SERVICE AND VALUE IS VERY GOOD BUT RE MANUFACTURED INK CARTRIDGES CAN BE TROUBLESOME. MY REMARKS COVE THE ENTIRE GAMUT OF THIS SERVICE

AUCTION DIRECT USED CAR DEALERSHIP IN RALEIGH NC AND AT THE CORPORATE OFFICES IN OAK BROOK, IL REPRESENT DISHONESTY OF THE WORSE KIND. EVERYTHING IN THIS REVIEW AND MORE WAS TWICE SENT TO AUCTION DIRECT CORPORATE OFFICE WITHOUT A RESPONSE.
I HAVE CONDENSED MY COMMENTS FOR THE SAKE OF BREVITY BUT HAVE INCLUDED THE HIGH POINTS TO ENSURE THE READER HAS A FLAVOR OF THE DISHONESTY DISPLAYED BY AUCTION DIRECT.
I VISITED THE DEALERSHIP TWICE BEFORE FINDING A VEHICLE THAT COULD HAVE SUITED MY NEEDS. BUT THERE WERE SOME ISSUES THAT CAUSED ME RESERVATIONS ABOUT BUYING A CAR THERE. THE BACKUP CAMERA WAS TOO SMALL TO BE OF ANY VALUE. THE TRADE IN OFFER FOR MY VEHICLE WAS $1800 BELOW KELLEY BLUE BOOK MID RANGE. AND THE DEALER SERVICE FEE HAD INCREASED SINCE MY FIRST VISIT. I WAS READY TO LEAVE.
SOON I WAS ENCIRCLED BY THE SALES REP, A COUPLE OF MANAGERS AND OTHERS TELLING ME WHAT THEY WOULD DO FOR ME IF I BOUGHT THIS CAR. SOME CHANGES CAME QUICKLY. THEY INCREASED THE TRADE IN ALLOWANCE BY $200 AND REDUCED THE PRICE OF THE CAR BY $200. WE TALKED ABOUT THE INTEREST ON THE LOAN AND THEY WERE ABLE TO LOWER THE INTEREST. BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM AUCTION DIRECT.
THE SALES REP WHO SERVICED ME ASKS ME TO TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE PAPER WORK. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD GIVE ME SOME TIME TO FIND A WAY OUT OF THIS PLACE. IT WAS GETTING LATE IN THE DAY AND THE SERVICE REP WAS PUSHING PAPERS TO ME TO SIGN OR INITIAL. ONE OF THE DOCUMENTS WAS THE "BUYERS ORDER". THIS INCLUDED A WARRANTY PROGRAM OFFERED THROUGH AUCTION DIRECT THAT MORE THAN DOUBLED MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS. BUT WHY WOULD I PURCHASE A WARRANTY PROGRAM WHEN THE CAR I WAS LOOKING AT HAD A MANUFACTURES WARRANTY VALID FOR THE NEXT 24 MONTHS, THE SAME PERIOD AS THE EXTENT OF THE LOAN? THE CRUSHING BLOW I NEEDED TO WALK AWAY. I TORE UP ALL THE PAPERS AND STARTED TO LEAVE. THEY STOPPED ME AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE ERROR. BUT THEIR EFFORTS TO HIDE EVERYTHING NEGATIVE IS A BLACK EYE THAT WILL LINGER WITH ME FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
MY SUGGESTION TO ALL READERS OF THIS STORY IS SIMPLY DON'T USE AUCTION DIRECT FOR YOUR USED CAR NEEDS. YES YOU CAN FIND NICE LOOKING CARS IN THEIR LOT BUT EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT AUCTION DIRECT IS PHONY AND DISHONEST.

Tip for consumers: ALL I CAN THINK OF IS A GROUP OF JACKALS WAITING FOR THE PREY TO WALK THROUGH THE DOOR SO THEY CAN ATTACK THEM.

I purchased a vehicle from Carvana on January 29,2017 and was provided a clean Carfax report without any accidents or other damage. In December 2019 I decided to trade in this car and purchased a Carfax report to verify the Carfax report provided me by Carvana on January 29,2017. I was shocked to see that Carfax had added a "Damage Report" dated 9/27/2016 or 4 months before I purchased the car from Carvana. In other words Carvana had sold me a damaged car. I contacted Carvana and sent them the copy of the Carfax report with the 9/27/2016 "Damage Report". Carvana's response was to offer me an amount $3000. 00 less than the KBB average trade in value for the car without this late inserted "Damage Report". This was a high performance luxury car that Caravan had priced accordingly. My recommendation to anyone is to stay away from Carvana. They cannot be trusted to stand by their cars. I'm sure that if I had bought this car from a local dealership I would have been treated more fairly. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM CARVANA.

I was shocked to see that Carfax had added a "Damage Report" dated 9/27/2016 or 4 months before I purchased the car from Carvana. In other words Carvana had sold me a damaged car. I contacted Carvana and sent them the copy of the Carfax report with the 9/27/2016 "Damage Report". Their response was to offer me an amount $3000. 00 less than the KBB average trade in value for the car without this late inserted Carfax "Damage Report". More about the Carfax late inserted "Damage Report". It was incomplete, only included a diagram with damage outlined 3/4 of the way around the car and a remark highlighted "NOT ALL DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT. GET THE CAR INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY. Now that would have been nice to do but I bought the car 4 months earlier when there was no such "Damage Report" inclusion in the Carfax report. Carfax is a worthless service entity. And if your buying a used car get a signed agreement with the seller that a Carfax report does not provide all damage that the car might have.

Walmart returned an item for me via FEDEX using their FEDEX label printer. I followed up the next couple of days and FEDEX response was tracking # error. But how could that be when the Walmart FEDEX printer was responsible for the tracking number. It's been a week now and no sign of the package. FEDEX apparently lost the package.

Returning a $16.00 item to NEXTDEALSHOP return center in China at a USPS cost of $27.75 makes absolutely no sense. But this is the NEXTDEALSHOP POLICY. No return, no credit or no refund.
