I have dealt with burned and broke ecm most of my automotive career, I find it always a please to do business with FS1 they have never given me a product that was anything less than perfect working order. I will continue to do business with them they are definitely the GO TO GUYS! For the last 2 products that were ordered together I give the a 5 star.

Last computer I ordered, was told you had one ready to go, should see it in a few days, still took 3 weeks. Then I received emails about the process and it was the same as before, slow.

We have had 2 defective computers out of 4 we have bought. After waiting basically 1 1/2 weeks for the 1st computer to arrive, then have it fail, then we have to deal with tech support, which could be 1 to 2 days per e-mail communication, then us having to wait for postal to get defective back to you, then again wait for tech to test it and determine it needs to be replaced and then when we ask to have it shipped priority, like overnight UPS, It comes post office which takes another week. All in all it can take up to 2 months or more from start to finish to get the car repaired and back to the unhappy customer, who can only yell at me. Now, I cannot blame the phone or sales people who have done everything to help us, but their hands are tied because of company policy. In my business, my come back with problem customers come first.

I had two locksmiths try to program keys to the new computer with no luck. Finally had to tow it to a service station where it took a very qualified mechanic two days to find the computer has not been properly programmed. Mechanic finally had to download a program from auto company and install to get my vehicle up and running. He ended up also using a locksmith to reprogram keys to assist in repairs. Needless to say I paid a good deal of money for a rebuilt PCM only to pay more, much more to get it to work effectively.

PCM Purchase 2017GMC

I purchased a PCM for a 2017 Sierra 1500 6.2L the rep checked compatibility and assured me it would work. The PCM was Vin programned received and installed. Subsequently, the vehicle would not start. This is only my 2nd reviw I have ever posted! Very disappointed.

Really not a happy camper. Absolutely ridiculous waiting times and to get a bad ecm to top it off. This has happened before with the delays! I expect what you post on your web site to be true! It should not take over a week to program a ecm and then ship it which takes 5 days from ny to florida. You should offer overnight red label and I would pay half. There is no justifiable reason for it to take so long to assemble and program an ecm. You need more employees! As of my last order we will no longer being doing business with you unless you change your shipping times and turnaround times. I am dealing xmodex in Canada and get my ecms, abs, and tcms in 5 business days. Btw i pay $90 for red label FedEx to Canada and they ship back same way. Never an issue. And they rebuild my units! Which is amazing, considering you have the modules in house and still takes a week minimum longer. Like I said hire more people and get your shipping on par with the others. It's 2025 nobody waits 5 days for delivery! It's either overnight or 2 day express.

Dealing with the young lady who I dealt with on my order was extremely professional and knowledgeable and very courteous she kept me updated step by step through the process I still haven't installed the ECM but the purchasing experience was extremely satisfied upon inspection I see a couple of bent pins I took a picture but I called back and then informed me I can have my mechanic straighten the pins and if I had any problems after that let them know I'll keep you up to date but thank you so much

My 2010 Jeep commander had charging issues, the alternator was completely failed and after replacement the new unit did not work. After doing tests to confirm the connection to the PCM, where Chrysler "cleverly" incorporated the voltage regulation system show everything functional the only conclusion was the PCM needed replacement. Flagship One was provided my VIN number and model information, quoted a replacement and delivered it in a total of about a week. Disconnection and replacement were easy and the unit functions perfectly. Thanks Flagship One. Problem Solved.

Disappointed

I'm sorry but when I ordered the computer was not told til I got it in the mail that it would require a ignition relearn in which none of the easy versions worked to perform so I was going to have to have a professional locksmith come out and perform the key relearn and program a new remote which was going to cost me another 4 to 500 to do so I ended up selling the car for whatever I could get out of it which was only 500 everything else worked on computer but that was a bummer about my car
