From day ordered was placed I was kept informed of each step. When I called I received information that was helpful. Ordered arrived on date I was given.
The ordering of the ECU and the shipment process went great although the product is not working as of yet, I will need flagships help to try to get my pass lock System on this car working The process that was sent to me, does not seem to be programming the keys,
Was easy to find what I needed and to order. Sent my VIN so they could program the PCM/ECM all for one great price. Havent had any issues with the new computer. Jeep us much happier.

Ordered on Feb 15th, didn't get it until Mar 7th. Got a couple emails apologizing but they never answered any of my emails back. Overall, I'm not impressed.
Received a computer for a dodge diesel truck and was skeptical because of the fact it had dirt and grime in the electrical plugs with metalic particles and oil in them. Cleaned them out and tried the computer and of course it did not work. The original computer would start the truck even intermittently. Sent it back and was told it tested fine and the only resolution was to send it back or send another unit but with no warrantee at all. Ya I'll pass. Not the way I expected it to be handled at all. They'll learn when they send that out to another customer that they are wrong. Purchased many units in the past but something has changed. Not impressed.

Ordered a new flashed pcm for my truck, it took several weeks for me to receive my shipment, that wasn't the issue. I installed the pcm and the engine would turn over but not run. So much for just plug and play installation.
You will need some info off the old ecm, and vin #. My new ecm arrived 2 weeks later, and popped back in. New ecm cleared all false codes. I did have a locksmith code my original key to new ecm.

YES SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED ON THIS PRODUCT (BCM) FOR A 2004 MALIBU. AT LEAST YOU COULD HAVE MAYBE WIPED OFF THE DIRT. THE DUCT TAPE THAT WAS HOLDING IT TOGETHER ALSO NOT VERY APPEALING. NEED MORE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK MAYBE. JUST A THOUGH (MY)
Unfortunately after giving the company my vin number and programmed my key successfully. My car has a flashing check engine light and will not start. A waste of time and money….

We had a warranty engine. Flagship One was able to determine that the engine was still under warranty and shipped out a new one very quickly that I received within 2 days.

Th at this was a rare vehicle was challenging i'm sure. The ecm works like new. It seems that the old ecm caused the tps to have dead spots. Also new injector wiring pigtails were installed
I've gotten five or six computers from this outfit and it was OK this one not good it took two months to get the computer finally the computer was not programmed with the right Vin number my customer dispute the charges so eventually my credit card company gave him all the money and I lost all that money I still got the original computer and I have got no answer from my representative princess
Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
