The glasses that I send back for exchange took way too long to receive it two over 1 to 2 months before the glasses were processed and send. Very slow process.
I ordered glasses and returned them right away because they did not fit. It was weeks until I received a refund and when I did, it wasn't a full refund. A coupon was applied to the refund, making it less than the amount I actually spent.

Abysmal service. Don't buy from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses over 6 weeks ago. One pair arrived; the other pair did not. I have called their service center about 8 times and e-mailed them probably close to a dozen times. The service center (which sounds to be in India) tells me the problem is with their sales department but they have no verbal contact with their sales dept, only e-mail. They tell me somebody will contact me - of course no one does. I don't care about their internal organizational structure. I care about getting my glasses. Their internal and client communication is abysmal. If I ran my company the way they run theirs, I wouldn't have a company for long. Just a terrible and most frustrating experience.

First off, I ordered two pairs of DIFFERENT glasses
They sent me two pairs of the same style, but in different colors!
On top of this, the style and color I actually ordered were so big they fell off my face, while the wrong pair of glasses fit perfectly.
The lenses were cheap as well, they pale in comparison to the quality of lenses from vision works as far as depth of color.
They also strongly reflect green light, so my eyeglasses have a very noticeable green tinge to them when I am looking at computer screens. People often tell me my entire eye looks green.
I almost forgot the shipping! It took about 2 months for these to get to my house, it was delay after delay after delay! Nobody knew what was going on, and if you called they just said production must be having a problem, no solutions.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses back in April and unfortunately they came with the wrong prescription - I sent them back for an exchange to fix the prescription - I have been trying to get an update since April 29th regarding when I would receive the new pair - I have reached out to customer service both through the 800 number as well as on-line chat and they keep telling me to "watch" my email for an update! I have tried escalating this issue for months now and they finally got back to me 3 weeks ago and told me that they no longer have that frame - I asked for a refund of my money and I am still waiting for the billing department to get back to me to tell me that they are processing my request! I reached out again today (my 20th inquiry) and was told "watch" for an email but they see no sign that my request has been acknowledged by the billing department! How is this possible - I have ordered many pairs of glasses before and never had a problem but this is ridiculous - How is this possible! You cannot run a business this way! I am so frustrated and have no where to turn to try to get an answer!

All employees have a thick accent and do not sound like they are from the US. It is an issue when trying to have a conversation because people on the online chat will not actually talk to you. I had an issue with BOGO because no one explained the returning process to me and when I called 4 times about when to receive a refund when I return ed one pair everyone kept saying expect it the next business day rather than asking where the other pair of glasses were.

Had one problem with the fit. I had several email conversations with customer service. They never seemed to really understand the problem even when I sent pictures. Seems that the preadjusted the earpieces of the frames that caused a lot of difficulty in getting someone to readjust them to fit me properly. If they had just left it stock it would have been a better experience. They did offer to have me return them. I chose not too as the lenses were perfectly cast.

Ordering was easy but the end result was awful. Received defective Rayban prescription sunglasses and Glasses USA won't stand behind their product because I reported it beyond their 15 day policy (because I have other glasses that actually fit). Instead of fixing the glasses, they offered me a discount on another pair... insult to injury. I provided them pictures as well.

I received an email from a customer service manager. The email explained why they had been unable to fill the order (out of stock). They offered an apology and said to choose from any pair of glasses up to $250 and that the new glasses would be rushed through and express mailed to me. Funny how it took so long to get a simple response? It's hard to understand why the front line people could not have dealt with a simple out of stock situation? I am still waiting to actually receive an update that my glasses have shipped.

Ordered on April 8, got the buy one get one free special. My order was marked complete but only one pair of glasses arrived in mid-April, the cheap no-name brand ones. The RayBans were nowhere to be found. I contacted customer service and was told I would need to wait to hear from "production." I never heard from anyone and have done chats and phone calls since May 9th. Always the same response, you will hear from us in 2-3 days. So today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in NYC and disputed the charge. In the process, I found that this company is not located in the US at all. The NY address is a mail drop. It turns out the company is based in Israel with the customer service people located in Asia. I have ordered glasses in the past and never experienced this unacceptable level of service.
I have given glassesusa a lot of patience over the last two years. I have kept two pair and returned three. Quality and fit are difficult with online glasses. I have given up on the online purchase and gone back to discount brick and mortar stores to ensure good quality and fit. I am still waiting for a refund from my last purchase (4 weeks now and counting). My email queries have been answered but no refund has been issued. Avoid this etailer.

I went on line and followed my prescript and added the information and it kicked it back, so I entered what I thought was right. Received my glasses the frame is great clear but I can't read anything with them, there're more for watching TV, not the reading glasses I wanted.

This is not my first time ordering my glasses through GlassesUSA. I have been very satisfied each time. The glasses arrived in one week. The only issue I had with the frame is that they did not sit level on a flat surface nor on my face. I reached out to Customer Service to see about doing an adjustment, and they offered to do a return. I did not want to return the glasses just to reorder them, so I kept them as is. I was not asking for a return/exchange, simply a way to fix the item I currently have.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
