I've always gone to this site in search of cute clothes at a decent bargain. The prices range from dirt cheap to average, but keep in mind that the same goes for the quality.

However, the most frustrating thing is their shipping processing time and of course, their customer service.

I've had it take up to six days just to process an order that was supposed to be on two day shipping, and that's not including the actual shipping time. I also had an order where some of the items purchased never came, although it said they were shipped, and after waiting for them to come I contacted customer service and was told that they had been out of stock even though they were in stock when the order was placed.

On top of that, the customer service gives you the sense that they really don't care and are not willing to do much at all to help you.

Although most of my experiences with this site have been good, my recent ones have begun to make me rethink my opinion.

I tried to return an item at a store that was 100% returnable. The store refused to take item back. When I called customer service, the rep told me to send back to warehouse and they would cover charge as I had wasted my time at the store. I followed her instructions and sent receipt of shipping in bag like I was told to do. Make a long story short, they are refusing to honor said information and refund my shipping cost. There isn't any record of rep saying this to me. I have called multiple times, begging anyone to listen to recorded tapes. I am beyond disgusted and dissatisfied with this company. Don't order anything from this company!

I ordered this beautiful mini dress. Black with white neck white end of the sleeves. Washed it once following the care instructions to the letter only to find out the black fabric dyed and completely ruined the white parts. Contacted customer service and they said the don't do returns of used products. Contacted them again and they told me to send an email with pictures and explaining the situation and someone would get back to me from 3 to 5 business days with a resolution. They blocked my account and no matter what I do I can't access the app or the website. I basically lost my money in a dress I only got to wear ONCE. Horrible and disgusting. Nobody ever got back to me.

I have been shopping at Forever 21 for a couple of years now and I have not one complaint. I have bought a little over 45 items online for an unbelievably great price in the past month. They may be perceived as cheap but even their $7.90 jeans are pretty good quality. Their return service is great and even if their guidelines say they wont accept a clothing article, odds are they will. Their $3.80 t shirts are soft and totally worth buying 5... or 10... might as well buy all the colors In and online stores both are great for people looking for a great clothing with a small budget. You receive your online shipping order on time and free returns in store. I totally recommend this store to every one, considering it is half my closet. My friends and family also love and never had a problem with this store.

Do not order from this website! I made this mistake. You get clothes alright but the quality is horrendous. It basically falls apart when you put it on, the material seems to be cardboard, buttons fall off, etc. Tried to send it back and they refuse to send me a return label. I have called and emailed and I keep getting the same automatic response, please wait a week I am already waiting 2 months for a return label I understand that it is cheap but this cr*p is honestly not worth a penny!

Don't buy from Forever21 for these reasons:
1. Clothes don't last beyond a couple of washes.
2. No returns after 30 days
3. No exchange after 30 days
4. Stupid return policy - 1 month no exceptions so can't buy ahead for a birthday as you can't return or exchange.
5. Managment escalation is useless
6. The employees are useless.
7. No help at store, too busy stocking than wanting to help you, what is important, sale or stocking?
8. Long line at Cashier as Management is too stupid to put more people on CASH

I never receive my package. They are using Lasership shipping method who has 1500 bad reviews of stolen and missing packages. Do not spend your money here. God forbid an order ever goes wrong, the customer service is terrible. The phone system is flawed, the only option is to wait until being transferred to an actual human (which defeats the entire purpose of an automated system). Any other option you choose hangs up on you! Their email response system claims to respond within 24 hours, they don't, I'm currently still waiting for a response, it's been 2 days. Now, when I finally did get through to discuss why my order was randomly cancelled (they claim I put an incorrect name down as stated on my credit card, WHICH I DIDN'T) they said the promotional period for my 40% off coupon had expired and they would reprocess it but only at full price. REALLY? NO THANKS. I'll shop somewhere else. Had I been able to reach you this would have been resolved same day. Terrible terrible terrible. Never shopping here again.

Someone placed a fraudulent order under my account online for Forever 21. There was clearly a ship to address in another state. I contacted them and told them to intercept the order as this was fraud. They refused to assist at all. I had to contact the police at the shipping address as well go through the hassle of getting a new credit card. If you order from them online, Good luck because they could care less. Your credit card is absolutely not secure!

Based on my last experience with purchasing clothing online I was a little wary. I ordered 3 dresses with forever 21 as I know them to be a reputable company. I ordered three dresses and because I bought over $60 of merchandise shipping was free. I live in Central Ontario and made my order on a Sunday, so it was processed the next day. 2 days later it was shipped and I had received within 3 days of my purchase. Impeccable speed. 2 of the dresses fit fantastic - I'm a smaller build with large hips so I was worried about size, but they supply a good chart for reference - but the third was a little big in the bust. I didn't want to tailor it and mess it up so I took it into the retail store about 40 minutes away from me. They gave me store credit in the amount I purchased it at, which I then used again to buy a different dress online plus accessories. Still had to pay for shipping but honestly, best online shopping experience ever. Definitely recommended!

I love accessories whether that's jewelry, bags, or hair accessories and one place I love to shop for accessories is Forever 21. I've been looking for a sherpa bucket hat for a while now and found this really cute one here, it fits me really nice, good quality, and comes in multiple colors.

I ordered six items from Forever21.com about a month ago and just got my package two days ago. Very slow shipping in my experiences. On too of that they failed to send me one item which is aggravating and when I called their customer service (they were very friendly) the girl said that it was out of stock when I ordered it so I will get a refund. They failed to educate me on this at the times placed the order which is very strange and not right. It is back in stock now so I feel as if I should still get it but whatever. I rather shop in store for forever 21 so you can actually see what you're getting and the quality.

So with forever 21 the bottom sizes are different but they have size charts that help you with that. The items that I ordered got here on the estimated arrival date and they were packaged very nicely and efficiently. No need for a large box if the clothes can fit in a small bag. I liked that a lot. And the clothes are VERY VERY cheap especially if you catch a sale. I bought three bottoms, two shirts and three dresses for $49. So yeah forever 21 is SO worth it and shopping online is convenient instead of traveling to one that isn't in your city.
