My experience was really good. I received an excellent service; very fast and in agreement with my expectations. I would recommend FlightHub.com to a friend or coleague
My school went on strike and I booked a flight to go home. As soon as it was booked the strike ended so I had to cancel the flight. It cost money to cancel but I was fine with a credit because I needed another flight in the spring to go home. I was told it had to be the exact same point a to point b. No problem. Then when it came time to rebook, I found a flight that was way under the budget of my credit. Supr excited, tried to book it. It took hours to get through on the phone to rebook and the website wouldn't work. Then when we finally got through, my family and I were told we don't get those prices, it's a special rebooking price. That was annoying. But we wanted me home so we sucked it up. But THEN they also said there was a rebooking FEE! This is where things got frustrating. We had to pay to cancel, pay to rebook, AND pay more for the flight because that was the rebooking cost. NONE of this was communicated to us upon booking OR cancelling. I had to stay where I go to school, far from home, for an extra two weeks so that my parents could afford to fly me home. I lost out on money at my job back home. It was a mess.
I will not be using this company with confidence again.
I think if you charge less or not at all if transactions are canceled or changed within 24hrs then you will get more people to use this site. Something people make mistakes and get the wrong date or so.
My purchase made it easy and straightforward to visit family for Christmas. It was also reasonably inexpensive! There were no hangups that come to mind.

They sold me airfare that was supposed to have first bag checked in included.
I ended up paying 60.00 per bag for a total of 240.00 each way.

Waited in line for an hour only to find out we were flying with a partner. And were in the wrong line. Perhaps something you need to point out. Not something you place in very fine print at the bottom of a booking.

Horrible company, I can find cheaper and more flexible flights with domestic airlines. The mis information I received from customer service cost me 100s of dollars of penalties. Not to mention overpriced tickets. Good for reference not for purchasing tickets
