Worst experience ever! I will absolutely never shop with this company again nor will I refer ANYONE to you... absolutely ZERO customer service you can't ever get anyone on the phone and you talk to a robot on the website.
What I ordered is not what I got, I spent WAYYYY too much money for a pile of crap that I am returning immediately.
The shipping is a joke I paid extra for the fast shipping and it still took 3 weeks!

To keep it short and sweet. I sent them 220$ for prescription sunglasses. Website says 7-10 days. After 9 days I check on tracking and they are still in production. I contact support, they say "we have no idea why they're still in production they should have shipped already, well upgrade you to 3-5 day shipping". So now the glasses are stuck in production supposed to be here by tomorrow (I leave in 2 days for vacation). Their answer was copy/pasted to me twice and the ONLY option I had was to cancel the order. So after 2 weeks of waiting. I now have to wait another 2 weeks for them to return my money. (I'd be suprised if they ever started making my glasses or if they send my money back before I have to contact and attorney.)
But, if you like support to copy/paste you a bunch of the same response over and over, this is the company for you! Trashy company.

Discovered GlassesUSA when we were in lockdown and needed new glasses. Cheaper frames actually worked better for my prescriptions and fit better. But, my prescription has now changed, and they will not refit the frames with the new lens prescription. So I need to find some other supplier that will do just that, or $600 worth of frames are now worthless.
If you want your order to be bent out of shape during shipping due to poor packaging then it's perfect. I received my original order with one side bent wide because the frames come with a soft pouch that offers little protection during shipping. I returned it with a note asking for a hard case to be used for shipping, and five weeks later I received my replacement, this time with both hinges damaged. They obviously don't care whether your order is properly protected.

As someone who frequently purchases prescription, glasses, online, GlassesUSA has to be one of the worst companies. Their frame quality is laughable, lenses are so reflective and with a funhouse effect, and I've spoken to 4 agents about returning mine with no results. Good luck getting your money back!

Update just got my order everything was as I expected just took longer than liked
Ordered my prescription glasses 14 business days ago and paid for expedited shipping and yet their still in production, everytime I try to contact them on their website every single time they say supervisor will email you in 2-3 business days and its been forever i havent heard anything for anyone!
I paid $400 for pair of prescription glasses that I need asap and thats why i paid for shipping!
Its ridiculous cant get no answer from anyone they all say the samething and nothing happens afterwards, do not waist your money and time on this website!
Paid for express shipping 3-5 days. Waited two week for them to come in. Glasses came in with no case and broken, they even messed up my prescription. Never buying from them again. They are a joke and the people who answer the phones are a joke!
We ended up ordering the wrong size glasses. They said we could ship them back and they would send us back a pair properly sized. So we shipped the glasses back and after 3 weeks got back in touch with them about getting a new pair, they said they had received the glasses back but their team "forgot" to ship the new pair out. This seemed ridiculous so we asked for a refund. It has now been a month and I'm still fighting with them about getting this refund. I've called 3 times myself, making it very clear we DO NOT want store credit. The original request was not for store credit either, it was for a refund to the card. Today they called me back, stating they were finalizing our request for "store credit". Now again, I have called 3 times about getting a refund back to the card, NOT store credit.
This company has now spent a month fighting with me over just giving me 118$ back. It is absolutely not worth going through this company, to be constantly fighting to get your money back from them, and not getting the product you're supposed to.
Also do not recommend using their express shipping, 13$ for express shipping you won't get anyway, my glasses still arrived late.
Have called a number of times and the Sales team continues to say they have no update but will send to escalations. No Answer still. Took the money easily enough but answers are harder to get.
Purchased glasses in December of 2022, even paid for the extra 20/20 insurance. Glasses broke in April 2023, contacted support, they said it would be covered under the 20/20 insurance, gave me a new order number, I sent back the broken glasses. Almost a month later, still have to receive the new glassses, the order number I was given goes nowhere and when I contact customer service I get the run around and told it's been escalated and nothing more I can do but continue to check back. On top of that I realize it should still be covered under the 365 day warranty. Meanwhile, they had no issue charging my card right away and yet my son has no glasses to show for it.
I looked at reviews for this before I ordered and was really impressed. After getting my glasses and not being able to use them I quickly realized it's a scam to get you to spend. You will never speak with and actual representative, and they will continually lie via the chat. I've waited 5 weeks to hear from their return department and still no response. Beware! Update: Shortly after posting this review I was emailed confirmation of refund. I can't say I'm happy with the overall shopping experience, but can say that GlassesUSA are not scammers. Just poor customer service. Good luck with your purchase!
I've ordered several glasses from this company. Always had OK luck. Customer service had been OK up until the last call. Called to order the same exact pair of glasses that I just ordered bout 7 or 8 months ago. Lady said she needed a number off of the ticket. Or a number off of the last order? Told her I didn't have one if is there any other way we could look it up she said no. Found my husband's prescription for his eyes when it hadn't ordered the exact same glasses they had sent me a coupon that had nothing on it. That stated that it would not work on any of the glasses. Called the lady said oh that won't work on that brand of glasses By the way her headset stopped working through most of the conversation. It was a $25 difference. Asked her if she could please give me the $25 off of this pair of glasses she said no. I don't know that I'll be going back.
I've ordered from glasses USA before about 3 years ago and it was great however now I've been waiting over a month to get my glasses this go around. I ordered them on April 6. Received them the week of the 24th. They were way too big and wouldn't stay on my face I processed an exchange for the same pair in a smaller size. I track the package a few days after sending them back and they have been delivered but the status shows glasses USA is still awaiting them. I called them three days later as the status still had not changed. Two days later still nothing I called customer service to ask to speak with a supervisor was told there wasn't one available and would call me back (never did get that call back). They said they would be expediting them out to me, told me I had to pay more because the price had changed since I originally ordered which was ridiculous. I told them they needed to honor my original price because it was an even exchange I didn't get a higher priced pair, then I was hung up on. I called back three times after and was given different information each time and had to talk with 2 people on chat. Suddenly I get a text that they were in production this was all the first week of may. The next day they shipped out. I didn't get shipping information for the new pair until 4 days later well after the 24-48 hour timeline. Now they've been stuck in Georgia apparently since the 12. It's now been 7 days they aren't any closer to getting to mw I'm walking around with an old prescription and broken glasses when I paid for some over a month ago and no one has even attempted to offer assistance the many times I've reached out, and they clearly did not honor the expedited shipping they promised I would. I've very disappointed in the decline in customer service glasses are too expensive to be treated this way and not receiving what we pay for. I will be finding somewhere else to get glasses from here on.
Sent a prescription for "acuvue oasys" and "daily wear"
The monkeys that work for their customer support insist that "acuvue oasys" means "2 weeks" whereas the brand for daily wear is "acuvue oasys 1 day"
I've tried explaining maybe 10 times that "acuvue oasys" is a brand. Just like "fresh look" or "acuvue moist" or "rayban" or "Nike" for that matter.
Still nada.
Just for you to see how Third World their customer service is, they sent me a link to my "frame" (acuvue oasys contact lenses).
No call back from supervisor.
Don't recommend using this website whatsoever and also it seems most 5 star reviews are from one time users so probably fake

I will never shop with you again. Glasses usa has a match program which sucks. The company make you buy glasses and the finds a way to no match the price. Then offer a 15$ credit on the next purchase. IS that a joke, the frames were $103 match price the oakley frames were $196. What is $15 on my next purchase? Have you heard of costco.

"Free exchanges" but it took over a month to get a response. Then, the ones I wanted were out of stock. I offered 4 other options to exchange them with. One they said wasnt made in the color I wanted, despite it being on their website. Then, they refunded my money because the other options were more money. I would have been happy to pay the extra, but they didn't even give me a chance. WASTE OF TIME! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
