Tried calling a couple of times, but reception was just fading in and out. Never responded to my complaint.

They have an email address where they do write back and promise to correct the fact that flowers were not delivered (this was not the case). They have a 1800 # with a 45 minute wait who also make promises of deliveries that never happened. When I requested a refund, they pushed back asking for a 4th chance to deliver the flowers. I had to call my bank to fight them on goods not received. Awful experience. Please don't use them.

The run around is exhausting - very time consuming - Buyer Beware - No refund or replacement to date - terrible service

IMPOSSIBLE! I couldn't find a phone number for them and when I emailed them to find out what was going on with my order in the beginning they responded with a lot of "faulty" information. When I finally decided that it was time for a refund (no flowers were ever received), they blocked my email! I had to go through my bank to stop payment! HUGE HEADACHE AND HEARTACHE!

Pretty bad especially if you are on the west coast

No. Their phone number refers you to their website and on their website you can only send them an angry email, but won't hear back.
