It was not quite as seamless as expected. When i first installed the unit, it had a bunch of codes inside, and an oil light even before i finished the key relearn, codes that i did not have with the old unit. Then, i got a P0315 code for a crankshaft position variant not learned that would not go away until i took a professional scan tool and did a crank relearn! It took 2 more times to clear that code even though the tool said it completed successfully. Then, i was also getting a P0171 code that would not go away until i changed the MAF sensor, yet i did not get that with the old unit either. After relearning, changing and code clearing, now, it is working fine!
I ordered an Engine Computer ECM ECU Programmed Plug&Play on February 11, and I was kept welll informed on its status from the time I ordered it until the time it arrived in Canada three weeks later.
The unit worked extremely well, and it was in fact plug - and - play. I would recommend Flagship without hesitation. Thank you for a good product with great communication for a fair price.

The procedure for ordering was easy to follow. The only reason for the score is I don't yet have the part. If it arrives and is as described once installed then I will whole heartedly give a five star.
The ecm was delivered and truly was a plug and play unit. It solved the intermittent problem and I now have a smooth running 1996 Toyota T100 with only 407,800 miles.

Somewhat disappointed. The ECM i ordered was supposed to be pre-programmed but wasn't. Since it took a while to arrive I decided to have a dealer program it instead of returning it for you to do.
Very easy to navigate. Looks like good quality and service.
Vehicle had a very high idle, parts were checked and checked out good. Computer was the last option, It fixed the problem

New rebuilt PCM from flagship one installed does not work. Did all the setups everything correct? Proper need to send back. Get another one, hopefully will work.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
