I've gotten five or six computers from this outfit and it was OK this one not good it took two months to get the computer finally the computer was not programmed with the right Vin number my customer dispute the charges so eventually my credit card company gave him all the money and I lost all that money I still got the original computer and I have got no answer from my representative princess
While this ECM/PCM worked exactly like it was supposed to and it did fix quite a few issues… it didn't fix what I believed was the primary issue that I thought was the problem that has been evading me for quite some time…
First component received by your company on 9/27/2024. Upon receiving programmed component, we installed and component failed to communicate with several error codes. We requested a warranty and an RMA was created and shipped back on 10/25/2024. We finally received a second unit on 11/5/2025 and it again failed to properly communicate with several error codes. We then asked for a refund, which was denied, as you representative states that he was not authorized to do that. So we were forced to order a third unit which also failed with the same error codes present. At his point, we called and talked to our account manager (Cedric)—same person that has been working on this from the beginning, and he said that he talked to his "higher ups' and that there was no option for refund.
We are very disappointed with your service and very frustrated that your representatives appear to be remote helpers only and have no real relationship with your company. We will no longer be doing business with you.
The service with the computer them shelfs is good,the only issue is that they take forever to deliver those computers,customers don't want to wait too long.
I installed my new computer in my truck and it fixed all my issues didn't have to do anything to computer when it came in just hooked up the wires and it started right up

TOOK VEHICLE TO OUR SISTER FORD STORE TO HAVE INSTALLED AND KEYS PROGRAMMED AND WAS TOLD THE COMPUTER WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE FOR VEHICLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED I HAVE A FEW HERE THAT DON'T SEEM LIKE THEY WHERE EVER PROGGRAMED I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Replaced ecm, followed instructions to the T. Now car still turns over but won't start at all when before it ran fine just would not engage alternator.
OK SO I ORDERED A ECM IN THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY AND GOT IT ABOUT A WEEK OR SO. WHICH WAS A SALVAGE UNIT I KNOW BECAUSE THE SALVAGE NUMBERS WERE ON IT. I INSTALL IT AND IT WAS BAD SO I CALLED AND TOLD THEM AND AFTER WEEKS OF THEM GOING THROUGH IT THEY SAID IT WAS REPAIRED AND FINALLY SENT IT BACK TO ME ON THE 10TH OF MARCH AND WHEN THEY DID THEY SENT THE SAME ECM WITH THE NUMBERS SOME WHAT ERASED I INSTALL IT AND IT WAS STILL BAD SO I AM SENDING IT BACK FOR A REFUND. I HAVE BOUGHT OTHER COMPUTERS FROM THEM WHICH WERE OK BUT THE LACK OF CARING AND HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET SAME ECM SUCKS THIS IS WHY I GAVE ONE STAR

My PCM failed and my Alt stopped working. It controls the Voltage regulator. Ordered New PCM from Flagship, Good price and fast delivery. And Life is good again..
When I talked to the staff I gave them my vin number and they said they would send me an "exact" fit and when it showed up it has one extra plug, being four of them. My original one has three

Delivery took a little longer than first indicated, but communication was good throughout. When computer was installed, vehicle fired right up.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
