Great service and fast processing shipping. The only thing that kept me from rating my experience 5 stars was I was disappointed with was how light the 85% shade of green was in my sunglasses.
Very easy to select the glasses I wanted and apply a prescription to them.
The glasses took some time to produce & arrived, as expected and seem to be good quality. Time will tell.
The one irritating aspect of this was I received (& continue to receive) an avalanche of promo codes to use as I was considering my order. Few of them worked and I just found that irritating.
Apart from that, a good experience 7 I will likely use them again.
I ordered glasses through GlassesUSA. They came in about 3 weeks.
However, the received frames had side shields riveted on.
The picture of the frames ordered did not have side shields.
I emailed *******@glassesusa.com on 26 June with all info, pictures, copy of order, links.
I was unsuccessful in reaching a human to further explain the problem via chat or telephone.
Eventually I ended up where a recording said a representative would contact me in 1 or 2 days.
This is now 6 July and I have not received an email or a phone call (no message left) to discuss a solution to this issue.
My conclusion is that customer service is inadequate.
Hopefully I will not have to work through my credit card company to try to recoup the charge.
I was skeptical in purchasing my glasses online, but they are really one of the best I have purchased,
The best part of the experience was able to try different styles using the virtual try-on. I recommend the site to a friend and they are very satisfied also.
I bought 2 glasses due to a BOGO free deal. However one of the pair did not fit. I set up a return and exchange, however I was INSTEAD given a 60$ CREDIT to my account (entire purchase was 229$ which is about 24%) When I opened a ticket about this, I was told that because the credit has already been given I cannot do an exchange. I then get spammed by 5-6 emails a day giving me 100$ off discount codes which don't even apply to my order.

Everyone in this company seems to sound like a broken record and keep telling me that the 14-day return period has passed and that they cannot accept returns on "normal wear and tear" even though I have explained over and over to several representatives and it's not "wear and tear" but rather poor design, these glasses arrived asymmetrical with the nose rest bars being of different lengths, and the right lens hangs about a quarter of an inch lower than the left lens. Please see attached pictures. They have no customer service reps on the phone rather they want you to chat with someone on their website which is very time consuming as a customer. Do yourself a favor and just go shop at a higher in shop, such as LensCrafters or Warby Parker. In the end, I told them to just keep my money, but they can rest, assured they will never have my business again, nor of anybody I know.

I was skeptical of buying glasses online without seeing them on my face first. But using facial measurements from glasses I already own that fit my face well allowed me to narrow field of glasses to choose from at your site and find a pair I loved--matte green Ray Bans. They fit my face perfectly, and price was great.

Took 4 weeks to get my glasses, now I've realized my glasses don't have the blue light as I paid for it. Called customer service, thier mistake but the best they could do is send me a label to return and they will correct. I'll be waiting for my glasses for another 4 weeks, I explained these are my only pair of glasses. I asked if they could sell me a pair at a discounted rate and fast delivery so I could have glasses to see. Once I received the discounted glasses I could return the incorrect ones to Glass USA. They said "no" First and last time I ever order from Glasses USA. After thier mistake they expect me to walk around without glasses for an additional 4 weeks. BEWARE Customer Service at its worst!

I bought a pair of rimless glasses from GlassesUSA, and they were awful. They were very poorly made and did not fit properly. They were constantly falling off whenever I looked down. Also, multiple parts broke off and I was constantly getting them repaired, and parts replaced. One of the people who repaired them, said the side pieces didn't have springs, which may be why they fit so poorly. I will never buy glasses online again.

While I truly like the frames, the tint of the lenses is a great disappointment. I ordered GREEN lenses and they appear more brown than green. The original lenses (as came from the manufacturer RayBan), are a true green, and I this is what I expected in my own lenses. This is the second pair of green lenses that I have ordered, with the same result. GlassesUsa does not provide a true green tint.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
