I ordered sunglasses. The previous two pair of regular glasses were metal and the quality was good. I was very surprised to receive an inexpensive plastic pair of sunglasses. They claim money back guaranty no questions asked. I sent them back and asked for a refund. I received lots of emails telling me they received it back. Then they are processing it and more. But no refund. I wrote several emails to no avail. It's been a month since they received the item and no refund. Money back guaranty but I suppose they can take ten years to process it.
Order my glasses the first week of January. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. They were not the correct prescription, so I mailed them back. Customer service was very nice, but it took 5 weeks to get the new pair. It was not the best experience for a new customer.

I originally ordered Extreme Joy 3046 clear blue and Revel Black. The production team said yes to Extreme Joy 3046 clear Blue ONLY! So I emailed them back replace revel black with Extreme Joy 3046 Black. I received the Extreme Joy 3046 clear blue but not Extreme Joy 3046 Black. They lost both tracking numbers! This has been going more than 1 month and very frustrated! No one seems to know what is going on!

I ordered several pairs of glasses or frames, but many or most were out of stock. The site never says this, it allows you to order and just left to wonder 2 months later about glasses you never recieved until you call them. Don't waste your time.

The lenses don't stay in the frames, bought 2 pair one reading and one for distance, both pair, the lenses fall out constantly. The glass also has some type of film on it and they don't stay clean for more than a few minutes. Reading pair prescription was wrong as well. Complete garbage

I received my glasses and they were broken. When I asked to return them they could not replace them with the same pair and they sent the shipping label too late so I had no time to. My first pair were great but the second pair was terrible.

Back in April I ordered two glasses. One of them the frames were crooked so I returned them. A normal and honest company would refund you or ask if you want to exchange them. Not this one. They never communicated with me and I had to call them. After more than a month I finally got an email to get my glasses exchanged. Well every single time I would pick a frame they would say the frames I've chosen are "out of stock." This went on for weeks and weeks and then I finally gave up and asked for a refund. We are now in September and I still have not received a refund. Do not order from this company. I lost out on 300 bucks and will never recommend them to any of my friends or family.

It took 1 month to get them and they were the wrong prescription. Will never use them again went to another dealer and had them on 2 weeks and they were correct

Ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses. Within a week lenses for both pairs were falling out because the screws were loosening. A sign of low quality to me. I contacted customer service and they said some one would contact me with-in 24-48 hours. Didn't hear back for a week so I call directly. With no apology, I was told that I already made a claim and to wait tight. Another week passes and I get an email telling me to ship the glasses back at my expense and they would repair them. No thanks! Now I have two pairs of low quality glasses I paid way too much for, and the lenses keep falling out. Buy at Your Own Risk! Oh, and yes, I did pay for the warranty. I'm a fool.

I returned my glasses on March 12 for an exchange. Today is June 1 and I still have not received my glasses.
Horrible customer service. When I call, they say they'll get back to ne but never do.

The wrong address was used. When I emailed about it, they said it was too late (the package hadn't been shipped yet and didn't get shipped for several days). I never received the package. They said it was my responsibility to deal with USPS. As of today, I still have not received the package or a refund. I would have liked to continue to use this site, but I don't trust them. I've since ordered 4 pairs of glasses from other places.

Having had both-eye cataract surgeries this past year, I was given a 'fine tune' prescription and ordered a pair of glasses from you, which worked just fine. A six-month follow-up exam showed a right-eye 'slight change' so I ordered up another pair. So, I leave the new pair in the car and the older ones to watch TV with. A win-win in any case.

I did not order prescription glasses... I ordered frames with non-script lenses so I can't comment on that. I entrust my local Optometrist with my prescription lenses. The frames however, are decent quality, and when they are on sale, they are a great value. Their normal frame pricing can be on the high side. Like I said, watch for their sales. They have a much better selection of frames than most other online services I have dealt with. Prescription pricing is about the same as my local Optometrist. Shipping time was satisfactory. They took no longer to ship than my local Optometrist... maybe slightly faster. I would definitely order frames from GlassesUSA again.

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
