This company is a scam… cost me $90.00. How the scam works is they show you nice floral arrangements upsell you for some balloons etc. then once you make payment you can no longer reach them by phone. I think what they do is monitor caller ID for existing orders they just simply avoid the call - directing you back to typing up your complaint. This complaint is then never responded to. It's a great little scam because most people will just give up for $50-$100 that they spend on flowers. It becomes a civil matter at that point and the cost of a lawsuit is more than the money lost.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from this site. It is a scam. I am not simply a dissatisfied consumer…this is truly a scam website. This can be confirmed by checking the Better Business Bureau or other reviews on Google. Don’t make the same mistake I made and lose $90

Placed Order, they took my money and then cancelled order because they have no florists in that...
