SCAM never delivered with horrible customer service!

Scam all day long. The number on their website is actually goes to 1-800-FLOWERS. When they answer, they claim no affiliation with florists.com and have no record of the order for which my card was charged.

They have a customer service number but in my interactions, flowers were not delivered even after they collected payment.

A scam I believe. They didn't deliver ever and didn't refund the money, embarassing for me since it was for mothers day.

Two out three flower arrangement problems (did not match what was describe, pictured, and cheaper arrangement delivered). Did not deliver the premium box of chocolates.
