Really great customer service from keeping me up to date on the email side, letting me know how to set my ECM Up due to manufacturer specifications, and delivering me instructions on how to do it myself with paying a dealership hundreds of dollars for something so easy. Last thing i need to do is relearn my crankshaft positioning sensor. But everything else is Done hopefully this fixes all my issues. Thanks FLAGSHIP ;)

Ordered a part, and noticed I didn't need it in the end. Sent it back expecting full refund like it explained before purchasing. Only sent half my money back, not a very happy customer. Do not waste your time, and money folks. Complete rip off!

While the staff were most informative about keeping me up to date on the progress, it still took much longer than originally anticipated to receive said product. Three weeks I believe was how long it was delayed before shipping.
Then there was an issue with the shipping not putting the entire address on the package even though it was in the information i had sent during purchase. Haven't had time to install the computer so I have no idea about quality or workmanship yet.
The entire interaction was seamless and easy.
Our reprogrammed engine computer part arrived 2 weeks after ordering, as promised by Fatima upfront. Fatima also sent multiple emails during the 2 week wait informing us where they were in the process of getting the part ready to be shipped. We appreciated the extra attention paid to the details.
The part installed easily. For the first 5-10 miles the engine idled rough and rev'd high but after those first few miles it found it's groove and so far ALL GOOD!

I needed a new computer for my jeep. Flagship was the best price I could find and they do the programming so when you get the unit it's ready to install. Shipping was fast once it shipped but there was a slight delay due to high volume of orders at the company. Also they didn't require me to send them my old unit for a core. Installation was simple perfect fit. Would definitely recommend and use them again myself.
I had zero issues with the ECM I purchased. It was fully plug and play. No programming or paying a dealer to program the unit so my truck ran.
If I had to say something negative the only thing is I didn't expect the programming before it was shipped to take as long but it wasn't bad at all. Still very happy and I will use them again in the future as needed.
I highly recommend Flagship 1 and will be telling my mechanic friends about my experience.
Ordering was very easy. Clear and concise. Got exactly what I asked for in a very short time frame. These guys are truly legit. Thank you Flagship One. They provided me with a (PROGRAMMED) computer for a 97 Cadillac Eldorado, something no one else could do. No shops had the software to program my existing computer because GM dropped it and no longer supported it because of its age. Declared it obsolete. Back on the road again.

I was a little skeptical at first because of mixed reviews, but Flagship came through. There was a delay from the supplier so my part was on back order about 30 extra days. The Accounts Manager, Princess C. Got involved and another person, Vance A. Kept me in the loop with periodic messages. When the part arrived…it was tripled package and worked as promised. All in all I was very satisfied.

Ordering was a breeze, explanations were handled well be Sheila. Delivery was timely and as expected.
I was about a month after delivery having it installed and fixed all my issues but one. I still have no injector pulse. Obd 2 gives cam sensor code. I cannot read the 37 pin connector so it is sitting line at a repair facility for further diagnosis. I tried 2 different cam sensors and results are the same. Either cam sensor wiring or no signal from pcm I think
I must say I was a little hesitant about ordering thus on-line but after I replaced the pcm and reconnected the battery. The jeep fired right up. It was a huge relief and honestly I feel like it's just running better than it was before. Now it did take about a week to receive which was a little long but they were sending almost daily updates on what step of the process the pcm was on. I will be using flag ship one again for any future issues with my vehicles.
Worst customer service I have ever had! 8 months dealing with Gabriel(service rep) to finally receive a computer that worked in my 05 pt cruiser turbo. Pins were corroded but it worked. Only time I would hear from them is if I called. Gabriel would only send emails, never talked over phone. $600 spent was not worth the time or money to deal with this company. Lucky if you call an get an English speaking person you can understand. Never again!

While there were problems with my order, I was kept informed and up to date on the status. This is essential for me to allow planning of my time and commitments. Most appreciated. The product worked well after I added some new ground cables to the motor, and one directly to the module. You might want to assess this tip as grounding at a seaside location is a potential problem. I am very happy with your service and would recommend your company.
For whatever reason it seemed the ECU for my 2008 Nissan titan was extremely difficult to fix or find anywhere so after about a month of dealing with local mechanics decided to just fix it myself and Flaship popped up. Was skeptical from some bad reviews they got but decided to go with them since my options were limited. Ended up having to send them my ECU to repair and had it back to me within a week and popped it in and truck fired right up. I definitely would recommend them
As of 29th April 2024, I have not been able to install this unit as UK locksmiths and main Ford dealers all say they can't read the original keys or locks or afraid to try in case the replacement unit does not work and the car is left unusable due to ECU not allowing engine to start. If the option of keys synchronised to the ECU from you would have been essential why did you not express this,even though I sent an email on or about the 16th March asking this very question?.
Although there are many bad reviews, I can personally say my experience was pleasant. They were straight forward although communication was a little rough. Otherwise the shipping took 2 weeks start to finish but for the cost well worth it! Computer was indeed plug and play and has worked fantastic!

Had a suspected bad ecm in an older Lexus and my last ditch effort to get it to shift correctly was to try a different ecu. Purchased one, delivered in a timely manner and installed it and worked perfectly, no issues with the factory security (which I was worried about), only have put like a hundred miles on the car so far but working absolutely perfect, very happy so far.
All good no complaints at all.shipping was a bit slow but they are on the other end of the continent.Not much can change that.Have not installed it yet been very cold up here in northern Alberta so I have to wait.Very easy process buying the ecm.Im very pleased. Thanks

Customer service and delivery top notch. I'm in Jamaica having trouble getting modules for my Chrysler 200. Found this website and decided to try it out. Was able to call and talk to someone who guided me through the process of getting it on the Island. Item delivered to me within a week. Haven't installed yet but excellent experience with this company.
I bought 2 different reman ECMs from eBay both of which would cause the car to shut down while driving at just about any speed. So far the one I bought from flagship is working phenomenally, hasn't shut down once or thrown any codes. I was almost at the point of junking the car because the electrical issues are a huge headache. I will leave an update if it fails, but I'm confident it will be fine.

I call Flagship to if they had a PCM for my Chrysler T&C and they did, the sale representative was very helpful and with placing the order, she explain the process to me, I received regular update for the order and when it was ship, I got it two days early, put it in and everything worked great car runs like new. -refused to give the wholesale pricing I was promised after ordering 3 ECM's, constant inability to pull up my wholesale account or account history
-CONSTANT lack of communication, last ECM took over 2.5 WEEKS to get, over promised and under delivered
-Shipping label created 2 weeks before being shipped, no tracking number, called multiple times and got multiple different ETA's, lots of "Um and I don't know" responses
This was my second time ordering a product from this company. First time I received my ECM in a timely manner as stated on website. My latest order was delayed several days. When I contacted the company via email I was told that the assembly line was very backed up. When I did finally receive my ECM it worked as advertised. All in all very good product for the money. I will use them in the future.
I purchased an ECU for my 2003 Silverado, the price was fantastic. I was immediately contacted by Ervir and was kept informed all along the way as well as after I received the product, which was quite quickly to add. Unfortunately after receiving the ECU I found out that it was not the problem and I asked to return the item. Even in this again they were very helpful. I would highly recommend them for your Control unit needs.
