I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday 2 weeks in advance to ensure they would be there as I would be traveling for business. Needless to say, they arrived 1 week early, totally ruining the birthday surprise that was to go along with the flowers. I called florist.com to ask what happened, they had no idea and apologized. I called the vendor Flower Garden wholesale and Rental, 4966 Pacheco Blvd, Maritnez, CA *******488 and spoke to the owner who said they must have delivered it on the wrong day... Mind you, the delivery date on the card envelope says "10/5/2020", She then said to leave it outside and they'll pick it up and redeliver on 10/5. I was like WTF? And said "you already delivered it, she has it... you totally ruined the rest of her birthday surprise"... her relply "you're welcome" who says that?
I called florist.com and this time spoke with the supervisor to let them know what type of vendor working for them as I pulled this company up on Yelp... all 1 star review due to poor product and customer service. The supervisor was nice enough to offer me another order of flowers and upgraded them to a premium package. I graciously accepted, placed the order for delivery on 10/5.
10/5 comes... my wife's birthday, she comes home from work and I ask how the flowers are, her response "what flowers?"... I was fuming. I called the next morning and spoke with Khadim, their supervisor and he looked up the order and tells me the florist was unable to deliver as they had no stock. I asked if they looked at another florist to fultill the order... that would be a no... I asked why they didn't contact me so I could place another order of some sort, he didn't know... They ruined my wife's birhtday not once but twice... he offered me another bouquet of flowers to which I told him to go pound salt and wanted a full refund for their mixups, Khadim stated he could only refund me the delivery fee... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY'RE HORRIBLE! AND DON'T CARE.
