Hi Kalia, I would be happy to help you with this. I will need some of your information so I would much rather handle this off of here. Can you email me directly at mprocaccini@FreeShipping.com or call me at 860.358.9198 x237. If you would rather call toll free you can call 1-800-515-9185. Thanks!

Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.

I am contacting the state attorney generals' office. I entered my credit card on a NFLshop.com website, NOT Freeshipping.com. Somehow they are grabbing your card info.
I have contacted the NFL and next is the attorney generals office.

They took 6 payments of $12.97 each out of my checking account without my knowledge or prior authorization. Fortunately I look at my band statement every day so I notice it right away and called them at 800-515-9185. I spoke with a very nice lady who said I must have inadvertently clicked on something when I was ordering from the Bradford Exchange and that she would immediately cancel everything and refund my money. So I was relieved about that, now we will see how long it takes for the money, $79, to be returned to my checking account. Something seems so wrong and illegal about this.

See the note that you received from Mike S. At FreeShipping. You undoubtedly checked a box for the offer on an online shopping site without realizing that you joined a club with a monthly fee. This is what I did; I'd not checked my credit card statements carefully each month. When I finally realized what happened I sent a comment to Site Jabber and like you received a note from Mike who IMMEDIATELY removed all the charges made for about 4 or 5 months.

Well maybe next time you're checking out while shopping online, you'll pay closer attention to the offers shown to you like the one that says get 10% off your purchase by signing up for FreeShipping.com.

You pay $13 a month. I have received back over $500 in last 3 months…(which is the max per year)…but I can still receive the 10-20% discounts Al year long.

It's valid.
It's easy.
Fabulous Customer Service.
I have been a longtime member (>5 years)!

Please don't defame it until you see the benefits!…and read the minimal cost for huge paybacks!

They actually froze my account after I made all my cashback purchases and submitted price protection rebates. They said I was using my account for commercial use when I don't even have a business. They just don't want to pay people the cashback amount and I feel like filing a complaint with the Connecticut attorney general

Looks like Frances got good help from Mike S... You were contacted by Mike P. Either way, I'd give him a call vs going thru all the drama with your credit card company over $13. Unfortunately, it appears this Free Shipping scam-a-rama hasn't become any more transparent since I first posted my warning... 'lo these many many months ago. Buena suerte! Kent

Based on my (bad!) experience with shipping.com, they did it because they hoped you wouldn't notice. The thing I would do VERY QUICKLY (because there are usually time limits) is contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Provide your credit card company with as much information as you are able to give them (dates of conversations, the substance of any emails that passed between you and freeshipping.com). I would also refer your credit card to the SiteJabber web site so that they can see firsthand that you are not the only person this "company" is trying to scam. Don't take it lying down!
