I purchased this bodysuit. It looks like a good quality in the picture, but don't be fooled, the strap looks like a 6 years olds art and craft. It's low quality, I would not recommend this to anybody, unless you want to be half naked while walking. So I guess I'll just hang this on my wall as a "decor"!
I have found some of the most affordable clothes on Forever21.com. The site is easy to use and they often run sales. Shipping was relatively fast. The quality of the clothing isn't high quality, but it's acceptable and certainly a higher quality than many well known Chinese sites. I think for the price the quality is acceptable in most cases and even great in some. I would very much recommend this website.
Every time I order from their site It comes within the next few days, they are really on point with their shipping! They also always have sales, so if you're on the more broke side like myself then this is a great place to buy everything in trend for pretty awesome prices!
It's not the best but I ordered some very cheap jewelry from here and to my surprise it was actually of good quality and didn't get damaged easily. I prefer other stores over this store but Forever 21 isn't too bad.
I ordered a pair of slim fit chinos in my correct size, which are definitely not a slim fit. More like a loose fit... just short if looking like clown pants. They were inexpensive. So, I guess it's a case of you get what you pay for. Anyway they are clearly misrepresented. Never the less, I am disappointed, I will not be ordering from this company again.
Interestingly enough, I found no link to review them on their website. Now that I've seen Forever 21's average rating, I can understand why they avoid having reviews on their webpage.
I have been ordering on forever21.com for a long time now. I don't go to the store because they don't have any plus size sections in my whole country (The Netherlands). Their price point is okay, sometimes the clothes are not what you expected (such as thickness, quality etc.) I have to browse a long time before I find something cute and flattering but it sells out really quickly. Most of the clothes are really revealing and not flattering so thats a bummer. It's also really disappointing that their plus size section in America is much larger than in Europe. I never had problems with returns or customer service.
We all know Forever 21 - it was one of my go-to places to shop when I was growing up! But their stuff started to get a little "too much" and nobody shopped there anymore. I decided to give their website a try again recently and to my surprise, I actually found a few things that I wanted to buy! The quality of their clothes has improved, yet they're still affordable. My only complaint is that they are very hit or miss. Another perk is that they've been having a lot of promotions going on lately and it's relatively easy to find promo codes.
This is the second time I've mailed back my return but this time I sent back over $200 worth of items and they keep telling me to wait and I've called 3 times and it's been over a month and they refuse to refund me saying I have to wait 2-3 more days or a week. They are frauds that keep your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I will be shopping elsewhere.
Nearly 3 months later and several phone calls and emails but still have not received my package OR refund. They had the audacity to make ME call Canada post to open a claim, when it should be their job to rectify the situation. Never ordering from here again.
I've just recently started ordering from online. Started slowly with Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and now forever 21. Indeed it is my second time ordering from forever 21. They don't have that many deals as in store. However, it is much easier (obviously) to shop online as the stores are crowded, not neat etc. Both orders had multiple items and got SHIPPED WITHIN A DAY. They arrived even after 2/3 days. I am seriously amazed by their process. Never had an issue with getting delivered something else. Its amazing, 10/10 recommend.
I bought my boyfriend some slacks for his birthday. They ended up being a bit to snug because sizing at Forever 21 is so drastically different from every other brand. Turns out I wasted all that money because they have no returns on sales. Absolutely ridiculous haven't gone back since. Lost a customer.
7 days after buying my items wondering where they hell they are I get an email to say one item is out of stock After iv already paid for it, nothing else has been sent. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not deal with again.
Ordered 4 items on 11/30/14 in anticipation of plenty of time to deal with Xmas presents... They just shipped yesterday and are only saying it SHOULD be here by 12/24. One was, of course, out of stock by the time they pulled my order. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone there has sounded like they were, themselves, "forever 21" -- which has not helped boost my confidence in what I am going to receive.
I only shopped at this site because my stepdaughter likes their trendy styles -- I am fully prepared for sweatshop crap clothes, especially per these reviews... Never again.
Manager at the moment. Terrible way of the "company" to manage. Associates can no longer get more than 25 hrs a week. Eventually theirs so many associate. Most get 4 to 9 hours per week. Each shift 4 hrs if u r not "cut". Cheap material. Tools given to manage, a 3.7 billion, are ridiculous old compare to guess. Levis. Aero. Now they say they have a newer program but literally rest of stores already work on them and are way more advance. Summary. Hours are terrible for employees. Discount sucks. No real good promotions for customers. No coverage means no customer service means mad customers means no $$$ means cut even more hours. Company sends ridiculously shipment that doesn't fit in store.
I am giving them 5 stars. However, I have never had to do anything "special", such as contact customer service, return merchandise, need a refund, or other things like that. When I've ordered online, my items have come on time and in excellent condition. I will continue to shop from Forever 21 because they have really cute clothes and great service.
They have a horrible clothing selection with cheap fabric. They like to copy other brands too, which is not okay. Their shipping takes an estimated 14-16 days (for me) and their fabric can rip easily, or get messed up in the washing machine easily. BOOHOO! :(
Horrible customer service! They messed up my order and shipped the wrong dress. I had to take pics of the incorrect dress and now ship back to them wasting my money, time & gas. It's a shame I have to go through so many hoops because of THEIR mistake! Other companies that I've dealt with would just ship you the correct item or at least provide a discount on your next order for the inconvenience. On top of that, I can't even get a clear answer as to whether or not I will receive the actual dress that I ordered. I will NEVER order from this store again, and I've been shopping with them occasionally over the years. Too many great companies out there that treat their customers better. Looked on YouTube, and I'm not the only one. Greedy company.
I order from this site a lot. The clothes are cheap and trendy. The site itself is user friendly, and when I've contacted customer service they've been helpful, but not extremely friendly by any means. The main downfall is the shipping. It's taken almost 2 weeks for me to receive my order with "5-7 day shipping". I have never gotten a package in 5 days. Always 7 plus.
Forever 21 has been a staple in my wardrobe for years because of their pricing and style options! I always preferred going into a physical store rather than going online, but am no longer within distance of one.
I decided to take the chance and order, that said I have experience in-person with their sizing and general fit of clothing which helped me a lot with ordering. I bought a bandeau set - and as you can see in the photo it's cheap, SCORE.
Took 7 days to reach me + one day for processing.

The set is more of a red than orange so the product isn't exactly like the pictures. It was true to size and fit like a glove. Plus, it felt like higher quality than some of the other clothing I've tried in past.
Absolutely no regrets. Total steal for the price & am very happy.
Dear sitejabber, so many critics here are completely fake! As well as for other online shops. Please filter somehow who writes, because your site credibility is really low. Forever21 has a great site, quick shipping, extremely easy order placing, I've shopped there several times and will keep doing it. Some great deals during sales as well. Some critics are laughably written from fake users. (one writes its completely difficult to write my address in the order? - Come on! So fake!)
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
