I ordered these prescription sunglasses on 11/27/2017, and just decided to wear them to church today. They was twisted on my face due to the two pieces on the nose bridge. They refunded and exchange or refund. How can this company inspector pass these sunglasses, and mail them to a client. They told me that it has passed the 14 days grace period. But still, how can the three points inspection pass these glasses for

I have how digressed on to www.zennioptical.com. In my opinion, the is a better and reliable company, and way cheaper.
I ordered some non prescription photo-chromatic lenses on July 28th didn't receive until Aug 17th and the product I received is not changing in the sunlight at all, not even slightly. These are obviously not the product I ordered which is disappointing because i received several emails about my product going through various "quality control" steps. ( I guess one of those steps isn't checking to see if its the product ordered.) on top of that they wont start making the new lenses until they receive the old ones back adding even more time to the already lengthy process of production. Guess we will see what they send me next month...
I'm starting to wonder if they are going to exchange my glasses for me. They received my return glasses over two weeks ago and still they have not started making my new ones. Every time I call, r they tell me that someone will get in contact with me in 2 to 3 days. That never happens and I have called them and called them. I paid over $300 for these glasses
Buyer beware. After placing my order it took almost a month to get my glasses, and while I waited they sent numerous shipment notifications but the tracking numbers went nowhere. That, however, was not the biggest issue. I order one upgraded Rayban frame costing $171, when the glasses finally came I realized how stupid I am. The frames are cheap China made knock-off frames with fake Ray-ban logos. The Ray-ban frames are actually cheaper then the cheap frames I bout from this company, complete trash. I am afraid to send everything back based on the reviews of never receiving refunds and now having no glasses as well. I am pretty sure it is illegal to sell knock-off brands in the US, but this company is doing it daily. Also, the lenses I ordered were the clear ones and yet, the lenses have the strange yellow color to them, making them impossible to wear inside. Please make my mistake your example not to order from this company.
Three weeks and $400.00 later no glasses and they have no idea where they are and keep giving me the slip and refuse to refund. Don't trust this company.
Well it's been over a month now still no glasses, but I paid for them. 2 weeks ago they were said they were delivered. Well I still don't have them and DHL said they are lost. But the only thing that seems to be lost is my money. I've call everyday this week and keep getting the run around. Either give me my damn money back or ship me my glasses.
Absolutely worst customer service EVER. Ordered sunglasses almost a month ago. Went back and forth, and they kept telling me 6 days to make and 2 days to inspect, that time came and went, but they still offered that excuse. Then had the audacity to ask me for more money if I wanted them shipped faster! Told them I wanted to cancel order, but then they contacted me and said the glasses were ready and they would ship them, then this morning I got a order cancellation after receiving an email three days ago stating they would be able to ship them... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

VERY poor quality glasses and they were not cheap. Would not recommend this site for purchasing your glasses. I tried to return them but didn't realize they had a 14 day return policy and now I know why. Once you have a chance to check them out, it is too late to return. I was very disappointed in the quality of the frames. They were like dollar store frames. Don't waste your money!

Over six weeks ago I ordered glasses and decided to cancel that order which I paid for and enter a new order which I also paid for. I followed all their rules for a refund and have to date not received a credit for the cancelled order which was never shipped. I have contacted customer service via phone, chat, and email and get a canned response that the credit is being worked on or no response at all. Stay away from this site at all cost!

I have yet to receive my order -- the production/quality testing/shipping process is ridiculously slow! I paid nearly $13 for expedited shipping, which apparently is akin to throwing money away, as I won't see my frames and lenses any quicker. I took advantage of the BOGO coupon; just waiting to see if I actually get the Rx/frames I ordered. Wish I would have researched this company a bit more before spending $300 with them. Side note -- why does the "testing" process take so long? How can you test glasses that cannot be worn by any individual save the person who ordered them? So many things about this company seem fishy. Really wish I would have ordered from another merchant. I broke my glasses and thought I would have replacements within a few days... WRONG. It'll be 2 weeks even with their fastest shipping option. What a joke.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses and sent them back for exchanges. 3 weeks went by with no response about my exchange request. After tons of phone calls and emails with the typical responses, "we will expedite your ticket" or "you will be contacted by___ within a few business days." I gave up and just asked for a full refund. It's been about a month since asking for a refund and i'm still getting the same responses from customer service.
I wouldn't be surprised if this site just scammed me out of a few hundred dollars.
I'd avoid this site if you have any doubts about ordering online.

After waiting for three weeks I finally received package from GlassesUSA and found someone else's glasses in box. Both the frames and lenses were incorrect. I called the out-sourced customer service center and got the usual sorry and send them back response. They could not answer as to how this happened or how long it would take to get correct glasses. I wish I had read reviews. I was suckered by the name Glasses USA. No way is this company in the U.S. I ordered on 7/8/19. I was notified they had been manufactured and were in quality control. Then I waited and waited and never received a shipping notification. When I inquired I was told they shipped on 7/14/19 (ten days ago) and provided with a tracking number and that I'd have them in 7-10 days. Well, I don't have them and the tracking number shows they've been hung up in Compton CA for six days so I called the company to inquire what can be done. The customer service rep definitely was not a native English speaker. After telling me again and again "Don't worry. They'll be delivered soonest on August 1" I got a little nuts and asked for a supervisor. I was on hold for ten more minutes and then they took a call back number from me and put me on hold another five minutes. When I asked why I had to stay on hold if I was going to be called back a supervisor became available. She said she'd connect me and instead disconnected me. I hate transactions like this. I don't know if I'll eventually get my glasses or not but this level of customer service is really unacceptable. Beyond frustrated.

Terrible service. They got the prescription wrong some how and then just disappeared. Never heard from them again, but they got my money.
I have not received my glasses yet, but shame on me for not being diligent in doing my research on their ratings. The customer service email that I received was riddled with grammatical mistakes, making me wonder who I was dealing with as a company on the whole. And, as a new customer I was offered the 65% off... BUT of course... the glasses I picked did not qualify. That sounds like a bait and switch tactic to me. All I can say is SHOP LOCALLY.

Concerned the good reviews are bots. My experience with Glasses USA was one of the worst I have ever had with a company. BEWARE BEWARE. They have policies that they do not hold themselves to. It took 12 phone calls to process a return because the website would not allow me to return my glasses (I was within the 14 days return timeline). I finally was authorized to return two pairs of glasses, only after I clinged onto a supervisor (i knew her work hours and everything!) and called her directly every time. After I returned my glasses, and they were received on June 21,2019... I have yet to receive my money back. They state that refunds may take up to 30 days... whelp... here I am... past 30 days... no money. I'm about to start my phone calls again. IF YOU HAVE ANY INTENTION OF RETURNING THE GLASSES YOU PURCHASE... AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I also strongly believe some of the positive reviews on this site are FAKE.

Took over a month to get my glasses. Don't trust the customer service agents with their lies about production and shipping time. If you open a chat with them and ask if it is possible for the glasses to take over a month or a month and a half to get to you, they will say yes, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the site. Your glasses are produced and shipped all over the world. You will get a tracking number for a product that never shipped and never will ship if you complain online, and then 2 weeks later, you will get another real tracking number. Don't expect your glasses in less than a month. You will not get an email apologizing for a delay. You will just sit and wait. Don't expect good service. If you complain, they don't upgrade shipping and say it is out of production so they cannot do anything, and the standard response is, "May I help you with anything else?" The company simply doesn't care about loyalty. First time customers with great savings are what they care about.

I purchase many glasses online and never had a problem until this company. Loved the sunglasses but I didn't wear them every day and didn't notice within the 14 days that the prescription seemed to only be in the middle of the glasses. After about a month I couldn't figure out why I felt kinda "off" then noticed I was feeling "off" because when i looked up/down/right/left my vision was distorted. I contacted them but because i didn't within the 14 days they wouldn't do anything about the issue. Had to throw $87 sunglasses away. Would never buy from these guys again!

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
