We were told about Flagship One through a friend. I'm so happy I followed up. The service was amazing. I called flagship one and placed an order and everything was perfect. I was updated regularly on my order, and the person I spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to shop.

Fixed my problem.

The refurbished pcm fixed the problem of random engine stalling. A new problem popped up with the install though. Now my evap circuit is showing a fault. I can live with that just don't care for the constant check engine light. 🙄

Warranty process

Since the start of this warranty i have submitted the paper work 4 different occasions one being the first one which they said never receive and yesterday sent it out again and says the document needs to be signed and it is and doesn't give the option to send it again

Still Looking for Answers

Put it on, did the programming, car still had issues, still wont start. The tiny red antitheft light stays on for 10 or 12 seconds when the key is turned on...
Car has been down for almost a half a year now...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/WARRANTY

I have been trying to get a PCM warrantied only to have your people argue about what is wrong with the PCM we have. This is still going on and if not resolved soon we will have to find another supplier. I have been asked for codes and symptoms and have supplied all information about the diagnostics performed. Most of the people you try to talk to when you call in can barely speak clear English.

The part was functional, but it was the incorrect part. The delivery took longer than anticipated but overall the experience was good. The customer service person was professional and kind. I what purchase from them again. I just need to ensure they clearly understand the part I am requesting.

Refurbished PCM 2004 Tacoma

I can only say that it has been performing as should be for a little more than a month now. The only complaint I had was the length of time to get it. I understand that they are programed specific to your VIN but there needs to be a little more transparency on the length of the process. Everyone I spoke with about my concerns were very professional and like I said so far so good. Hopefully it will last as long as the original. Another 20 years haha.

Not worth it

I installed new ecm and it didn't make me relean the key it just started right up. Idle is about 300rpm to high and now 2 weeks after install I got stranded on the side of the road. Scanner says ecu can't read keys. And it won't let me reprogram my key. Have to go back to old ecm

Outstanding!

Order arrived much quicker than I expected, FS1 kept me informed about every step in the process. Once I received the unit I simply removed the old ECU, installed the new one and the car has been running great! I highly recommend!

Can't use it

In the small disclaimer I was told it may not work and will need to have keys reprogrammed. The extend to have that done where I live is almost impossible. I would have to drive it 2 hours, if the car makes it, change the PCM in the parking lot and then have the dealership reprogram the key in hopes that everything works. If I knew this would happen I would of just sent my key to them

Not given accurate information

I reached out before purchasing and asked questions like "can I just plug and play the PCM?" Answer-"yes sir it is". "Do I have to program the key?" Answer-"yes sir, it forms with programming instructions"
Well you can imagine my surprise when it wasn't plug and play and the programming instructions they sent don't work but to cover themselves they attached a note that said "may not program to your vehicle". Also, before they even mailed me the PCM, they sent emails asking "how did the part work?" And "did it get the car going?" Like wtf, I just ordered it and a shipping label had just been created so how the f*ck would I be able to answer those questions? I won't say the company is sh*tty but definitely vague if you don't ask the right questions.

1993 Chevy Blazer 5.lL engine- purchased and installed being told the ECU was programmed to match the original ECU. We weren't sure if the original was damaged so we purchased one that had been refurbished to the same specs as our original part. After installation we kept getting error code readings and would replace parts as we went. The car wouldn't run except for a minute and would throw another code. We replaced the fuel pump and sending unit, MAS, spark plugs and wires, and several other parts. Then an error code showed a problem with the transmission and when driven a few miles wouldn't shift into high. Finally, took out the just purchased ECU from Flagship One and replaced it with the original ECU and the service engine codes cleared. Drove it 60 miles with no problem. The lifetime warranty all but negates getting our money back for all the fees. So, long story short, never recommend this business for refurbished ECY.

The Replacement ECU Really Works

When I order this from Flagship One, my expectation would be just 50 percent as the GM did not anymore sell my needed parts and as for my opinion it would not be a guarantee as it is just a replacement parts and not only that, it is a computer box, if it won't work it will be a loss for me, but when we install it and follow the procedure that was given to us by the Flagship One, It works like original. Thank you so much! Flagship One really help to run again my Cadillac CTS.

Very poor shipping time. Key would not program

Key would not program. Had to pay to have the key matched to the unit. USPS Shipping is Very slow. It would be better to ship UPS Or Puralator for international shipments even if there was an additional cost.

Fixing an impossible "fix"

We are so glad that we found your business because we had been told that our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 could not be repaired. It needed an ECM and the dealerships said they could no longer be purchased
Or programmed! The person who answered our phone call was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able in just a few minutes to complete the transaction. We had the ECU installed and the truck is now running, with a minor issue or two, but it is running!

PCM is correct & works as it should. However, turn around time is MUCH LONGER than advertised, & you should plan for a two week wait from time of order to delivery. We have had numerous transactions with this company, & have no complaints about the product, only with the time for order fulfillment.
