DO NOT BUY FROM FLORISTS.COM! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I spend $60 on flowers, ordered a week early, and they never delivered my flowers. Its been two days since they were supposed to be delivered. Trying to contact their customer service is extremely difficult. I want a refund. Save yourself money, time, and stress and just dont buy from florist.com. Not worth it. TRASH.
I ordered flowers for my 87 year old mother's birthday a week in advance from Florists.com. The day of her birthday came and when I tried to track the order, it said "In the works". When she did not receive them by 8 pm (which is when they guarantee them, but really too late IMO), I contacted them and they said they would look into it. It is the next day and still nothing from them. Next time, I will call a local florist directly and skip the middleman.
Ordered lovely bouquet with four graduation balloons to cheer up my senior in quarantine. Very small arrangement arrived with no balloons. I can't even submit issues on the site... It keeps glitching. Would never use them again!
Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. The email confirmation, had a wrong city so I called to correct and see when they would be delivered. The woman just kept repeating what was clearly in her script. She claimed to have called the local florist (told me it was against their policy to tell me who it was) and said she couldn't reach them. Complained on FB and received a response asking for more information. Responded, never heard. Called back at 3:00 CST, office was closed. Flowers never arrived, I will make sure I post wherever I can about this company
I couldnt be more dissatisfied with the quality and the response to dead flowers being delivered. Exactly 1 week later there has been absolutely nothing done about a delivery that the flowers were dead basically on arrival. I wish I knew what florist you use coming out of the Wauwatosa Wi area. Very disappointed in such a large company. Within 4 hours of receiving the flowers they were brown and wilted. Tried to get them to at least say sorry. I have pictures. Needless to say I was embarrassed to have my name on this arrangement or so called arrangement of flowers. Will never use florists.com again. Terrible customer service as well as a terrible product.
My order was originally placed on a Tuesday for next day delivery. At the end of Wednesday the flowers were still not delivered. I emailed customer service and they said they would look into it. By Friday morning the flowers were still not delivered and there was no response from customer service. I called them and spoke to a very pleasant woman, who said the local florist did not confirm the order and florists.com switched to a different company. The refunded my delivery fees and assured me the flowers would be delivered that same day. They were not. And not the next day. Or the next. Or the next. I emailed them again asking for them to be delivered asap or give me a full refund. They threw in the towel and issued a refund, earning them a dumpster fire of a review from me.
This company is a scam… cost me $90.00. How the scam works is they show you nice floral arrangements upsell you for some balloons etc. then once you make payment you can no longer reach them by phone. I think what they do is monitor caller ID for existing orders they just simply avoid the call - directing you back to typing up your complaint. This complaint is then never responded to. It's a great little scam because most people will just give up for $50-$100 that they spend on flowers. It becomes a civil matter at that point and the cost of a lawsuit is more than the money lost.
I purchased a bouquet and paid for a bouquet, florist designed, to be sent to a friend in the hospital on the same day as purchase. Two days later, my friend was discharged from the hospital, late in the evening, and still had not received her bouquet. I emailed florists.com several times regarding the flowers and they kept saying it was going to be delivered. Once I emailed them and stated she had been released without ever receiving the bouquet, I never received a response back. They never refunded my money either. THEY ARE CROOKS / THIEVES! They may have STOLE my $73 this time; but, never again. Be careful. Don't let them rob you too!
I ordered flowers for a dear friend who had just suffered a tragic and painful medical issue. First, the flowers were not delivered on the day they were promised. Then, when they were finally delivered, they looked like 1/4 of the bouquet photo I selected and paid for. When I sent them the photos attached here, they said they would send a new bouquet. They never did. Then they offered me a coupon and partial refund. I will never use this service again, and I advise anyone else hoping to send floral greetings to avoid them as well. The only thing they did well was respond to my e-mails promptly. However, that did not make up for the horrible execution of my order.
I ordered for mothers day. The arrangement was not even close to what I had ordered from the picture. I was completely embarrassed sending these to my mother in law for mother's day. I emailed the company with photos and they said I needed to let them bloom in 2-5 days. The picture online was full and round/plump. The one received had long scraggly stems that went in random directions. Even now they're fully bloomed and the arrangement is about a third of what was pictured online. I will never order again
Flowers arrived 1 week late! ONE WEEK! Why as us to select a date if you can't meet the date? Why not communicate to the customer that it will be late? Nothing from them. Found out from recipient they got it a week later! It was actually for a special occasion on THAT day. Unreal. Then they reimburse me shipping only and only after I complained. The delivery date is just as important as the flowers. I am shocked by the lack of communication to allow me to use another vendor or communicate to the recipient. They said nothing but charged me like delivery was made. Stick with 1800 flowers.
I ordered flowers to be sent to my girlfriend who is currently living in another city. I paid extra (I mean a LOT extra) for the flowers to be delivered on Valentine's day. I got an email saying they were delivered. But when I called my girlfriend, she said she hadn't received anything. Their customer service phone number goes straight to a recorded message asking you to use their online portal. In their online portal you can just basically send them an angry email, but no one responds. This is extremely unprofessional. Do not order flowers from these A-holes.
The worst experience. Never delivered the order. Said there was an issue with the volume of orders they received due to valentine's day. Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with them. Won't ever use Florist.com again.

With SO many options for flower delivery, this is UNACCEPTABLE! Find another company... stay away from this sham.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet with roses & other flowers ($50) in purple tones ( my daughters favorite) for my daughter after surgery. I received a small bouquet of daises and carnations in yellow & orange! I could have gotten those at Walmart for $12 not the $71 I paid! Plus, they were delivered 4 days LATE!
I ordered the "Floral Fields" Bouquet for my sister who wasn't feeling well. This was my 1st time ordering flowers online, so I was a bit nervous if I would get what I paid for. And I am happy to say I got exactly what I ordered! The flowers are gorgeous and look exactly how they were pictured. And were delivered on schedule. Better still, it didn't break the bank lol. Also, they haven't sent me a bunch of spam emails either. Awesome experience & would definitely recommend them.
I should have read the Reviews on Florists.com before purchasing over $200 worth of products from this company! It's shameful to take money from folks when you know you don't have the products that you're advertising! I will never order from them again!
You won't get anything from these guys as a compensation for a screwed up order. They were very 'generous' to offer me a $20 gift card for future orders, which is completely useless to me for the reason that, being a woman, I rarely order flowers and I will certainly not want to order from them again. They didn't even include a note that was supposed to come with the flowers and was quite important. And the order was delivered a day late when the recipient was already out of state.
Looked like a great deal at first, but ended up being a complete mess. I guess I got what I paid for.
If I could give them a negative star, I would. I ordered flowers for my friend's 60th birthday THREE days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. No phone call, nothing. I finally called them the day after the birthday and they said it was an issue on "their end." NEVER will I use them again. Completely unacceptable.
I give this company zero stars. They never delivered the flowers to my mom for her 75th bday. They are lying now and saying the were delivered late. Have not refunded me over $100 I spent on the flowers and offered me a $14.99 free delivery. FRAUDULENT company. Don't do it. They are trying to say they didn't hear back from me and they have marked the ticket resolved. Below you will see that I did respond back to them as well as called my CC company to report their fraud.
