This is the saddest excuse for a delivery company I have ever seen. They have held up 2 deliveries now for claiming my address isn't valid. I get mail and packages from every other carrier with no issues. Don't even bother trying to call them. You will be connected to an offshore call center who can do nothing for you but give a worthless apology. I asked for a supervisor twice only to be sent to a phone survey and hung up on. I would never recommend them to anyone you actually like. The incompetence was abundant, the service was pitiful and rude. Nothing more frustrating then having to spend hours on the phone to finish the job Fedex is paid for. My one delivery I ended up have to travel 30 miles to pick it up myself. I can not believe this company is used by anyone anymore. They need to shut down and let the real delivery companies actually get the job done.
Fed Ex is the absolute worst… horrible customer service. The representative just gave me excuses and no real answers about my missing deliveries. I have two different packages that have been in my city three times in the past week only to be sent to three different states afterwards. I wish companies offered customers a choice of delivery companies because I would pay double to keep from using fed ex and their never ending loop of non delivery hell!
I was suppose to receive a headboard delivery from them over 2 weeks ago. Got a string of texts every other day saying it was out for delivery, then around the evening, I would get another text saying it had been delayed. This happened for over 2 WEEKS! Then, today, I'm home and it said it was delivered! They never came here, they delivered it to the wrong place! I hope they go out of business! Leave shipping to the experts! USPS and I've never had an issue with UPS either. A couple days ago FedEx delivered a package to my house, that wasn't! Same numbers, different street. I took it to the right house. I'm hoping whomever got mine will do the same or contact my number from the shipping information. But, I'm not holding my breath!
3/4 of the packages I have delivered thru FedEx never makes it to my home. When I call and start a claim I am told someone will call you back with a resolution and I NEVER receive a call. I have required a signature and still didn't get my package. When I called about it they said I didn't request a signature for it to be delivered after I called and verified a signature be required to be delivered. The final 2 straws are last week FedEx lost a 3500 dollar check sent to me via express overnight delivery, and when I called about it they argued with me about not receiving it. This week it's a ******* dollar check sent express overnight and since I have so many problems, I elected to have it sent to a FedEx pickup location. Guess what, I still didn't receive my package. At this point I'm looking to see what can be done legally to the (i, e, lawsuit) cause this makes no sense. I will never use FedEx as a courier, and when I called about my check/package the lady rudely hung up on me. What makes it even worse is the sender paid for express overnight shipping, another representative said it would be another 48vhrs to deliver my package and blamed it on a large number of packages. Not my problem, if you can't live up to the service you offer why offer it as an option? And they not trying to refund the express overnight shipping fee when clearly it's standard shipping that they are doing. If I order anything online and they ship thru FedEx I'm canceling my order. Paid for delivery for a package I had to sign for---and they came early and forwarded delivery to the next day. The next day I had to wait so I could sign: time was changed 3 times and still NO delivery! Third day, still held hostage and the time has now changed twice! Still NO DELIVERY! Why Oh why was I so dumb as to think I could PAY for a window of delivery and still be waiting 3 days later! LESSON LEARNED: You can't expect to get what you pay for anymore! At least from FedEx!
This won't be shocking, but FedEx has horrible customer service. They continually deliver to the wrong address. I've contacted them multiple times about their delivery issues, but they won't do anything, even hung up on me when I called customer service, even though I was polite. The strongest language I used was malarkey.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said that no one would ever be available.
If I had the option, I would never use them, but sometimes the shipper imposes them upon me.

This is the third time a FEDEX driver has left my items in the driveway. They do not knock or ring the doorbell to let you know that package has been delivered. Today it was raining and my package was sitting outside my garage Sind 10am and it's now 111pm and the crazy part about is I was home! I got an email saying shipment was to come next day (Monday). I called in to make sure they knew that I needed to be home to receive packages. Monday morning I also got a text saying packages were to be delivered. I took the day off work and waited all day. At 5pm the status on the website updated to pending with no delivery date. I phoned to find out what was going on. I was told my packages actually weren't even in my city yet. I spoke to a manager and was promised that the order would be delivered the next Saturday when I could be home. At 3am on Tuesday morning I was sent an email saying my packages were on a truck to be delivered. I called when I got up to go to work and told them that unless they could delivery after 5pm when I got home then I wanted the agreed-to Saturday delivery. I was told the driver could be told not to deliver until after 5pm. Then at 9am I got a call saying they couldn't do that. So I asked then that the delivery not take place and come on Saturday as promised. I called in 3 times to assure that the message had been given to the driver. The last time I called I was point-blank told that the driver would not leave the packages if I was not home and that they would go back to the warehouse and be sent out again on Saturday. At 1:30pm I got an email saying the packages had been left on my step - in knee-deep snow. I had no way to get them inside my house. I will never deal with FedEx again.

Awaiting a package that requires signature. FedEx stated it would be delivered two days ago. Yesterday it stated it was out for delivery until sometime last night when it said it was now delayed. Today it stated out for delivery... while I still wait at home. All of a sudden it stated delivery attempted no one available for signature. I have not left my house due to waiting for this package. I called customer service to finally get told that they did not attempt delivery today but assumed it was a buisness and was closed. Customer service stated they could not have someone from the local center contact me because they are too busy.
The vendor chose Fedex 'SmartPost' - I didn't. My package is being held up at the Fedex distribution center. Fedex 'Customer Service' advises me that I need to contact the Postal Service to retrieve my package from Fedex, instead of Fedex automatically handing it over to USPS. Moral: use the real smart post - the Postal Service - instead of paying Fedex to sit on your package.
Absolutely incompetent. Used a "damaged label" excuse twice to add 1-2 day delays. Tried to change it to a pickup instead of a delivery where the pickup site was only 10 miles from the logistics center, and the automated response added another 2 days to the delivery date. Are you kidding? The website is horrible. It took my wife almost 2 hours just to set up the delivery in the first place because every option times out and isn't available. They just revert to the covid excuse even though the majority of their problems are resulting from automated systems failing to perform. Do yourself a favor and use any other shipping company before FedEx.

Sent a package internationally (items for my granddaughter who celebrated her birthday recently). The package is presently still at the port because they are requesting access to a credit card to clear it. I was not told beforehand that this would be the case and my daughter does not have a credit card. I asked them to send the amount that will be charged to the credit card and to date there's not reply. My daughter does not have a credit card. Its like I sent the package with 2 separate company... Fedex in USA and exfed in international country... NEVER AGAIN!
FedEX is never on time. Rude customer service. When a package needs a Signature they expect you to wait for days. They tell you a date it will arrive then later on that date they say delayed. Poor poor poor company. I will never buy from a company that uses fedex.
I contacted customer service to help my change a delivery address and he said there was nothing that can be done even though we told him no one lives at the address mistakenly put. He pretty much said too bad and when I asked for his supervisor he flat out said NO and said our conversation was done and hung up. I had my mom on a three way phone connection and she couldn't believe that had just happened either. They are constantly late, by days late. I would recommend going elsewhere. You need to hire better, more people friendly people that actually want to work and not think people calling are an inconvenience.
I really strongly dislike fedex, they are the most unprofessional, bad service, bad delivery company on this planet. I always ask a company what delivery service they use and if the state fedex I will not purchase anything. I have had issues with them delivering my products to the wrong house and me calling them and being told that it got delivered. I even been at home and waited and never received packages and they state that their delivery person said that someone at my home got the package but they lied. I have had their delivery drivers just throw packages on my porch without a knock or a word and happen to catch them on camera just tossing my packages. I'm really over their company and service, when you call it's always an agent out of the country and never any supervisors ever. I never had trouble with a delivery company like this company. Fedex is really a terrible delivery service.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
