunglasses that had rhinestones fell out two months after I got them. Thank God I bought the warranty or they would have done nothing. However, the warranty forces you to order the exact same glasses unless they're sold out. Thank goodness they were! The next pair hardly fit at all and give me a headache. They took FOREVER to return and receive the replacement! Forever! And I had to contact them several times and have EVERYTHING documented. DON'T DO IT. Their help lines take you to a foreign country where you can't hardly understand the person. There's a reason there's always a great deal on their site.
My husband has used this site twice and both times something was wrong. The first time the prescriptions lenses in the glasses were incorrect so he couldn't wear them and they refused the return. This time we bought the same frame of glasses that he has now which is the 6335 raybans and received them with missing/broken nose pieces that weren't even in the glasses case or packaging so they were not there when they were packaged and sent out. The small brackets that hold the nose pieces and completely broken. There is glue on the lenses and where the brackets should be so someone obviously tried to fix their mistake. We contacted customer service (after searching for the customer service number that was actual person) and they couldn't even try to get us 1 to 2 day shipping or compensate in any way to correct their error. Instead my husband has to go without his glasses for another good 10 to 12 business days because of their mistake and poor quality control. We will never use this site again.

In the first order I made for one pair of glasses and sunglasses, I returned both pair because the styles did not work for me. I opted for the "store credit" option and found the right glasses and sunglasses on the second try. I'm not sure what to do about my leftover credit balance, though. No obvious options were given to me at the time of purchase either.
Lenses where broken, I contacted them a week ago and still no response!

First time ordering online for prescription eyeglasses anywhere. It's important you have the exact size frame that best fits you. That way you can see if the style you want is in your proper size. The rest was easy. Arrived perfectly made in a nice solid case and cleaning kit. Would definitely recommend.
Your customer service and business is reprehensible. I tried to order, put through my insurance. Before you verified if my order could be fulfilled you billed me. After you used my insurance benefit you then sent me a message that my order could not be fulfilled. I cancelled as per your procedures, however you have failed to restore my insurance benefits. Now I have to wait 5-7 days before I can use my benefits to order contacts. This is totally unacceptable. You should have never billed my insurance until you knew you could fulfill the order. I am now forced to pay out of pocket for my contacts because of your lack of customer service. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with your business practices. I will never recommend your business or service to anyone.

Customer service is awful and they messed up my order twice giving me the demo pair the second time around. I tried contacting customer service several times with no help each time they said my glasses were fine based off a picture i sent. I will never purchase from this site again. I chatted with customer service representatives Rick Adams, Cindy a supervisor who was very unhelpful and a few other reps who could not help me. Honestly your better off

I order a pair of sunglasses 3 weeks before I needed them thinking they would be here in time. But here I am and they are not here yet with no update on when they will be here. When I contacted customer service all they said was the shipping service is backed up and that they couldn't help. I suggest until they start using a different service not to order from them. Their products are good for what you are paying but the shipment in my eyes is not worth the headache.

Choosing a size is a little confusing as it seems one size loads automatically. I had to search for the other sizes, but overall GLASSES USA was a great find. I had my new glasses in less than two weeks and will buy from them again in the future.

Ordered 2 pair of eyeglasses, somehow they "forgot" me, 3 weeks later they admitted that they never filled the order, then no updates, then even though I paid for express shipping they sent them thru DHL snail mail and now almost 2 months later no glasses! I asked for a refund and no word yet and that was last week. Now my account with them has been wiped out and so has all the history of past purchases. What really bothers me is I was a good customer for many years. But at least I have a bank record of payment to them for $358.95. Worst service ever!

My order has been out for shipment for well over a week. On my order tracker it says there is a erro and shipping has been stopped. I absolutely cannot get with any customer support to check on my order or even cancel and get a refund. At this point I feel like I've been scammed.

I ordered a pair of Rx glasses and Rx sunglasses and requested expedited shipping. Paid over two hundred dollars and expected them before going on vacation. I emailed customer service and was told to wait 1 more day. I waited and nothing still. 4 days late and no update. No response. No credit on shipping. And definitely NO GLASSES. This place is nothing but a scam and if I were you, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Initial ordering experience went great. No issues. Glasses ended up being too small so I had to exchange them. That was a nightmare. Getting ahold of anyone in customer service was nearly impossible, and when I did they were not any help at all. Required multiple contact attemps and calling them out several times on social media to get anything to happen.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
