Yes, the clothes are sometimes attractive and affordable but they are poorly made. Also, if you purchase from the store- you can not return. The main reason I'm reviewing is because of the awful return policy. If you buy online- you can return to the warehouse in LA which costs a lot in the first place! Be aware that even once they receive the return they wait 2-3 weeks to process it and another 1-2 billing cycles to return the money. That is ridiculous! I will never again purchase from a company that will take my money for payment then hold on to it as long as they choose before returning it. AND don't bother calling customer service! They are trained little puppets, telling lies and beating around the bush.
I won't be ordering online from forever 21 ever again. I ordered from charlotte russe a day AFTER forever 21 and my order got here just four days later. I ordered a shirt and sandals from forever 21 and the date keeps being pushed back to be delivered to me. I need these items so i have something to wear after moving and losing most of my clothing and shoes. Needless to say, i am not impressed at all with this service and you will not catch me dead ordering from this place online again. I really hope the shipping and delivering thing gets handled because it's the worst compared to other stores right now.
Went in for an interview and it took the store manager an hour before even interviewing. I get that you were on break and stuff but while I was waiting for manager to show up 2 other employees were changing clothes in the middle of store. I've worked in retail enough to know if you are the only manager there, you can not leave the store and don't let your employees stand around changing clothes and just talking instead of doing customer service. Never going to that location ever again.
I ordered some boots online as a gift for my niece for Christmas. Unfortunately, she didn't like them so we tried to return them at the local store, but was told that they have to be mailed back to the company. So, I forked out the additional money to return them via mail, and was then told via e-mail that the sales were considered "final" (for reasons unknown), they won't refund my money or even give store credit at this point, and if I want the merchandise back, I need to pay them even more money for shipping to send it back to me! Unbelievable return policy! Will never shop here again and recommend that you don't either.
I ordered a jacket on line, it was listed for $15.00. When I checked my confirmation email it showed $29.90. I called customer service and her excuse was that prices suddenly change on the website so by the time I added it to my cart and hit the submit button it could of changed. What the heck is that! I've never heard of that before. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered a bunch of things about a month ago (over $250) before my induction due date for my pregnancy. I got the package and they were all wrong items. It had small size bras and shoes. I was 10 month pregnant, small size bra and those tiny shoes will not have fit me. Obviously forever21 messed up my order with someone else. I called the customer service line, the representative said I will get my money back and if I can take pictures of the items that I received and email it to the company, so I did. They sent me a fedex return label through my email and I shipped it back. Almost a month later, still haven't received my money back. I have emailed them a bunch if times, no response. I have shopped with forever21 for over a decade. Never returned anything or complained about anything. This is very disappointing! Never again shopping with them. They need to refund my money!
I took the advice of a friend and ordered items online. $19 in shipping to return two items. You won't receive a refund if you return to a store. Only able to receive an in-store credit. Absolutely absurd. Price dropped on a dress I bought a week ago and they would not adjust the price because it is now a final sale. Customer service reps were useless! They would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and kept me on hold FOREVER! Staying away from this online store!
It's been almost 2 weeks and I still did not get my order. This past week I keep getting notification that my order with be here the next day. It never came. Now I will be going on vacation without my new swimsuit. I am very upset.
I purchased a pair of tights online from Forever 21 and after wearing them for only a couple of hours they started falling apart at the seam. I emailed customer service about getting a new pair or refund and they basically told me I'm out of luck. I spent over $350 with them on my latest purchase and after this, I will never again.
Forever 21 is a great place to shop. They have a great selection of trendy, affordable clothes. The quality isn't the best, but it's not terrible either. Free shipping on orders over $50 is nice! One down side is that a lot of their clothes are VERY short. Not so good if you're a tall women.
I have ordered multiple times from Forever 21 and always received exactly what I ordered, no problems whatsoever. Their customer service is prompt in responding to your questions. I can never find items in their stores, so I prefer shopping online. Plus, free shipping with $50 orders is always awesome!
I brought the pants just a weeks ago. I went beck to return it today. Waiting for 30 minutes in the line and the cashier asked me photo ID and phone number? Not polite and not nice at all. I won't back this store anymore. Very bad manner to customers.
I find Forever21 a fun place to shop. I usually find an item or two that I can' wait to wear. As for quality, I have a pr. Of pull on pants that still look good after at least 5 years. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful. I love the store!
I purchased a dress, the dressing room was unavailable that day. Took the dress home tried it on, it did not fit. The tag fell off, brought the tag and the receipt back 48 hours later to the store that I purchased it from, and they would not take the return! Will not be shopping at forever 21 ever, ever again. It is indecent to treat the public as if they are trying to steal from a major corporation, honor your customers!
I made a purchase on September 2 2022. I contacted customer service to ask them the status. The tracking still shows "awaiting carrier pickup". Customer service said to wait until 9/20. Well it's 9/24 and the tracking still says "awaiting carrier pickup". After coming here and reading the reviews, I now know that Forever 21 is stealing money from customers. Corporate stealing is rampant these days and Forever 21 is blatant about it. They advertise "sale" items to lure people in and then they never deliver claiming they need to do an investigation. I asked my customer service person why can't they just ship the package? It's not lost, only a label has been created it never shipped. Like a robot she stated again they need to do an investigation before I can get a refund. I'm sick of the lies. I have pictures you can enter the tracking number and see fI'm filing a police and consumer report for theft and fraud. I'll let the police do my investigation.
I ordered a package 6 days ago that I need for 8/14. I paid for 4-9 day shipping that is a BIG GAP! It's supposed to be delivered the day AFTER I need it. I emailed customer service they never responded. Customer service is supposed to be responding 24 hours. Also, my tracking hasn't updated in 4 days. Extremely annoyed. I also hate their return policy. If we have a receipt why can't we get our money back?!?! RIP OFF. I am not shopping here anymore. My friend actually got banned from shopping on their website because he package ever came so she called and called and sent emails now she can't shop there. RUDE PEOPLE TOO.
Great experience shopping at Forever21 online store. I ordered a pair of joggers last Saturday, package was to arrive 7 days after. But my order actually came in the next Wednesday. I was quite surprised and happy that my order came in early!
Forever 21 has the WORST customer service of any online retailer I have ever encountered! When they are at fault (I received damaged and incorrect items) they do not replace the items for free. They expect you to pay for items again and pay to return them to the company before receiving a credit. It is impossible to talk to someone who speaks clear English, you cannot speak with a manager, and you will spend HOURS of your life on hold. If you enter in your number for a call back, they will not call you back. This has happened three times now!
Placed an online order over a month ago. Called customer service 3 times and all 3 times they gave me different answers on my order status. Cancelled order and awaiting refund as the last customer service attendant kept going around in circles and laughed at how frustrated I was at the situation. Hopefully I will see my refund but it is certainly the last time I will ever spend a penny with this company.
I received a pair of earrings with damaged posts. They also broke apart. I have sent photos and the original invoice and have yet to be reimbursed. Very poor customer service. I also received blouses with tears in them. I had to pay someone to fix them because customer service was so difficult. I will not be ordering from them any more.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
