The glasses are great. I just wish your representatives were better and letting me know when my returns have arived. I think they lost my order for almost a month and I had to call three times before I was told that my return was being processed.
I enjoyed looking thru the options and by doing non-prescription lens I can find the style I want for when I eventually need prescritions!

The glasses overall are great value for the money, and the lens are great and seem very high quality, however the frame did not fully meet my expectations dueto the fact that 3 months into wearing them (normal wear, no extreme conditions or abuse to the product of any sort) the thin part covering the top of the left lens broke at the end where a screw secures it onto the metal frame underneath, not sure if it has anything to do with some sort of over tightening of the screw during assembly or just bad quality of the plastic itself not being able to hold up to normal wear.

Overall the glasses are fine. But they never seem to look quite how they do in the photos. The first pair I bought were much darker than I expected. They are almost black instead of blue. The second pair seemed like a second by the way the tortoise shell looked.

My son's glasses were broken, and we were getting nowhere with his Optometrist, as the frame he had we're discontinued. They'd only lasted 6 months before breaking! We needed some new glasses FAST. GlassesUSA had a nice range of kids frames, we got his prescription made up with UV protection, and had it all delivered in time for our vacation. Will definitely consider buying again!

It was a great price for a great new pair of glasses. You can't find anywhere else. Only thing was one side of the frame was a little lose and I had to go fix it at the store in the city. I would still definitely reccomend this to friends who are getting their glasses.

The frames seem to be of good quality. The prescription seems to be too strong in the left eye. It may be a case of not having the proper prescription and not how they were made.

My prescription is mild and this allowed me to get glasses without having to pay the crazy prices out there for glasses that i may only use once in a while.

In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
