I was sent a top that was COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. It was $60. After a lot of hassle, I was credited for the top. I had to send pictures of the fabric content and the top. The top they sent me wasn't the same colors or the same fabric content! It was supposed to be 100% cotton pastel corals. It was 100% rayon in the ugliest combination of blues and greens and reds. They would not credit me for shipping because I ordered a $9 tank top too. This company is truly not aware of what you're ordering. It probably comes from China and is not checked by anyone, clearly. This was not my first order. I wasn't happy with my last order, but this top really spoke to me; my colors, my fabric, my style... so I took a chance and ordered it. It was $60. It was JUNK!

Oh my. The glasses aren't near as accurate or fit as well as the ones I got at Costco. The pair of sunglasses that had rhinestones fell out two months after I got them. Thank God I bought the warranty or they would have done nothing. However, the warranty forces you to order the exact same glasses unless they're sold out. Thank goodness they were! The next pair hardly fit at all and give me a headache. They took FOREVER to return and receive the replacement! Forever! And I had to contact them several times and have EVERYTHING documented. DON'T DO IT. Their help lines take you to a foreign country where you can't hardly understand the person. There's a reason there's always a great deal on their site.

It would be awesome if people did everything they could to research a company before putting out money. They need to stop selling products they truly don't put themselves behind! I ordered an AirPods case. Cute as the $#*!ens. Two months later I went to take the case off to loan them to my husband and the AirPods case is stuck tight as glue to the bottom of the case. The top comes off, but the bottom of the Kate Spade case will NEVER come off. My husband is going to have to use a dremel tool to get it off! And I can't leave them in there because the pair button is on the bottom of the case! So the fact the case has a charger port is not enough. I contacted Kate Spade and not only did the guy hang up on me on the phone, but I waited forever. He told me to take the case to a 'tech store' for them to deal with it and told me they would not reimburse me for it. I tried to email Kate Spade and I just kept getting a note telling me to ship it back to them! Seriously? I will do what the other people here say... post this everywhere I can so people understand. Buy a purse from KS if you want, but skip products they know nothing about and don't stand behind.
