Apparently, I had an old street address on file with Fed Ex. GlassesUSA staff somehow cut off the numbers on the street address, and so when it got to Sedona, USA mail distribution center, they felt the address on the glasses was undeliverable. Since they had an old address for me, Fed Ex substituted the old for the new and left my 2 pr glasses at a place I haven't lived or been to in 8 years (!).

Tried the try-at-home delivery and worked awesome! They were very thorough in terms of ensuring quality (Sending emails during each stage), and I felt reassured that they knew what they were doing! Delivery was a bit long (but maybe because I'm also impatient), but when the glasses came, I was a very happy customer!

I had doubts about having a glasses prescription filled online. I imagined all sorts of things going wrong or having to send them back multiple times for adjustments. Was I ever wrong! The glasses fit perfectly, and I didn't need any kind of adjustment with the prescription. The cherry on top was the price. I doubt I ever have my prescription filled locally again.

Nothing on the website suggested it would be six to eight weeks turn around time. Had I known that I would not have placed the order. I needed new glasses for DMV vision exam I expected the glasses to arrive before my appointment 60 days from the date I ordered them. I express my dissatisfaction with how along the turnaround time was as it is not disclosed on their website.
Long story short while I was at the DMV trying to pass my exam with no glasses when I got home my glasses arrived by some express delivery.
Will I order new glasses in the future? Yes it would just be nice to know I'll have to wait about two months before they arrive!

I order a pair of glasses. I get them and they are broken. And they have a 5 star QA process? Really? How did a pair of glasses with an arm totally broken off get past a 5 star QA? I call the company and ask how to get them replaced and can this be done in quickly so i can get them back asap. The lady gets all kinds of rude and cheeky with me. So much so i finally hang up. That was on May 17th. It's July 1st and i still do not have the replacements. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company! Major rip off, and extremely low quality. Not to mention very bad customer service

I just cant find anything you have for a square type glass frames, there always too wide in the eye lens and not long enough. Too much horizontal and not enough vertical. Dont they make square lens shapes anymore. Fashion might change but my face shape doesnt. So ive lost 70 dollars for nothing. Your company has my money so its all good for the corporate. Who reads this crap anyway.

I ordered clear glasses and sunglasses May 30,2019, still had no tracking and the clear lens showed up on the 14th of June with 3 black spots in the lens directly in front of my eyeball. Sent back June 18th, I was then asked in an email June 30 if I wanted to go with a different frame completely after stating in the return replace bad lens only... So after just talking with a supervisor Ann moments ago, I am still waiting to hear back when the clear glasses are going to be in production again since they received them June 21 and processed the return... Still No Answer was just told to watch my email closely...
On a positive note the frames fit perfectly and the progressive script was spot on!
Now if your like me and noticed that I ordered 2 pairs one clear and one sunglasses, yeppers I am still waiting for that email after 5 phone calls and 5 prospected emails on location and tracking of the sunglasses I still 31 days later have no answers to where my glasses are.
So as far as I am concerned and in my opinion, service and communication are horrible, I am tired of hearing, we can only email the production team and have to wait for their response.
No good feed back except the frames were great and fit well. Will update my review if I ever receive both pairs.
It wasnt bad expeirence, i was not happy with the glasses i received. The quality was less than expected. I didnt like one of the frame options even after using the picture on the site.

Great experience - web site set up well, enjoyed "trying on" glasses before purchasing (among the best features); like the glasses and the cost is good. Quality of product is not of highest standard, they appear fragile. Because I purchased non prescription glasses, the two week quality control processed seemed excessive. Otherwise, good job!

Great prices and products! I was especially happy with the insurance I purchased. When my glasses broke I was able to pick a brand new pair for just 15$ and kept my damaged pair for emergencies

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.
Answer: Because they're dishonest. They stole $193 from me in store credit
Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. The results are there and the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied with our services. We heartily suggest trying our services and seeing for yourselves.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
