On December 9 I ordered flowers for a wake that was scheduled for December 13. On December 9, I received a call and an email from florists.com asking for additional information. I immediately responded and provided them with date, time, location, deceased's name, etc. and if they needed additional information to let me know what they need. On December 26, I received an email indicating that I had not provided them with enough information to deliver the flowers. What a joke!
I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend. They told me it would be delivered by 11/3. Nothing arrived on 11/3 - Florists.com told me delivery was attempted. LIES. My friends were home all day! Another customer service person said it was delayed due to covid. So a contradiction. Then today on 11/4 I get a call from Fedex saying there was a address problem. The florists.com website had merged my address with my recipeint's! I corrected the address and was assured delivery today. This evening I went to check my mail and find THE BOX OF FLOWERS OUTSIDE MY DOOR! I am furious! I wanted to see the quality of the flowers so opened the box - omg horrible, tiny bouquet with one rose and cheap daisies. I spent over $50. I would have been embarrassed for my friend to get these. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
1st, I got the wrong flowers. 2nd, The card was addressed to some young girl for her birthday even though my order and name was on the card. 3rd, what is with the box, paper, zip ties and having to un-box, separate, cut, arrange and water the shipment? Last, it's 100 degrees where I live and the flowers arrived without water buds. Horrible service.
Flowers were not delivered on time. Called to cancel then they offered to try again. Never delivered again. Finally canceled my order and flowers showed up 7 days later after I canceled my order and was told I would get not get a refund. I had already sent flowers from another company at this point. They refused to credit my account because they went ahead and sent flowers. Cadim the supervisor accused me of lying and trying to scam florists.com
I can't tell you if the flowers were fresh or not because they were NEVER delivered! It took me two days to get and answer as to why my same day delivery wasn't delivered. Then they wanted to deliver them on Monday. 3 days after the day I needed them delivered. NO THANKS! Then I had to sit on hold for 6 minutes to find out if I could get a refund.
I ordered a day before delivery to a school for my sister's retirement of Teaching. They did no arrive until late that night after everyone in the school was gone. The Secretary left for the night and somehow the flowers arrived through FEDEX late that night so no one saw them in a box until the next morning. Granted my sister lives in MN and they were Fedexted from Ohio! Don't understand why! When my sister sent me a picture it looked awful! Mostly greens and very few flowers. I asked for a refund and they would only do 50% of the $70 I spent due to it being delivered. I told them to come pick them up they looked so bad and I was embarrassed! Needless to say they still wouldn't give me a full refund so I am denying charges on my card and told them they would receive a bad review and I would post on my Facebook. This company is awful!
I would not ever recommend this company to anyway to order flowers. I ordered on 7/18 for a 7/19 delivery. They have a place to check order status and I check many times on 7/19 and it stayed in status 'Order Received'. I called around 3p.m. EST into their support and they said they could not reach the floral shop but said it would be delivered by 8p.m. The flowers were never delivered. I called on 7/20 since they had not been delivered and requested a full refund, which I did receive. This company cannot be counted on to deliver flowers.
Terrible, overpaid for flowers that couldn't even be delivered on time! For a site that advertises same day delivery, it's unacceptable that an order placed 8 days in advance couldn't be fulfilled until 16 days after original order...
I ordered from Florists.com to try something new. I order flowers for this particular recipient about 4x a year. This particular order was for the Halloween bouquet. The flowers were delivered smoshed and half wilted/dead - as they did not arrive in water. They looked nothing like the picture presented to make the purchase decision. My aunt knows flowers and how to care for them. When I showed the Florists.com customer satisfaction team and image of the flowers, they sent me an infographic on how to cut, water, and add food to the water. Essentially to bring the dead flowers they sent back to life. I insisted that my aunt carefully took the time to cut them and try to make them look somewhat presentable for the thank you picture she sent (the scissors were in the image). I also sent them an infographic on the negative impact of poor customer service. I have not yet heard back from them, nor have I received a refund.
I ordered flowers for my mom's bday and they were not delivered on the day I requested. I didn't even hear from them until I contacted them the following day. The assured me they would be delivered the following day. 6 days later no flowers, I have to keep following up with them to see what is going on and they finally gave me a refund. I would NEVER use them again or refer anyone to using them.
My friend ordered a gift for me. It was to arrive on Saturday. On Sunday my friend called to ask if I received it. I told her no. In following up, they order wasn't delivered due to "weather", which is ridiculous, the weather was beautiful on Saturday. Then the delivery was changed to Monday, 10pm on Monday, still NO delivery! Customer service is terrible. I asked to talk to a manager and was told No. Do not order from here!
I have tried to rectify my gripe with my order for "premium flowers" for my Mom's birthday on Sept 22nd. I paid $79 for a designers choice premium arrangement and received carnations, daises and filler. The worst part is they didn't deliver it all day... i sent an email requesting that they cancel the order because it was 9pm and we did not hear anything from them, did not receive the flowers and did not want them for the next day. At 10pm to a senior citizens residence. Unacceptable. Then they had the audacity to declare it legit and the sad looking street vendor bouquet worthy to be considered premium. SCAMMERS! The rep's info that responded was Larissa of the Customer Happiness Team *******478. When i called this number i was on hold indefinitely... all agents are busy and it hangs up as you await the next available agent.
I placed an order for Christmas (2015) weeks before the Christmas crunch. My order was to be delivered on 12/17. It was NOT delivered nor was I notified and my order was canceled. If I had not called to check to see why my order was not delivered I would not have been the wiser. Then, what I order is no longer available! Extremely frustrating and just plain not worth ever taking a chance on this company again!
Order never made it on the day it was supposed to. They then supposedly sent an upgraded order the next day without checking if that was ok with me. I don't know if it made it because the office it was sent to wasn't open that day. They still haven't given me a refund.
I'm so unhappy. This is the second time I've ordered from this website. The first time, my order didn't arrive until after 8: pm and the flowers were wilted and didn't even look like the deluxe version I paid for. This time I ordered the deluxe version of a bouquet for my partner for his bday. It wasn't even delivered on his birthday! It came today, the day after, and looks like a generic version of the bouquet! Not the $50 bouquet I ordered! I'm extremely done and will never use this website again. I'll make my own. Included are the pics of the flowers that got delivered and the picture on the website.
Ordered flowers to be delivered for my best friend's 50th birthday. Was supposed to arrive on a Friday, by Saturday hadn't heard anything and no email showing any status update. Called customer service and was told the flowers are sitting at FedEx and wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Flowers sitting in a box for 6 days is going to be a lovely site. Was refunded the shipping fees and given a $20 credit to be used on a future order. So sad and disappointed by this!
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my daughter's birthday. They were not delivered! No email, couldn't get a hold of anyone because they operate on my on East coast hours yet I'm on the west coast! And their order status' link is an absolute joke... it don't provide any useful information. I will report them to the BBB! What a waste of my time and money and I will be demanding a refund or have my credit card company go after them.
I ordered anniversary flowers on 9/18 for a 9/23 delivery. On 9/28 I was notified the local florists didn't have the flowers, they were never delivered, so I was getting a refund.!) DAYS LATER? So now the anniversary went by unrecognized. Had I been informed the day after I placed the order, I could have ordered from another site.
And to top it off, the customer center is closed at 4:11 and it says they are open until 5 pm.

This is the one and ONLY time we will be using Florists.com. We ordered flowers to be delivered the next day to a sick relative - a week later the recipient still has not received them, Florists.com states they have delivered, we are putting a stop on our credit card payment we are so angry. When we contact the company, they have no desire to assist. We have tried calling, emailing, submitting customer service requests - and we get nothing but we delivered so sorry even as the recipient has nothing in hand... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
My order arrived at 10 p. M was wrong with a hand written card that looks like a 4 yr old wrote it. I've been trying to get in contact with a supervisor but they're somehow always occupied with other calls. I ordered an arrangement with white lilies and roses for my aunt whom was grieving the lost her mother however this is what was delivered. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU SHOULD TAKE PRIDE IN THE SERVICE YOU CHARGE TO PROVIDE!
