Be aware of any re-occuring charges - you may have signed up for a free-trial and once the trial expired, you are being charged monthly. NO communication after the initial trial, so this could fly under the radar for a while...
This is a scam. My wife was purchasing an item, the website for Freeshipping popped up, before she could reject it, she was signed up and we started getting $19 charges. I called the CC company and had the charges cancelled and advised FS.com not to charge us again. This is nuts if you belong to Amazon Prime as nearly everything is shipped FREE.
Have had $19 REMOVED from my account since July. That is $133! For absolutely nothing. Absolutely nothing. I deserve a refund from these thieves.
Estafa estafa 😡😡😡😡 me acabo de enterar q llevan 3 meses cobrándome 19 dolares al mes, sin ningún servicio, nunca hice compras con ellos, estén atentos, son estafadores
This is nothing but a SCAM. I'm reporting them to the BBB. Can't believe they are allowed to continue this scam. I don't need to repeat all the other reviews. If we had an attorney general worth anything they would put them in jail.
This site was advertised to me after I made a purchase, making me believe that there was money to be saved on the purchase I just made. This is not the case. Essentially you have to buy the item through this website (yes, website, they do not have an app). They will charge you $20 to sign up. Since you already made the purchase, there is no money to be saved for you. & then they will charge you $20 again next month. & $20 more the month after that. They only give 10% back so you would have to buy at least $200 worth of stuff from THEIR SITE per month just to break even. 0 Stars.
Charged me $2 from a third party website where it got my credentials for. Tried to charge me $19 7 days later when i realized this was going on and disputed the transaction and getting new credit card.
I don't even know how my elderly mother got a subscription to this, but she did. And, she tried to cancel it fairly immediately. Upon trying to cancel this she got 4 charges of $20 to her account and the debit card company customer service agent told me she could see that they attempted to charge it 30 more times. I called Freeshipping agent as well and he said that he did see that the subscription had been cancelled but no other charges were issued. That is NOT accurate as I see $20X4 withdrawn from her account to them. We have filed fraudulent charges.
I remember ordering flowers but never gave permission for them to sign me up. I tried calling three different numbers but they all bounced me back. Beware of this company, they are a bunch of scammers who will treat you like a ball. I strongly advise you not to buy flowers from shipping.com! They have taken $13+ from me since August 23rd and I still haven't received anything. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! SCAMMERS! You deserve a 0 stars!
Freeshipping.com is a scam. I give the worst review for FreeShipping.com due to their unethical conduct and terrible services. They failed to honor a 10% cash back as posted on their website ads and canceled my new membership (only opened for 3 days) after asking for 10% cash back on a full-price order. The customer representatives were rude and lacked knowledge about the products and services they offered. Stay away, do not sign up for Freeshipping.com membership.
I just got an alert from my bank,I get alerts when a transaction is made.I opened the bank app and freeshipping.com billed me $19.00 I dont even know what for.lol.my bank stopped it.thanks chase.
Most of the negative reviews I've seen here have been from people not knowing there was a subscription fee. They state their fees literally right on the front page of the website, as well as in their registration form. If you didn't read past the "free shipping" part, that's kind of on you.
If you order things online a lot and have tons of free time to wade through each retailer's list of exceptions, this service should pay for itself several times over throughout the year. Personally, it's a little too much work for me, but I can see how it would be useful for someone else.
I've seen a few reviewers mention how it is the customers fault for signing up for this service, but it's really not. I had a promised $10 shipping rebate (which I never received) tacked to the end of a Banana Republic purchase, it required me to make an account and then began charging me $20 a month. At no point in the sign up process was it made clear I was signing up for a billed service. Fine print I suppose...
To be fair, they do send a confirmation email stating there will be billing, but it is all the way at the bottom and at the top of the email there is a big button saying "Claim my $10 Cash Back", so it is highly unlikely you are going to scroll down to see that. Pretty disappointing a company like this even exists because there is a market for what they supposedly provide. They'd likely have more success being like Rakuten and offering a free win-win service rather than sneakily taking money out of your bank account until you notice.
I ordered an AC compressor from PartsGeek.com since their website said "free shipping" which made it the best price. But then PartsGeek.com charged me for shipping anyway and said I had to apply for a shipping rebate from their partner, FreeShipping.com. After I gave FreeShipping.com my information so "they'd know where to send my rebate," they demanded my credit card number so they could charge me $13/month for their "services" which I don't want. Holy buckets, what a scam! I'll never again buy anything from PartsGeek.com or any other retailer that pulls this "free shipping" scam. I'd give FreeShipping.com zero stars if I could. I can't see why would anyone give FreeShipping.com more that 1 star for this scam unless they are its owners or employees?
I cannot express how I am moved and I have the feeling that I have been deceived.
In 2015, I bought a dog sled, which offered free delivery. After 6 years, it turned out that I pay a subscription of $ 16 a month! 108 months!
I tried to claim it, I got a refund for 6 months, but 102 months are covered with silence. None contacts me! None has nothing to say? Over a $1000 from my pocket was stolen!
Is that a business or a scam?
This is an update to my review (below). FreeShipping.com refunded ALL charges to my account within a few days of calling them. My one star review still stands because I think what they did was sleazy.
Original Review:
Just realized I was being charged the 12.97 monthly fee for the past 9 months. I never signed up for it and felt I was duped in the midst of processing a $50 rebate in connection
With 1-800-Flowers. Today, I called them to complain and they were polite and gave no resistance to my wanting a refund. They said they would cancel my monthly subscription and refund all 9 charges. I received confirmation emails about the cancellation and refund. According to them, I should be fully reimbursed within 2 to 5 business days. We'll see what
Happens. Fingers crossed.

They should be thrown in jail and lose the keys….while I was talking to them to cancel and refund the original 19.00 charge they frauded me for 600.00.I called my bank and the will take care of when it actually posts because it is pending….i closed my visa debit and 15 minutes later they tried to get another 380.00…do no, do not use these guys…Summerville sc…*******964….I am retired and it will be difficult this week with no debit card…PNC was great….THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF…SCAM…CHEAT….HORRIBLE
Never signed up for this scam! I brought something from the Bradford exchange group and they must have signed me up. Maybe they said would you like free shipping! Anyhow for 3 years they been stealing money out of my credit card every month! The catch is when you review your card and see free shipping you think just that! They should be put in jail!
Neither my wife nor I subscribed to Freeshipping.com, but were charged 18 times. Not knowing anything about this subscription we missed it and it amounted to $233.46. Never click on this Freeshipping.com site ad. I would not give one star since I know nothing about this site except they somehow got our money. You can get subscribed without actually wanting it.
Hi John,

First, don't fall for the site name, shipping is NOT free! Secondly, it takes weeks to get an order. When I did finally receive my order the package was completely crushed and the product damaged enough to toss. I wrote the company and they said they would send a replacement, ok fine... then I got a follow up letter stating they would NOT be sending a replacement!
Hi Stacy,
I am very sorry for any confusion, Freeshipping.com does not ship or sell items. Instead we connect our members to the retailers on our site to earn 10% cash back and rebates.
Thanks,
Samantha

Answer: Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.
Answer: Hi Christina, unfortunately I can't locate your account using the information here. Can you please reach out to me directly at Help@FreeShipping.com?
Answer: What's so dishonest about it? I am a regular subscriber and can easily recover my subscription fee many times over.
Answer: I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.
Answer: You have to buy items from a website…anything from eBay to BATH & BODY WORKS, OVERSTOCK…many others. Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
Answer: Hello, Any cash back you earn as a member is yours to keep even if you choose to cancel. Thanks!
Answer: Hello - No problem, I have sent confirmation of this to your email.
Answer: Hi Carla, Please reach out to me directly at Help@Freeshipping.com. I will be happy to issue a refund for the membership fee. Thanks! Samantha Customer Support Supervisor
