The ECM I ordered does not work after waiting weeks for it to be delivered. I reached out to customer service with no response. I had a mechanic come and try to see if it needed programming and the part does not even show on his system as being installed. When he removed the part, he said there was pieces on it that looked burnt and that there were pins missing in some of the plugs.
I'm very pleased with my experience. Ryan was very helpful when I called giving me the correct part number for my computer before I purchased. Kristen stayed in constant communication with me about the process with emails updating me. It was super fast shipping to Las Vegas and the mechanic just installed it today and he said it worked immediately! He was able to pull the codes and find the issue of why my car was stalling which ended up to be the throttle position sensor!

I was having problem with engine stalling intermittently. Refurbished ECM from Flagship One worked perfectly out of the box and car if running fine so far. I have been struggling to fix this problem for the past 4 months.

Order this item on Saturday, programming and quality control competed by Thursday and in my mailbox by Saturday. My car is running better and the Transmission seems to be shifting a lot smoother. These guys are awesome.

The service, personal attention, shipment and costs were really good.
My mechanic installed successfully the CPU. And for a couple of days the light 'check engine' did not turn on. However, the light turned on once again. All other items like the sensor and fuse were replaced as well, and the problem persists. The issue is further investigated.
I had reservations at first, because there was a delay with delivery of the unit, but the unit works well. Very pleased. Once installed, it took a day for pending errors to clear, but they eventually did. Vehicle running well.
Good product kept me updated on all the progress and even went above and beyond after I got the product to help with install
I didn't even ask for help. They just sent me helpful tips in an email.

Excellent communication. Customer service returned calls promptly. One recommendation: there is no mention of needing to program replaced PCM with the transmission's solenoid id & solenoid strategy. Only indicated needing to reprogram keys.
I was skeptical to purchase a PCM from a third party, just because of the significant cost that comes with replacing a PCM. The part took about a week but they communicated with me the whole time through every step and delay. The part took less than 10 minutes to put in and worked like a dream. This will be the place I get parts from in the future as they need replacing over time.
This company saved me $1200 compared to the cost of having the part replaced at a dealership. Well worth the wait.
If you're debating, give them a try. The parts have lifetime warranties depending on the part you're replacing and they package them very, very well.
My first module, last year, was from a business in another state. This one was ok for a while. I soon started having issues. I decided to use a dealer for a repair and they suggested flagship one. 500 miles later i'm quite happy.
The ecu did not work. All my dash lights stayed on and my speedometer didn't work. It wouldn't let the transmission $#*! into high gear. All that was fine before I just lost power in two cylinders. The new one fixed that problem but caused many more.
Replacement computer was installed in a 2009 Infiniti. The replacement didn't look too fancy on the outside. I was quick to install and had Dealer program computer and keys back to new computer. Everything works and my vehicle is now back on the road. I paid $500 it took 3 weeks to get to me. In all reality it works and it has Lifetime warranty. Thank you 🙏

I received my computer in about a week. They emailed the instructions the day after I received the computer. The computer was easy to install. It took the locksmith about 10 minutes to do his part. Everything worked great and very happy with the results.

Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
