Of course, we can't put them out of business they charge cheap fare which other do too but Flighthub customer service is the worse I have ever run across, very rude, they talk and won't let you talk at all. I had a reservation with them and had to cancel because I had an emergency operation so I delayed my flight until I recovered. I went to the airport and I was late for my flight due to a delay from a flight to this airport where I was to leave, so again I was making new arrangements with Flighthub. I found a flight I could make which was leaving in a couple of hrs made the change with flighthub then went to check in and the agent with the airline said my ticket wasn't confirmed yet so I called Flighthub back again and he said it will take 24 hrs before they can confirm my card. I said you know the flight is leaving in a couple hours why did you let me book this flight if you already knew the fee would be delayed? He said If I were you I would cancel this flight with us and book the ticket through them directly. I said booking a flight with them now I'm going to be charged a lot more. He said you don't have another option unless you want to wait for the 24 hrs to use this flight. I said cancel and booked the flight with the airline directly and PAID LESS then Flighthub was charging. Of course, they won't refund my money even disputing it with my CC wasn't able to work with Flighthub. SO THIS IS A WARNING:... DO... NOT... EVER... USE... FLIGHTHUB... EVER. I said EVER. With the money, they have made from not used tickets and well-trained customer service agents to refuse to listen to your requests or reasons for your requests they are well ahead of the game. They can work providing cheaper fares and taking advantage of 1000's people in situations that DO arrive in life and refuse to listen, have a heart, care, understand, and pocket your money you didn't get to use. So again DO... NOT... USE... FLIGHTHUB... EVER. Save yourself a frustrating experience and huge hassle and cost you lots of money doing so. Just a warning.
Had to cancel a flight due to the death of a family member. Called before the flight to cancel and was given instructions on how to request a partial refund. FlightHub agent didn't cancel the flight. Now it's too late for any refund. They said they were sorry.
Because of the change in price well iwas booking my flight from 286 return it went too 365 then you also changed my flight date. From june 26 too july 12. I booked from june 28 too july 11

The fares are low for a reason... I booked a flight for 3 and called to ask about my options because my sister could not make the flight they told me the best option would be to forfeit my money and they would not be changing my reservation... I was upset at the fact that they assumed it was ok to tell me what to do with my money... then I had reps hang up on me, I even had to advise one of the reps it was not polite to speak over me while I was talking... Beyond rude and unhelpful... I spent two days on the phone with them, the airline and the insurance company... never use this site unless you are ok with losing your money.
On July 7 I booked a flight for 2 to Europe and, only one hour after the booking I received an e-mail saying that our flight was cancelled. I called FlightHub and, after a long wait on the phone, I spoke to a person who told me that, if I want I can rebook or I will get a refund. I opted for a refund and was told that will get the money back within 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and no refund, I called but there is no reply, just wait for somebody to answer...
They direct you to support.flighthub.com and, under when click on refund, they tell you that it might take up to 30 days for your money to show on your statement. That is ridiculous and I believe that, in today's online world there are a lot of crooks and liars. They hold your money for as long as they want so that they can use people's money for their benefits. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHT HUB.
I had to book with my local agent and pay for 2 tickets to Europe and while another $2600 are stuck in the FlightHub portfolio!
Flighthub, just stay away. I am now stuck in a foreign country because flighthub will not change my flight date as they are stuck to airline conditions. Nothing in their terms states this, and representative told me I cannot read the airlines conditions Until AFTER booking. "Non refundable and non changeable unless otherwise stated" is the only clause that was repeated to me on the phone. Basically meaning flighthub can do whatever it wants with your money and $#*! your life.
Bait and switch fares and then charge 75$ to change. Absolutely would never recommend this company. Customer service was not only unhelpful but rude
Booked tuesday and after a few hours flighthub cancelled the booking and said it was the airline that could not accomodate. Checked flighthub again and the said itinirary was still available. Called flighthub and told me refund will be done 24-48 hours. After 48 hours still no refund. Called Westjet and got the same booking in minutes.
Good at booking and taking your money. Went to cancel 1 passengers ticket 5 days before travel. Charged $200 fee and $150 processing fee and takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive money back! Not impressed be warned
These $#*!s r ripoff $#*!in thieves they charge u $75.00 for cancelling ur ticket within 24 hrs and thats not mentioned on their website main page clearly bt later they give u surprise

Prices are NOT whats advertised. I paid 200/ticket more. Plus a booking glitch changed BOTH my departure and arrival days. I was told it was completely my fault for not reading the fine print and changing my flight within 24 hr.

The flights are cheaper than most other airline booking companies and its very easy to use. They send you emails that inform you everything you need to know about your flight.
Prices are too high on this site and functionality is starting to decrease. They also send a ton of emails to you everyday which gets really annoying. You can get cheaper prices directly from the airline. Stay away..

Took three phone calls each of which they said they would call me back and they never did. Once I did they finally told me that they could not help me. I paid extra $375.00 to keep a credit on top of my $1000. 00 tickets. They made it very difficult and spent at least 6 hours of my time trying to get things corrected. One person even hung up. They then told me I have to pay $700 dollars on top of my already $1375. 00 to fly a hour flight from Las Vegas to LA. Looked directly at the airlines website and tickets were 130.00 per person round trip (3 people in our party) even with Additional airline fees would not come close to the original almost 1000 credit. Waited for an hour patiently while they told me they were following the process Still not helped nothing resolved. Spoke with a manager still not resolved. I never write reviews but dont want another person to go thru what my family went thru from this company. Please never use flight hub they are a crooked company.

After 2 attempts of buying a ticket on the web for my mother (both reservation were cancelled according to their explanation due to problems with the airline) I called them and they told me that the bookings were cancelled because the price had gone up (from 664 to 702) even if the website was still showing 664 as the price... but I accepted the change of price and I made the reservation over the phone (long and painful process) and voila 10 minutes later the reservation was cancelled as the first 2... then I called customer services and the told me that is not they fault that the airline did not confirmed the tickets... what a stupid explanation... if they sell me tickets online and over the phone they are responsible for the customer relationship and for me is simple... if you dont have the ticket just dont sell it... as usual flighhub has the worst customer service and the worst customer experience that I have ever seen...

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
