My daughter loves this store. For Christmas she out over 350.00 worth of items in her cart. To her surprise I purchased them for a Christmas gift. When I received my purchase it was all thrown in one box. Keep in mind lots of makeup and hair products were purchased with this order. The makeup in the compact was basically dust when it got to me. The hair products looked liked it had been opened and used, the bottle was half full. I contacted customer service and did exactly as they told me. Email a picture of the products, so I did. They email me back the pictures are not good enough, email us betters pictures showing the product was ruined. So I did. They were suppose to send me more product. They never did and no one has contacted me back and when I call no one well address the issue. I'm sad my daughter loves this store as do most girls and they cant even make good on a promise or replace broken items. I guess we will need to find another store with better customer service.
I didn't have any idea what I wanted and Cameron helped me go through the store and personally hand picked what I needed to look fabulous for my trip to New York. Isabella at checkout was very sweet as well. I highly recommend the store, ESPECIALLY if you need expert advice. Really really cool girls. Amazing vibe. ;) xox
I only wish I had come here to read the reviews first! Huge mistake ordering from these people! First of all you're lucky if you get your order - it takes up to a month to deliver. Second, don't expect a refund. Not only do they charge you for returning the item, but they charge the shipping to your SUBTOTAL! I received $24.80 refund from a $56 order! I tried to fight it and got nowhere! I will NEVER deal with these people again. What comes around goes around! Someone, is eventually going to close you down and prevent you from taking advantage of the public! BUYER BEWARE!!
We will never buy there again. Bought 2 dresses, both way too small, returned 2 days later with receipt in hand, and they will not credit your card used for the purchase. Only a store credit. That is unheard of for a big chain store. And again they lost us as customers.
Three months ago my daughter ordered romper online with gift card and balance on credit card. There are no Forever21 stores in the area. She wears a small but this one was way too small. Read the exchange policy online and on the return form, and stated that clothes can be exchanged by paying to ship back, would take 4-6 weeks. Returned and marked clearly on return form the exchange boxes and for a medium. Almost forgot about it, followed up and they said they would issue a refund, stated I wanted an exchange. Forever21 stated there was a recent change of policy that they no longer do exchanges only refunds, exchanges only at stores (which there are none here). They refunded to gift card and credit card, both of which I no longer have. Forever21 got the money and kept the clothes. They also used the excuse it was no longer available in medium, but checking online it was still available. Caution to those purchasing from Forever21 online and the conveniently changing exchange policies.
Most of what I have ordered from Forever 21 has been good and as pictured, but a few things did not come as pictured. The quality has been good for the price, and I like the fact that they have reviews so you can kind of go off what other people say to find the right fit for you. Sizing can be a little tricky for this site. Good timing on shipping, and no problem with returns for me.
Do not shop here. If your return is one day late they will not accept it. They would rather throw your purchase away (so says the email) then accept the return. What kind of company is this that has no regard for their customers! I would not have given them any stars but you have no choice.
BEWARE SHOPPING ONLINE! I purchased several items on forever21.com. After tracking my package I realized they swapped my billing address and shipping address! Always check your addresses in the confirmation email! If the address is wrong there is basically nothing you can do. I called customer service twice and both times felt like they were putting me on mute and not listening! I am so disappointed.
I ordered about 8 items online on 9/3/18 during a Labor Day sale. Today is 9/14/18 (11 days later) and my order is still not out for delivery today. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER order anything again.
Love forever21. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a HUGE selection!
Never buy items on sale since if those do not fit you can't return it. I bought a number of items from their site and some of those were on sale. But unfortunately one or two were oversized even though I ordered small. I wanted to return it but then I noticed in their return policy that items on final sale can not be returned. Usually, other online websites declare this on the particular item's website that it can not be returned. I called the customer service and they told me to take it to a forever21 store. And there is not a single forever 21 store in Calgary or anywhere near Calgary. How convenient! Never buying from them again.
I ordered several gift items in November. My tracking number said that my items were shipped and would arrive on Dec 3... then 4... then 10. I still haven't received my package and the tracking is no longer providing information. I just want my things.
I've become extremely angry at Forever 21's despicable customer service. I was incorrectly charged twice for an item I only wanted one of. When I called to inquire about a return and refund for the item I was told I must pay for shipping myself in order to return it, even though I never wanted it in the first place. My only other option was to return it in store for store credit. Why would I want to allow this company to keep my money when they don't even respect me as a customer. None of it was helpful and I'm not sorry to say that they've lost a customer. Not that this company cares about their customers anyways. This is not the first time that I've been "held responsible" for their mistakes! I'd rather pass on my unwanted item to someone who needs it than continue to attempt to receive a refund they'll never give me. This is a greedy company that I no longer support. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
I ordered a jacket on sale one and a half month ago. The delivery attempt failed from their side and it returned to their warehouse, I received an email from Canada post that they received it. Ever since then, I literally call them every 2 days for 40 days now trying to get a refund!

Huge store with a lot to chose from. However, after shopping for some time, I couldn't find much of anything other than small or extra small sizes. Clothes are cheaply made and really not of the best quality.
I placed a $53.00 order on 9/13/12 and did not receive free shipping even though my order was over $50.00. Reluctantly I paid the $13.90 shipping fee because I just wanted to get my order. THREE WEEKS go by and just like the other customers, my order goes totally unprocessed. I email Forever21 a week ago and get an automated response that half my order is now out of stock. I was disappointed but figured I would get the remainder of the order within the week.
It has now been ONE MONTH, and my order is STILL posted as "new". I'm sure the rest of my order is now also out of stock by now. What a gross mis-handling of a situation. If a company this size is handling a warehouse move this badly, someone needs to be replaced. I used to shop at this store all the time, and I don't think I'll ever go into one again much less order online from them again. Incredibly frustrated, disappointed and angry.
I have placed two orders with Forever 21 in the last month and I'm overall very happy with my purchases. Their sizing is bang on and the clothes are super cute! I live in Canada and the prices here are really really good. I know I am not buying cashmere and I expect for what I pay that the clothes will last a season. With proper laundering, I might get another season next year out of them. You get what you pay for. I do like that they do not look cheap. I haven't worn the clothing long enough to gauge longevity of the clothing. But I'm happy so far. My package came within a week of ordering also.
Over the past year, my husband and I have attempted to order numerous times on Forever21 online and mysteriously our orders are cancelled immediately after placing them and receiving a confirmation email due to these items being sold out-yet they're still posted on site. Don't waste my time-just take an item off your site or mark it "sold out" as soon as it isn't in stock just like every other store does.
Additionally, when you pay with debit in the store, you will only be issued store credit (even if this means that the cashier mistakingly charged you twice for an item-like me). I loved their clothing and prices, but unfortunately Forever 21 no longer values the customer, their precious time, nor the principal of respecting working citizens (solely issuing "store credit"-total scam!). Sorry Forever 21, I'm taking my business and hard earned money to be spent elsewhere, where there is merchandise and an actual refund can be issued when a customer is not 100% satisfied.
Company taking advantage of young girls with lower income. Cheap products priced /sort of/ cheaply that break after first "use" then cannot be returned. This would be my second time having this awful experience with your products. I have learned my lesson and thus will no longer be shopping at your store, as well as encouraging those I know not to shop there either.
Before, I had purchased a pair of shoes in which the strap snapped literally during my first use. $20 pretty much down the toilette. Steered clear of this company for about two years.

TL; DR Bad quality don't get sucked into wasting your money here on items that will simply fall apart.
Not to mention you can only return their items for gift cards.
Weather it's shopping in store or online everyone extremely helpful. All of their items are true to size and super comfortable. I absolutely LOVE forever21. I prefer buying here rather than buying at Fashionnova which is a scam guys. Don't buy there it's all be. DURING the holidays I'd imagine they would take time fulfilling orders. But other than that it's fast shipping none the less.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
