Awful!

Please if you do not want to be disappointed, do NOT order flowers from florist.com.

I purchased two orders of flower arrangements for my daughters for Valentines Day. One from florist.com and the other from Teleflora.com.
Not only did my daughter not receive her arrangement until the day after Valentine's day, it was not what I had ordered.
Teleflora's arrangement was identical to the picture on their web page and my youngest daughter received it on Valentines day

Please note I placed these orders in January, it was not some spur of the moment purchase.

Caroles flowers racist

Caroles delivered the flowers a day late and said my mother was an ignorant $#*! for complaining. Plymouth mass would be better off without this place.

I understand substitutions might need to be made, but not for the center piece of the arrangement especially for a very common flower

Due to your inability to deliver this order and total lack of customer service, I am hereby cancelling my order and have disputed credit card charge.

Good luck with your business, you obviously have too much else to do.

PS: if zero stars were available for selection, I would have done so.

I ordered the "Floral Fields" Bouquet for my sister who wasn't feeling well. This was my 1st time ordering flowers online, so I was a bit nervous if I would get what I paid for. And I am happy to say I got exactly what I ordered! The flowers are gorgeous and look exactly how they were pictured. And were delivered on schedule. Better still, it didn't break the bank lol. Also, they haven't sent me a bunch of spam emails either. Awesome experience & would definitely recommend them.

Buyer beware

Ordered 2 rose plants for mother and mother in law for Easter. Less than a month later I find out from my husband that his mother's plant died. Then talked to my mother and hers died with in 2 weeks of getting it. Called company to complain and they couldn't find my order. But they could find my checking account to get their money. So left bad review for them. Next day I got a text saying they found my order and will refund me half because I didn't supply them with pics of the dead plants. Who would think that the plants would died and why would you take a pic of the dead plant. Which now I've learned that you have to have proof for them which means they know they give out less than perfect products to their customers. Says a lot about the company.! Will go back to where I know they take pride in their products... Pro plants!

Their mission statement "Our mission is to deliver flowers within any budget and offering same-day flower delivery for orders placed by 2pm in the recipient's time zone." is 100% FALSE. More than 24 hours later and my order wasn't delivered. It wasn't even going to be delivered because the florist they contracted didn't have the flowers I requested. Even though I was trying to stay on top of the order, no one from the company did anything but offer lame replies until I got them to pick the phone up and call the florist. Urgh, what a crock! Waste of time, do not order from them! Do you research. This place is horrible.

There should be an option for minus stars for this review. I ordered flowers to be delivered on dec 26. They were not. And for some reason they received the order "too late" today (?) to get it delivered so it won't go until tomorrow. I don't think they intended to deliver at all. Do not order from this company. They should not be in business.

I placed an order for Christmas (2015) weeks before the Christmas crunch. My order was to be delivered on 12/17. It was NOT delivered nor was I notified and my order was canceled. If I had not called to check to see why my order was not delivered I would not have been the wiser. Then, what I order is no longer available! Extremely frustrating and just plain not worth ever taking a chance on this company again!

I ordered anniversary flowers on 9/18 for a 9/23 delivery. On 9/28 I was notified the local florists didn't have the flowers, they were never delivered, so I was getting a refund.!) DAYS LATER? So now the anniversary went by unrecognized. Had I been informed the day after I placed the order, I could have ordered from another site.
And to top it off, the customer center is closed at 4:11 and it says they are open until 5 pm.
AVOID THIS SITE!
