I love this site. I don't have a single bad thing to say. Everything they have on there is cute and good quality. They are very honest about their items strengths and weaknesses. Free shipping is AMAZING, and fast! They are very personalable and will even write you a personal message. Cannot reccomend them enough!

Cute stuff, but pricey for average quality things. I've bought a $10 bra that lasted longer than their $40 bra, worked just as well, and was a cuter style!

Forever 21 is a great place to shop. They have a great selection of trendy, affordable clothes. The quality isn't the best, but it's not terrible either. Free shipping on orders over $50 is nice! One down side is that a lot of their clothes are VERY short. Not so good if you're a tall women.

$50 free shipping is always nice! Shipping time is average. Most of their Makeup is good quality and they have a decent variety. A little more affordable than some of the other nice makeup places. I wish they had a little more color variety, but that's just me!

Although is has a couple of problems because of various sellers, amazon is over-all a great site and one of my favorites to buy from.

Their prices are usually a bit more than I like to pay, being a frugal person, but the deals are amazing! The quality is always great, free shipping is a god send, shipping is fast, customer service is good. Just a very reliable and professional site all together. Not a bad thing to say, would definitely recommend.

I've ordered about $200 worth of clothes from rosegal over the course of a few months. (I love clothes!) So I have a lot of experience with them. This is going to be a long, detailed review for people who are thinking about ordering with them.

PROS:
Cute, affordable clothes! There's no getting around that one! Rosegal has adorable clothes for really good prices. Hard to resist!

Free shipping! This is amazing. Have you ever wanted to order just one item, but the shipping is ridiculous? Yeah, you won't have that problem here.

Usually provides a good description. Because of Asian sizing differences, this is very helpful.

Customer service is polite and usually respond fairly fast, when they are open.

CONS:
The first few cons counter the first few pros here, making this site really not worth it in my opinion.

Bad Quality Items. There's no getting around it. Frankly, I'm frugal, so I'm used to cheap quality clothes. But rose gal exceeds just "bad" quality. I've ordered all kinds of clothes from them, and not a single one has lasted more than a month. I've had clothes arrived damaged, clothes that ripped on the first day despite being the appropriate size, and clothes that just fall apart after awhile. You'll spend more replacing these items than you would spending a few extra dollars for real clothes. Plus, it's really disheartening when an item you thought you'd love doesn't fit right or rips. Really disappointing! The items don't quite match the pictures, the fitting is often awkward, and the material is always very cheap looking and feeling.

It takes a long time to ship. Not a big deal to me personally, but it can take over a month. Might be an issue for some. Plus, they generally don't provide a reliable tracking number, or estimated delivery date. You just have to guess when they might arrive. They also do not disclose what shipper they use unless you contact customer service to ask. Shady? I think so.

They don't care. They do not care about you, your satisfaction or your business. Their customer service is terrible. Yes, they are polite, but they do not get anything solved. Their English is not great, so it can take awhile simply to clear up what you are trying to ask. And when they do understand, they are not prepared to do a single thing about it. So when you have a problem, which you WILL have with this sort of company (clothes broken, items not arriving or not being shipped, etc) you will have a very hard time getting it solved. It will be an uphill battle. Plus, since they are overseas, their hours are very strange, meaning it could take days for just a couple of e-mails if you're sleeping when they are open.

My personal experience with their customer service; I ordered three items. They sent me a notification that they sent 2 of them and the other would be shipped sometime in the future. Two full months later, I had received my other two items and had not heard a single thing about the third. Two months. I had been very patient. I finally decided to contact customer service, and they told me that the item was out of stock and they may never get it back in stock. Had I not contacted them, they would have just taken my money. They did not notify me of this. Annoyed, I asked for a refund. They ignored my request and directed me to pick out a suitable replacement. Unprofessional, but being an agreeable person, I looked through their site and found something I liked for $1 more. They then told me that they could not discount the item and would not send it unless I paid the extra dollar. A dollar isn't a big deal, but after waiting 2 months and almost getting ripped off by them, it seemed silly that they wouldn't offer any sort of settlement to make up for their mistakes. Especially considering that I had been such a great customer. Most companies these days would probably send me a free item of my choosing had they messed up like that. I asked again for a refund. They agreed, but only refunded me HALF of what I paid for the item originally, and refused to give me the rest of my money back, even though they never even shipped the item.

OVERVIEW; A poor quality site all around. I would advise you to avoid them all together. However, I would say it might be okay to order a few odds and ends from them. Things that you can't find anywhere else, and are very cheap. So cheap that if the item didn't arrive at all, you would be okay with accepting the losses. Whatever you do, DO NOT make this your go-to site, or order large orders from here. It will not be worth it. I know this was long, but I hope it helped give you a good idea of what this site is like!
