Seems when you place your order then they start to rebuild and test and program your new computer. Had to rent a car for 10 days. Costs more than the computer and the labor.
Good news is the Jeep started right up and running fine.

92 Ford bronco fuel pump not pressurizing system with key on, no start. Trouble shot it down to bad ECU. ECU in truck had been working fine but apparently was not the exact replacement as pointed out by tech support when they checked the part number I supplied. They sent the correct ECU and and truck fired right up.

The ecu for my old vehicle came vin programed and flashed. The only thing i needed to do was the key learn process. Was back running in no time. Thx

This is the second time I have replaced the computer in my vehicle. Plugged in the computer that you guys proved. Wired 100% better then the other aftermarket computer. Life time warranty is what sealed the deal.

I've already had two problems with PCM products I bought from them, and they haven't been able to help me at all. I don't understand their warranty system; all I've done is waste time without getting any real solution!

I was looking everywhere online and local for a pcm for my 01 ram and thy were either expensive or condition unknown. Flagship had one to me pretty quickly and couldn't beat the price even for used ones.

I purchased an ECU from Flagship for my 05 CTS-V a few years ago. The ECU went haywire one day. They were able to warranty it and send me a replacement.
Ordering was fairly easy. Communication about the order and its' status through shipping was good.There were issues with the tune itself. Not for a novice. Even a novice with extensive computer knowledge. Implementation of the tune was confusing, as language used for help in the app could easily be misinterpreted. There is no instruction outside the app. All options attempted to perform the tune did not work.
So customer service was called. The first call was disinterested initially, and then we dead-ended because I was also having phone trouble and could not call while in the vehicle. Which you have to be in the vehicle during everyone's working hours (no weekend hours because they give the impression their app is self explanatory).
Second call to customer service was more helpful and less helpful. Walked me through the tune (which included making opposite selections than I thought based on the wording of the help in the app). Tune unsuccessful in working although the app said tune successful. Attitude shifted to not our problem, no idea, OUR product says it worked, goodbye.
I expected more and got less.

I had a bit of trouble getting the customer service rep to understand my questions but it got sorted and they got me the pcm I needed in 10 days. It didn't come with any instructions but I watched 3 YouTube videos and it was no problem to install - except I had to reset the throttle position sensor - which took 5 seconds. After I looked up why the throttle didn't work. Car runs better than ever and the electronics do too!

Would be 5 stars but my Account manager Jeffery J. Didn't communicate very well had to email him to get updates on the part and very slow to respond! The lead Time of 3-8 days is business day and it took the whole 8 days for my part to ship once it shipped got it in 2 days installed it over weekend and keys wouldn't programs using the directions they emailed so had to wait and call on Monday to find out if you don't have a clad reader that will let you in to the parameters to reset you have to have locksmiths or dealership relearn keys for you it cost me $88 for my local dealer to relearn keys once got the keys working computer does great. Would definitely use again if I ever need another computer.!

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
