Avoid Frys.com! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I order battery CR2430, they ship CR2032, i called customer service manager spend 40 mints on phone and they belive customers mistake. I would advise any body please avoid FRYS.COM if you can
I purchased a computer case on sale with a promo code for $19.99. When I tried to pay for it, I didn't see a place to enter the promo code. I kept thinking that it would come up on the next screen. It never did. So as soon as I realized that I wasn't going the get the sale price, I tried to cancel the order. The site wouldn't let me - said it was already being shipped (for $60). That was 30 seconds after the order was placed. When I called in today to complain, I was told that I should have called them when I didn't see a place to enter the promo code. I will NEVER purchase anything online again with a promo code. Frys, you should be ashamed of yourself.
I was wary of buying from Fry's because of all the bad reviews, but I couldn't pass up the price on this new Lenove G50. So far... so AWESOME. I received my laptop earlier than estimated and it's perfect!
I purchased a coax stripper and RG5 "F" compression CATV connectors at the Renton, WA Fry's Electronics store. I tried to return both items in unopened packages to the store and provided the original receipt. I was told by the clerk that I could not return these items because more than 30 days had elapsed. The 30 day return policy was not shown on the receipt nor is the policy posted in a readily visible location in the store. Furthermore, neither item is subject to obsolescence since both are still available in the store. I have purchased other items from Fry's electronics in other states and have not had a similar experience. Fry's electronics is clearly not interested in me as a customer so I will not waste my time in Fry's Electronics stores again.
Fry's was never great, but I've reached the end of my limits. I ordered some anti-virus software over a month ago. It never showed up. I contacted Fry's.com support, they said they would "open an investigation". Then yesterday I get an email saying the claim was denied. Please contact the shipper to file a claim. O. K., that's pretty crappy, but then they didn't put insurance on the shipment, so there is no ability to file a claim with USPS. All I get from Fry's.com phone support is the run around and call USPS to file a claim. Speaking to a manager, if that's really what they were, went no where either.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE FRY'S GUYS, THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.
Their stores have a wide variety of electronics for anyone from the do it yourself tech that builds their own computer to the i need you to set up my tv for me even kitchen appliances but they lack at costumer service from no one wanting to help me and looking just mad to even be at work to having one of the employees raise their voice in anger cause i was needing extra help at the cash register and said " my costumer shouldn't have to wait for this hurry up " the cashier told me he does that all the time i asked why is he still working here she says "cause he has high sales numbers" yea i told the manager and have not been back just that guy was like that the others just don't seem happy or want to be there that's the only one any where near me and i don't shop at stores that condone such behavior. The faces of the staff are very often unfriendly, disinterested and not helpful.
Fry's has a wide array of products to choose from with decent prices which is pretty good but the website is very old looking and sometimes that's enough to turn me away from shopping here again.

They had a sign posted for a new 2TB HGST Internal Hard Drive but the product was actually being sold is a refurbished hard drive. The managers were rude and obnoxious when it was brought to their attention about providing a new drive as stated. Customers are not their highest priority.
They suck! Very poor customer service. Been on the phone for the whole morning just to get hold of someone. So disappointing. Theres nobody answering the calls!
Order wireless headphone as a gift. They would never even charge much less turn on. Was on hold with customer service for almost an hour just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do if I don't have the original box even though I have the receipt. Seems to me that they look for any and every reason to get and keep your money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Went to buy an ipod for my daughter and I was told it was refurbised which is fine. And I asked if everything was deleted and ready to go and was answered YES! Well needless to say spent the whole day trying to unlock the thing. Went back to Frys where I bought it and was greeted by a rude lady at the front. Then waited for 10 min till someone even came over to see what I needed. Even after all that another RUDE lady "helped" me and was giving me actitude as I was telling her aboit the issue All I wanted was for the thing to be unlocked or fixed! Well I got my money back. My mother was looking for a lighted mirror and was sent all around the store from one end to the other because none of the employees knew where it was! Smh!
I bought a GTX 1060 video card from Fry's two days ago, and my computer could not detect it, I've tried on two different computers and still could not fix it. So I went back there to return it. But Fry's refused to return, they said they don't let anyone return any video cards anymore. It is completely not returnable. The cocky manager said to me rudely "We changed our return policy last year to not let any one return a video card because of the mining ppl. You have to contact the manufacture to have a replacement if it's defective." And I said you guys changed the return policy without letting customer knows. And that $#*! said "Oh, it doesn't matter. "This item can not be returned" is printed on the receipt. Now I realized how stupid I am. Why I came to local store for shopping? I can go buy anything on Amazon with my Prime membership and return it without any hassle, why the $#*! I went to Fry's?
I have to keep this defective card for now and contact manufacture for a replacement which could be done in next two months? $#*! my holiday season without having a working video card? Are you $#*!ing kidding me, Fry's?

I previously ordered an XBox One game through Frys.com (Aug 12,17). After I placed the order I received a confirmation email. The amount was $19.99 + supposedly free shipping. The next email said the shipping fee was an additional $10.99. I was surprised, but overlooked it. The surprise came when my package contained a "lesser" version of my game. I ordered a Legend Edition (also stated on my invoice) which would of also contained a commemorative blu-ray disk. No blu-ray disk in my order. I returned my item to Wilsonville Fry's. It was far better than I expected. The return salesman realized an error had been made on Frys.com. He was unable to rectify the situation but called a high level manager "Debbie" who was able to convert the total $30.98 of my purchase into gift card(s), and then applied the gift cards as a refund to my Amex card. The manager told me the Fry's Store and Frys.com had separate return policies (and that's going to change in the future). I was very happy for Debbie to acknowledge Frys.com error, and still issue me a full refund locally. Thank you!
All i wanted to do was upgrade the iphone 4 i had to the galaxy note 2. I was told "new device new number" in essence what ended up happening was now I am stuck with 2 lines of service on my account. I called Sprint to get this straightened out and they directed me to call back Frys. Its been nothing but a bunch of runaround. I noticed no one seems to fully know policy or there job 100% If I would have known i was going to go through all this unwanted stress I would have just gone prepaid, Also i have talked to upper management who doesnt seem to have a clue. I am now facing an early termination fee of $350 and Frys had the nerve to offer me some " free accessories" really?!?!

We ordered a Raspberry Pi 3 B on December 29, for my son's birthday, and it was supposed to arrive on January 4th. It's January 16th the day I am posting this, and it is still not there yet. Because i ordered a ps4 which is 17k Rupees in india. I payed. After few days i got a call from frys asking me to pay 4800 rupees for registration. Again on the same date i got another call asking me to pay 6800 rupees for tax. N after two days i got another call asking me to pay for custom tag.

Fry's products are all genuine products. During my 5+ years of shopping at Fry's, they have always given me excellent service and refunded my purchase price if ever I needed to make a return. If want FAKE products then try a famous auction web site, some no-name web sites with lots of bad English grammar and too-good-to-be-true prices shipped from Asia. Alternatively, you could book a flight to Shenzhen, China and I could introduce you to many Beats counterfeits. Fry's is a great place to shop and I highly recommend them for good price and quality products. I hope you enjoy your new Beats headphones when you finally get them.
