I get a lot of compliments on my glasses and they look very similar to when you can try them online plus it was super helpful being able to get my glasses prescription online because I didn't have the paper so it was much easier
The lenses are not clear even when cleaned. The frames are uneven and fall off when i look down. And i have no option to have them straightened. Not a value for the poir quality. I wont purchase from this vendor again.

I had to return s pair that arrived 2 weeks after the first pair. Both were to have the same prescription, but it arrives with wrong one. Sadly, this pair for better, so really wanted the correct one quickly. Immediately sent it back for exchange. But the exchange took 2 months to replace, with my constant checking on the process. I was told it would be faster than a refund and a re-order, boy was I wrong.

I finally had to file a complaint with the BBB to get these jokers to do the right thing. Either they do not empower their employees to treat customer right or they have a deep rooted systemic problem where they only hire rude jerks. Either way, you the customer will lose. RUN the other way.

First pair arms were two thin and so the tiny hinge had sharp corners. Tried again and second pair ways a ton. Also they both sit way too high on my face.

I'm not sure who made these glasses, but I've never tried oboe bought a pair that was so wide. It's really disappointing because I haven't been able to wear them with them constantly falling off of my face.

Ridiculous automated emails that made no sense, out of sync with schedule. Never received accurate response to support requests. Kept getting the form letter response probably from a bot messenger. Took forever - never received glasses in window of time stated.

This is the down side of buying on line, you cannot try on the frames. When I received the glasses the frane did not fit well or look good.

I purchased two pairs from glasses USA and one of the frames broke within two days (the corner chipped off completely) so I submitted for a return request and it took four weeks for me to receive a new pair after sending the old pair back and I received no communication! Once I did receive the new pair, the nose piece broke off after a week! So disappointed... definitely won't be repurchasing from Glasses USA. The only reason I gave a 2 rating is because the other pair of frames I received I do like (I did BOGO sale)

I'm sure they're fine when it works but I had a terrible return experience and just had to give up and dispute the charge because the people on the phone were so unhelpful. I never made an account since I thought it was a one time thing and there's extremely limited and unhelpful communication through email and the phone.

My first experience was good not great. My first order the glasses were all misshapen would not fit on anyone's head. The return was simple but took forever especially when you need glasses to see. All I wanted was a store credit to buy a premium brand (always go for premium that's another story). I finally emailed to find out the hold up. Got credited the next day. Just a bit of hassle to wait on return credit on glasses I need. The glasses are great no problems with my raybans. I know a little better so maybe goes smoother next order. Would recommend the prices are great.

I bought two-year insurance for my glasses. After one year, the handle was broken and I asked to use my insurance it took a few weeks to send another one. I have the same problem with the new one but just after a couple of months. I am disappointed about it. It was not my fault. The quality is low!

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
