The worst experience I've ever had! Took off work the days they were suppose to deliver, first couple days were no shows, last day they said they made an attempt but no buzz or knock, no door tag, there was even a truck seen all day. I tried to set up a time to have delivered since I couldn't take off more days. Then they tried to deliver waaaaay before the delivery time. NO DOOR TAGS WERE LEFT, makes me think they didn't even attempt. All my calls to customer service were terrible. Multiple answers to the same questions, completely clueless staff, was told no supervisors. When I finally got an answer about a supervisor I was told I'd get a call. Days later and never received that call. FedEx really needs to go out of business. Going forward I will refuse to buy anything that uses fedex as it's delivery.
I ordered an expensive musical instrument last Wednesday, and the online music store used FedEx, 2-day Express. Friday came and went and no delivery or status update! I am sick and tired of it. So many items I have ordered shipped through FedEx, and every time, without fail, it is delayed 1 day to sometimes even a week. Most recently I had an item shipped to me for an important project that would be going down on a Saturday. It was shipped not the Monday of the same week, but the Monday of the previous week. Originally it was estimated for the Friday of that week, giving me over a week to insure that the item did what I needed it to do. Then it gets delayed, to Monday. It's a 3 day delay but I am still getting my item well before I need it. Then it reaches Monday and it is still several states away. This results in it being delayed to Wednesday. Not super happy about that but it's not the end of the world, I am still getting it before Saturday. Wednesday comes and it still in the neighboring state, resulting in a delay till Friday. This has me concerned, as obviously I need it before Saturday. I contact FedEx to see if perhaps I could drive to a facility and retrieve the item myself, but alas, there is no option that I could find to speak to an actual human being. Friday comes, today, and it is showing to have arrived in a city approximately 1 hour away, late last night, still showing as arriving today by 3PM. I'm skeptical but hopeful it will arrive. Then at around 4PM it still hasn't arrived yet and it's now showing its departed that city about an hour away, so still plenty of time to arrive. By 9PM my package is nowhere to be found, so I check again, now the status is pending with delivery date unknown. This is utterly unacceptable. Delayed an entire week and ultimately arriving too late for a very important project. I never had a high opinion of FedEx, but now I have a very very very low opinion of FedEx. While UPS is not a whole lot better, I have found their staff at locations to always be far more helpful and friendly and they have actual humans you can call and talk too.
Simply put if you want to make a purchase and not receive it, have it shipped by FedEx this is the most incompetent company in the USA. I dare a rep from FedEx contact me about the continuing issues with this ignorant company I would love an in person. Meeting with them but as we all know it would never happen and they could care less. Website is terrible and of poor design, used to get people to waste time trying to contact them in hopes that they will give up before actually reaching customer service. Once you do get to talk to them, their representatives can either hardly speak English or you can hardly hear the person speaking and has loud background noise. Always try to avoid using FedEx.

The worst experience thus far. Faulty/ false advertisement website tracker. My sender sent out my tracking number. Within minutes I created a FedEx account online. Not knowing i would be in for a rude awakening. Day before delivery in the evening Nov 21st 2021, the website stated my package has officially arrive to the Newark Nj facility, and would be delivered next day Nov 22nd 2021 no later than 8pm. On Nov 22nd at 10am I checked the website to see if my package has left, the website stated for almost 11 hours that my package was being shipped to Memphis, TN lol when I live in NJ. 3 hours before delivery time website updates & says package is now in Newark. When I call fedex I was told that they were sorry for their mistake and my package won't be delivered today because of their mistakes. If this were Amazon or usps they would personally drive & correct their mistakes. I was on the phone for 53 mins and they didn't even know what to do. Just to tell me they'll try to have my package delivered in the morning, but was not a guarantee. Then told me to do a survey lol before I hang up. I promise you the worst experience & don't advise anyone to further use their services. I recommend walking thousands of miles to get your own package than to wait on them.
Look my issue is with your routing of things via sydney where for months now you let things sit there for a week. If I'm paying a premium then I expect to have my stuff sent on the direct flight (which I know happens... someone from the same place to the same city sent 3 days after and received 4 days before). Stop routing things via sydney then giving an estimated delivery date you know will be way off, or just sort your $#*! in Sydney. You're insulting your customers by leaving their items in the depot there motionless for a week

The computers actually track their whereabouts, but it still doesn't matter. If your address is not convenient enough, the driver will likely skip you and/or drop your package some place else.
A "full day's work" means getting rid of a truck full of deliveries as quickly as possible. GPS is such a nuissance. Anywhere will do in a pinch if the driver has better things to do that afternoon. He can go home and let someone else fix any problems. Shucks, the packages are insured, right?

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
