Slow processing

It's been 4 days and my order is still "in process". They aren't even in production yet, which is supposed to take between 3-6 days from order (for my prescription), 1-2 days for QA and then I paid extra for express shipping. It's already been charged and processed through my CC company. This is ridiculous.

To give you a little background: the first time I ordered from them, it took over a month for me to get my glasses. The slow process didn't bother me the first time, but my glasses broke after about 2 months. They were kind enough to give me 100% store credit for another pair, but I found a good quality, cheap pair somewhere else, so I ended up ordering from another website and got those in a week!

I placed an order a month ago for a pair of nonprescription sunglasses just so I can use up my store credit. I requested a change to my order immediately after, but that whole process alone took 3 weeks (with me constantly contacting them). The last person I contacted finally prioritized my order, and I got an update a couple days later saying it will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Who knows how long it would have taken if I didn't bug them constantly. It has been A WEEK now, and I have no update. Just for your information, I also got express shipping. I contacted someone who just told me it was being processed - no action, just telling me the same information I had when I checked my order status. Overall, my experience with them has been incredibly slow and inconvenient, and I would recommend that you order from any other website.

SHOCKED

I ordered glasses for my elderly mother. I do not live with her and again she is elderly and it took her awhile to let me know that she could not see out her new glasses I ordered for her. I informed Glasses USA when my mom informed me of the issue and they could care less because it was over 14 days. I did not want a refund; just wanted to make and exchange and get some glasses my mom could see out of. And when ordering I sent her prescription and told the customer rep that I wanted to order eyeglasses so why send me reading glasses I can get those from anywhere. They did not try to work anything out with me. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone and I know a few people that wear glasses. Disappointed for me and my elderly mother.

2 Weeks into the process I received and email that I needed to pay an $80 upgrade to my Sunglass order. I paid the extra upgrade. A few days later another request was made for additional similar upgrade on the same sunglasses. I then finally got another message that the sunglasses were to big to fit my prescription. I'm 3 weeks in and my regular daily wear glasses from the same order have not even shipped. I canceled both pair of glasses. This has to be some of the poorest internal company communication ever or a total scam!

Scam
July 9, 2019

I recently ordered during the BOGO sale. Everything was fine at first. I got the email updates and all that. Then i got the delivery and only one pair was there! I contacted customer service and that was useless. They couldn't tell me anything. My order is marked as complete and it's not. I've seen that this has happened to a few people I'm convinced the BOGO sale is just a scam and no one ever receives the second pair. What a rip off.

Poor service

It took forever to receive my glasses. Plus, when I contacted the company it was difficult to speak to anybody who had a clue. The link they sent me to 'track' my glasses was useless. Very frustrating.

Horrible return/ exchange

We had to exchange our glasses as there was a scratch and it took almost 6 weeks. When I called the person did not explained this. She said it would take 2 weeks. Then I called again and wanted to talk to a manager and I got the run around. Horrible customer service

Terrible experience. I ordered my glasses on May 20,2019. It is July 3,2019 and despite 10 phone calls and 5 emails I have still not received my glasses. I asked to speak to a supervisor on three occasions only to be put on hold for 10+ minutes and then told the supervisor would return my call "later". Something that has yet to happen. Despite numerous emails to the sales and production team I have still not received any word about why I have not received my purchase. Three customer service agents told me that they had marked my case as urgent to the production team, however when I spoke to a fourth agent, they said that the previous agents had not marked my case as urgent. I have never been more frustrated about an order. The order is marked as complete meaning I cannot make any changes to it. If you are looking to receive your order in a timely manner do not waste your time with Glasses USA. I guarantee you it doesn't get any worse than this. STAY AWAY!

Nice Glasses

So easy to look at different frames using the picture method. I pretty much knew what I was looking for but being able to see them on made choosing just the right pair easy. I made a mistake on my perscription I sent in but was able to return my first two sets without issue and got my new pairs within a week or so.

Glasses did not work
July 5, 2019

Could not focus to read with your glasses. Used the same Rx and got a pair locally which work fine ( wearing them now) Not sure of the problem. Pupillary distance or small reading area? Tried them again 3 days ago (left these in the car) I could read but it was hard. They are ok for distance. Also used a heat gun to try to bend the stems behind my ears. I bubbled them up a bit. Pain in the butt and wasted money.

Not a quailty pair of glasses

The quality of the frames is very Chinese cheap. The ordering experience was easy. The price low. I expect the frames to fall apart in a year. The nose pads are low friction; the glasses keep sliding down my nose.

I had to call and email three times before my glasses got sent to me. It took three months to get one thirty dollar pair of glasses. It was ridiculous. I can't go three months without glasses, obviously I need them to see.

Wrong proscription

WELL I RECEIVED MY GLASSES AND THEY WHERE THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION! I TRIED TO RETURN THEM AND I GOT THE RUN AROUND! I CALLED MULTI TIMES! THEY KEPT TELLING ME I NEEDED TO RETURN THEM IN 6 DAYS! I EXPLAINED THAT I WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK! I DONT HAVE A PRINTER! I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEN TO FIND OUT IM TAKING TO SOMEONE OUT OF THE USA! IM LIKE WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS? I CRIED OVER THIS BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO GET GLASSES NOW! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN! SO SAD THAT I GOT RIPPED OFF!
