No delivery!

I ordered flowers. Checked the website all day. Never moved from your order has been received. Contacted customer service which replied your order was delivered between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM which is strange because I placed my order at 10:24 AM, the florists in the area OPEN at 9:00 AM. Flowers have never arrived and we are on Day 2. Wish I read the reviews. I think they are a scam.

Ordered flowers for the next day for a fellow teacher's birthday... they never came! I contacted the site and they said that they would be delivered the next day... again, they never arrived! I had to issue a stop payment with my credit union because now she isn't there and they are undeliverable. It was a horribly humiliating and embarrassing experience! She probably thought that I didn't do anything... it made me very uncomfortable and I avoided her the entire time I was waiting, thinking that they would eventually arrive! Finally, I just had to tell her. No one at that school will order from this website, that's for sure! AWFUL! Wish I could give negative stars!

Do not rely on Florists.com to fulfill their orders. I ordered 48 hours in advance of Valentine's day and they completely forgot my order. Customer Service was closed by the time i realized they were not fulfilling the order, and my $100.00 purchase for my girl friend was missing. I can not believe they would botch it on their most important day of the year as a business. No customer service, rip off prices, and an unfulfilled order, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Sent to my wife at work in school selected school for delivery she gets out at 2:30 had to wait till 3:05 at school for them to arrive! That was mothers day weekend. So figured give them another chance.its now 2:30 still no delivery told them if not there by 3:00 don't deliver. Not going to give them another shot you send flowers to a person at work so they can enjoy them.not wait for them and take them home!

Frustrated and disappointed. I wanted to order flowers for my mother. I bought a $40 Groupon. Most of the bouquets in that range are very small. $40 for a bouquet that is mostly daisies is a rip off. I found a small gardenia plant but the website locked up so I added it to my cart twice. Their customer service is only open until 5pm EST and when you call the number is always busy. I won't ever do this again. Not only did I not save anything, once I cancelled my order, I can't use my Groupon again... I spent $20 for the Groupon and have nothing to show for it.

There should be an option for minus stars for this review. I ordered flowers to be delivered on dec 26. They were not. And for some reason they received the order "too late" today (?) to get it delivered so it won't go until tomorrow. I don't think they intended to deliver at all. Do not order from this company. They should not be in business.

This is a SCAM

I purchased and used a Groupon with this company. They repeatedly emailed me about a "delayed delivery" of the flowers and, despite repeated responses to them, they continued to email me claiming they had never heard from me. They never delivered the flowers. Groupon said they contacted them and that they said my Groupon had been redeemed so they would not refund my money there either. Stay away from this company. There are better and more reputable companies who will actually deliver flowers and not just steal your money. Wish I could leave zero stars.

This company delivered flowers with a birthday balloon (which I did not ask for) along with the card I wrote that was offering condolences for their loss. Whomever put this gift together clearly couldn't read the room or read at all for that matter.

Ordered fruit arrangement. It was 3/4 kale. A few small pieces of fruit. Extremely embarrassed when a picture was sent to me of it. I spent $71 for about $0.75 worth of fruit! And worse, it was part of a gift!

I ordered a bouquet for a friend who lost her father today. I selected same day delivery, and the flowers were delivered to her within two hours! Not only was the delivery fast but the flowers were beautiful! I will be ordering all of my flowers from florists.com from now on!

Please don't order from this company. They don't deliver what you order. I order flowers and my mother in law never received them. Instead they sent a bouquet of mylar balloons in it's place. I am very disappointed and will never use them again. STAY AWAY!

Will not deliver same day!

Chose this company due to their promise to deliver same day. After paying for this expedited service, not only did they not deliver same day, they didn't deliver next day either! Two day deliver on a same day purchase. Was also promised a refund of the shipping charges and that never happened either.

I ordered some flowers for someone who lost their brother to be delivered on 4/20/20. Every time i go to check the order it says it being prepared. Reached out to their customer service team and someone emails me back to tell me it was delivered. They couldn't tell me what time or anything. I also didn't receive an email confirmation from them stating that it was. This was my first time ordering and this will be my last time. Never again!

Please if you do not want to be disappointed, do NOT order flowers from florist.com.

I purchased two orders of flower arrangements for my daughters for Valentines Day. One from florist.com and the other from Teleflora.com.
Not only did my daughter not receive her arrangement until the day after Valentine's day, it was not what I had ordered.
Teleflora's arrangement was identical to the picture on their web page and my youngest daughter received it on Valentines day

Please note I placed these orders in January, it was not some spur of the moment purchase.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered a nice arrangement for my mom's birthday. On the afternoon it was supposed to be delivered, I got an email from them saying that they ran out of flowers and couldn't make the arrangement ordered. They refunded my money and I ordered another arrangement to delivered days later. It's now two days after the second arrangement was to be delivered and they have no clue why it hasn't been. It's now a week and a half after my mom's birthday. I'm going to get another refund and this time use 1-800-Flowers, which has never disappointed. I used Florists.com because I got extra points on my Chase credit card. Not worth it. Also going to contact Chase and ask them not to recommend this company any longer.

Buyer beware
April 23, 2016

Ordered 2 rose plants for mother and mother in law for Easter. Less than a month later I find out from my husband that his mother's plant died. Then talked to my mother and hers died with in 2 weeks of getting it. Called company to complain and they couldn't find my order. But they could find my checking account to get their money. So left bad review for them. Next day I got a text saying they found my order and will refund me half because I didn't supply them with pics of the dead plants. Who would think that the plants would died and why would you take a pic of the dead plant. Which now I've learned that you have to have proof for them which means they know they give out less than perfect products to their customers. Says a lot about the company.! Will go back to where I know they take pride in their products... Pro plants!

Placed order online at 7 AM and paid for same day delivery. They called the following day after the funeral had started to ask for more information. Information that was included in the order! Unbelievable, do not trust them if you need a quick delivery! You think for something as important as a funeral they would ask questions before the delivery day had passed?

Don't EVER use them

My Uncle passed away last year. I sent my Aunt flowers on his 1st Birthday since his passing. They never were delivered. Today they offered to me that they would deliver them tomorrow (over a week later) and refund me the shipping charges. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You already screwed me over so badly. Please read all of the reviews before using this company. I wish I would have. NEVER AGAIN.

They are a joke! I order flowers for my friend for the holiday and they never delivered! They wont even cooperate with a refund and I have to sit on hold for two hours just to get this done! NEVER AGAIN! Seriously, how do you run a company like this?

These people are unprofessional and incompetent. If you want to stay happily married, all you need to do is stay away from Florists.com

They are cheats, who say they delivered the flowers for my wife's birthday but didnt.
